Top Spa - Day Spas Near Me - Huntington Beach, California

I don't recommend this place no, and here's why After seeing the Instagram posts from the company about their spa i was lured in under false pretenses All the pictures and Instagram post it's showing being all natural and they bring out a tray with all this natural honey and herbs, but that was not the case. It was very basic. I got the most expensive VIP package wasn't worth it at all and the blowout was very basic. She didn't really know what she was doing.. and to top it off the whole time it was cold. They try to do their best to keep you under a blanket, but the lady used lukewarm water I had to tell her to warm it up. She was sweet not her fault but I just don't feel like 100% worth the price at all and the advertising in my opinion was 100% fake. I did not fall asleep at all. I had my eyes open on several occasions, there was no tray brought in with all these herbs and honey, and spices that they're putting on your scalp. They did not do a hair analysis. It was horrible.. Also, they want the money upfront before they do your service. I do not appreciate that at all. I think it's weird and cheap to to Ask customers to pay before receiving service services. Oh, and the rooms are not actual rooms. They're just divided by cloth and you can hear everything so definitely definitely not worth the money to be hearing all that noise and blow dryers and people talking. read more

The best head spa I've been to in OC! I did the diamond package which had all the key services I was looking for. Loved that this was like getting a head spa, facial, and massage experience; a bit of everything for full relaxation. I got Nicky and she was so sweet and professional and made the experience soo relaxing. Would come back again and request her! read more

A new trusty go-to head/face/shoulders spa for me! Or "Top" spa haha. I have been here twice in a month! They are always having some kind of promotion and it is such a great deal. Sometimes the deal is so good it feels like I'm robbing them so I try to tip well. I have had other experiences where massages feel gimmicky and as if senseless touching you all over is a massage - but not here! I absolutely love a head massage, and after having 3-4 different masseuses here collectively with my friend, we can say that the Linda's are the best!! There are two Lindas and their movements are so considerate of the client's experience and sensations. The touch of an angel! LOL. The masseuse I had the next time was not one of the Lindas and a bit rough on my scalp, often pulled my face downwards when massaging/rinsing.. So go and request Linda and you will have a great time. If you are in a group bigger than 2, I would make an appointment as I only see 2 masseuses present each time I go. The spa is small, casual, but spotless and very quiet and relaxing. They offer water, tea, and blowdrying at the end of your session. read more

I have been to a lot of head spas but this one definitely top (pun intended)! we honestly had the best mother daughter day here, we did the diamond package and felt fully pampered! Our technicians were Monica and Niki and I highly recommend them, they really did put in a lot of effort for us. Monica even went the extra mile and took photos for me. This hydrotherapy is everything and more, you have to try it! read more

Service alone is a 5 star, from the moment you are in till you are out amazing service from everyone you meet. The place is so beautiful and the smells when they wash your hair are amazing. The following day my hair looked amazing and was so shiny and silky. I went with my best friend and it was so much fun. I need to bring my sister and mom next. Ps I loved that they give you the option to opt for pictures. They were so much fun to look at. My friend on the other hand didn't get any so that was the only bummer as she looked forward to seeing them read more

Such a hidden gem of a head spa tucked inside the Hobby Lobby plaza across from Golden West College. If you're looking for a truly calming, Asian-style spa experience, this place is it. The setup uses curtains, which still offer plenty of privacy while keeping the space quiet and serene. Everything felt intentional and peaceful -- from the citrus essential oils in the air to the Milbon Japanese shampoo products they use. The head spa treatment itself was incredibly relaxing, paired with a soothing massage that helped melt away tension I didn't even realize I was holding. It's the kind of place that instantly calms your senses and makes time slow down. Perfect if you want a reset, some quiet, and a high-quality scalp and relaxation experience. I'll definitely be back. read more

Such a relaxing and soothing VIP experience! Nicky did an outstanding job with various massage techniques and expert attention to detail. The facial massage was my favorite, also the hand and foot massage were absolute bliss. The hair treatments look over the top and kinda wasteful on Instagram videos, but it's not like that in reality. They use a lemon & honey rinse that's really nice, and also a Japanese shampoo & conditioner that is high quality. I even bought a bottle of each to take home. Nicky is genuinely sweet and so talented. The facility is spotless and comfortable. A lovely snack is provided while getting your hair dried and styled. They gave me a surprise gift bag with thoughtful treats. Was a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price for all that's included. read more

I've been wanting to visit one of these head spas for a while now and this one opened up right next to where I work. So I went for it. The staff is friendly and super professional. I got the basic package and added on an extra neck and shoulder massage. My treatment was done by Monica and she was awesome! They also do a pretty decent blowout and offer you a snack at the end. This is the perfect girls day out or gift for someone special. Definitely recommend! read more

Fantastic first experience here. We got the Diamond package and it was incredibly relaxing, Nicky was my technician and she was fabulous. The staff provides incredible service from beginning to end. You are really transported to a different place. At the end, they blow dry your hair and give you little refreshing snacks too. The technicians do everything from facial to head/scalp treatment to drying your hair. Loved it. read more

Amazing experience! The staff was professional and friendly, and the scalp massage was incredibly relaxing. My hair feels so clean and soft, and I left feeling refreshed. Highly recommend this place! read more

Husband booked the diamond package as a birthday gift. Honestly it felt like a subpar facial and a 60 min hair wash. The space is tight and the workers have not much room to move. The "massage" portion of the treatment was done awkwardly sitting up in full view of the lady having her treatment next to me. The package includes a "blow dry and snacks" I was not offered so much as a cup of water and my poor tech had no idea how to dry my hair. At the end my scalp feels great but my hair feels like straw. Reception staff was very nice. Would not recommend, will not go back read more

I have visited Top Spa many times, simply because their holistic herbal hair wash treatment is outstanding; it offers a unique experience featuring detoxification and hair nourishment using natural herbs--definitely worth trying. read more

I don't like leave bad reviews but I would avoid this place. First, the quality of products is questionable. Whatever was used on my hair smelled cheap and left my hair very dry. Second, the workers are not trained on how to properly give a message. She pressed too hard on the sides of my neck and I had a stiff neck and bad headache for 2 days. There are other issues like old grapes for a snack and lack of privacy bc tables are separated by curtains so you can hear EVERYTHING! I'll leave it at that. The price for a 2 hour treatment is not worth it with so many issues and very uncomfortable beds read more

Nicky is incredible. From the moment I walked in she had a smile and kept that smile and beautiful energy then entire time. She helped me relax. This place is definitely worth coming back to. I will for sure come back with Nicky. Treat yourselves, spend time doing things for your wellbeing. This is a great place to start! read more

When I tell you to run and book an appointment here..please do it!! Lauren was so kind and informative over the phone while I booked a last minute appointment with them! I got the Valentine Package and Nicky was the absolute best!! Nicky took care of me, explained what she had laid out for me including what was in my package and my add ons!! She's very attentive and always made me feel prioritized and comfortable! From the decor to the music and the robes they have for us, it's absolutely fantastic! I put my complete trust into Nicky and she more than delivered; the treatment and care was so good that I'm planning to take my mom here for Mothers Day! Lauren also did a complimentary scalp analysis and it was so educational and exciting as she was explaining to me what I was looking at! There is tons of parking, the entire place feels like I'm somewhere like a resort, and the care and intention of everything is just absolutely top notch! A new hidden gem and I hope more people can see how great this place is! read more
