I don't recommend this place no, and here's why After seeing the Instagram posts from the company about their spa i was lured in under false pretenses All the pictures and Instagram post it's showing being all natural and they bring out a tray with all this natural honey and herbs, but that was not the case. It was very basic. I got the most expensive VIP package wasn't worth it at all and the blowout was very basic. She didn't really know what she was doing.. and to top it off the whole time it was cold. They try to do their best to keep you under a blanket, but the lady used lukewarm water I had to tell her to warm it up. She was sweet not her fault but I just don't feel like 100% worth the price at all and the advertising in my opinion was 100% fake. I did not fall asleep at all. I had my eyes open on several occasions, there was no tray brought in with all these herbs and honey, and spices that they're putting on your scalp. They did not do a hair analysis. It was horrible.. Also, they want the money upfront before they do your service. I do not appreciate that at all. I think it's weird and cheap to to Ask customers to pay before receiving service services. Oh, and the rooms are not actual rooms. They're just divided by cloth and you can hear everything so definitely definitely not worth the money to be hearing all that noise and blow dryers and people talking. read more

Our technicians were Monica and Niki and I highly recommend them, they really did put in a lot of effort for us. Monica even went the extra mile and took photos for me. A new trusty go-to head/face/shoulders spa for me! Or "Top" spa haha. I have been here twice in a month! They are always having some kind of promotion and it is such a great deal. Sometimes the deal is so good it feels like I'm robbing them so I try to tip well. I have had other experiences where massages feel gimmicky and as if senseless touching you all over is a massage - but not here! I absolutely love a head massage, and after having 3-4 different masseuses here collectively with my friend, we can say that the Linda's are the best!! There are two Lindas and their movements are so considerate of the client's experience and sensations. The touch of an angel! LOL. The masseuse I had the next time was not one of the Lindas and a bit rough on my scalp, often pulled my face downwards when massaging/rinsing.. So go and request Linda and you will have a great time. If you are in a group bigger than 2, I would make an appointment as I only see 2 masseuses present each time I go. The spa is small, casual, but spotless and very quiet and relaxing. They offer water, tea, and blowdrying at the end of your session. read more

Service alone is a 5 star, from the moment you are in till you are out amazing service from everyone you meet. The place is so beautiful and the smells when they wash your hair are amazing. I don't like leave bad reviews but I would avoid this place. First, the quality of products is questionable. Whatever was used on my hair smelled cheap and left my hair very dry. Second, the workers are not trained on how to properly give a message. She pressed too hard on the sides of my neck and I had a stiff neck and bad headache for 2 days. There are other issues like old grapes for a snack and lack of privacy bc tables are separated by curtains so you can hear EVERYTHING! I'll leave it at that. The price for a 2 hour treatment is not worth it with so many issues and very uncomfortable beds read more

Husband booked the diamond package as a birthday gift. Honestly it felt like a subpar facial and a 60 min hair wash. The space is tight and the workers have not much room to move. The "massage" portion of the treatment was done awkwardly sitting up in full view of the lady having her treatment next to me. The package includes a "blow dry and snacks" I was not offered so much as a cup of water and my poor tech had no idea how to dry my hair. At the end my scalp feels great but my hair feels like straw.
