She took the bill, shook her head, smiled, and walked me to my room. I did not receive any cash. Afterwards I asked her about the cash she just pretended to misunderstand me. Then when I explained that I wanted her to give me cash for a 20 so I can give her 10 she said "only 10 for an hour". I didn't feel like arguing so I told her to keep it. So now she pocket $20. The first thing I noticed was how clean this places was. I also noticed everyone gets their own private area. However, it is divided by curtains. So if you have a neighbor that snore you will hear it. Customer service was amazing I called and no one answered but within minutes they called back. They accept Apple Pay, has a small fee. They also accept Zelle. Tipping is optional. My deep tissue massage consisted of a full body. This also included hot stones. Over all massage was good but I did wish she would have massage my feet just a bit more. I think she probably massaged my feet for 2 minutes each. I got the Premium Package at $105 each, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish for 75 minutes. Prices are reasonable compared to the other places I was looking at in LA. You get your hair washed and treated (we both have balayages, so our hair is FRIED), a facial, and a head and neck massage! We're both dentists, so we were wishing the massage was a bit deeper, but that's all we really have to say. It was super relaxing since I was running on 3 hours of sleep. Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

The cleansers and lotion used in the locker room smells so good, you leave feeling like a million bucks! A few things I've noticed my last few visits- they used to give you a steam shower tablet to take home but they don't seem to do that anymore.
