Even when I mentioned that I wanted her to work on my shoulder, she went there for a stint and moved about her business to resume her normal programming. What was the most troublesome thing for me was the number of times she left the room for a variety of things. At one point, I told her that I didn't want my face and hair massaged so she went and grabbed her phone and stepped out of the room for approximately 5 minutes. She didn't seem mindful of the time that I was paying for. When it came time to tip at the end, she grabbed the cash ($10 for a $40 service) and did not say thank you or show any appreciation.
