I was greeted by Helen at the front -- I believe she's the owner -- and she was warm, professional, and welcoming. After I paid the house fee, I explained the areas I needed help with, and she immediately recommended Lisa. Helen walked me to one of the semi‑private rooms, separated by sliding partitions. Once the session started, Lisa absolutely impressed me. Her massage was firm, thorough, and included a variety of stretches. She worked through the knots in my back and addressed every concern I mentioned. Exactly what I needed. I left a well‑deserved tip for Lisa -- she truly earned it. I came here for my birthday with my boyfriend. I was super excited as it was our first couples massage together. My bf called prior and spoke to STEVE but I don't even think a Steve works there. We walked in and was barely greeted by a woman who doesn't speak the language well. She was a little rude, but ok. We went in and got undressed. My massage was ok. I wasn't aware she was going to use her knees on me. My boyfriend said the woman at the front was massaging his bones. Mine overall was ok. He was not happy with his. He had already paid so on our way out we tipped $10 each only to be followed up with a "excuse me *points to sign* that said 60 min or more $15 RECOMMENDED. No privacy whatsoever. They do not bother to make sure the curtains are fully closed, so customers walking through the hallway are able to see into the room. I was not able to relax at all. The massage itself felt rushed and unprofessional. They spent more time flicking the back of my ear and randomly smacking or dropping my legs than giving an actual relaxing massage. They massaged my back, thighs, and legs, then had me flip over to massage the front of my arms and legs before soaking and massaging my feet. What made the experience even worse was the staff making comments and laughing about my husband's feet because his legs are very tan and his feet are lighter. She scheduled the massage, & drove us to massage 1. I am most definitely glad I opted for a couples massage because I have my GF to back up my account of the cheekiness that later unfolded with the therapists. The formalities & norms went normally. My GF & I changed to our comfort levels & settled into the respective massage tables. The massages started off very sedate yet refreshing. The staff applied plenty of pressure, worked on knots, and took us both through some needed stretches/reflexology. My masseuse did incredible work on the back of my neck where I tend to store stress. My GF sounded pleased with her massage so far, & the therapist adjusted to some notes she gave about her back. After the neck portion of the massage, circumstances grew comically awkward, & dare I say--suggestive (?) The therapist assisting me shifted to my forearm/wrist & began massaging it. During her time working in this area, she made the following remark: "YOUR HANDS ARE SO BIG." Then a silent stretch. The initial remark was insufficient for the therapist's purposes, so added: "THEY'RE TWICE THE SIZE OF MY HANDS." She followed up this statement by gently gliding her hand up and down mine to show the extent to which my hand doubled hers in size. She extended the same appraisal to my feet. Her take on my feet was as follows: "OH-H-H, YOU HAVE BIG FEET TOO." She laughed at her own observation about my feet. I only have my version of the events; my GF let me know that at this point in the massage she had been peeking over in my direction from time to time. I wish I could say she was checking on me; her tone suggested she was checking on the masseuse. We left a decent tip because I felt bad for making the therapists have to labor extra hard trying to tenderize & soothe my big hands & feet. She was also the one giving me a massage. No pressure, no technique just going through the motions wishing she was somewhere else I suppose. The place is dark, dank and dirty but hey don't take my word for it. They seemed to have a steady stream of victims. I gave her a 20 dollar tip and just said bye. I don't think the gal even went to school for professional massage. My backbone hurts from her elbow, which is not supposed to be applued directly on the vertebrae bones. Made an appointment for 1015am. By the time we got there the place is still close. Call the business number. The man who booked our appointment was very rude. When we informed him that there was nobody at the place. His replied was just wait until the get there when they get there. I told him that is not the right way to do business especially with prior appointment. His replied was "That is how american do business". The only positive is that the masseuses themselves were kind. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The massage technique was concerning and unsafe. Both therapists worked directly over our spines and my tailbone, which should never happen. The pressure and strokes were uneven on both sides, making the massage uncomfortable rather than therapeutic. Instead of relaxing, we spent the session wondering if we were going to leave injured. We had back pain for a few days after. Before booking, when calling to make the appointment, and again when checking in, I very clearly confirmed hot stone AND cupping. Hot stones were done. Cupping was not done at all. When the massage ended, I asked about the cupping. This is when the confusion started. Due to a language barrier, we were told they could give us "5 minutes of cupping if we come back." That is not acceptable. We paid for a service and it was not provided. We also do not want to return after such a poor and uncomfortable experience. I then requested a partial refund for the $23 difference between cupping and no cupping. What followed was over a week of being given the runaround by Groupon's AI system, only to have the request denied because the merchant claimed they did provide cupping. That is simply untrue. There are zero cupping marks on either my back or my partner's back because cupping never happened. Save your money and your back. We will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others avoid this place. read more

I called this place to make an appointment and was told that there was nobody so I asked if walk-ins were available and instead of the desk person telling me "hey you know what you should schedule an appointment just in case someone does book, he told me to just walk on in whenever I wanted so me and my partner walk in and we're told that they're booked until 5:45 which is almost 4 hours from now. I called the person back and instead of taking accountability he sounded like he couldn't care less that he wasted my time and gas. A new place to add to my go-to list of massage places that I discovered through using a Groupon. My husband and I did the couples massage and both enjoyed our massages. Even without a Groupon, their usual price of $70 for 1 hour couples massage with hot stone is a deal. I had Wendy for my massage and she applied firm pressure throughout that made me completely relaxed after the massage. It wasn't the most firm massage I've ever had but she was definitely skillful and knew the pressure points. I had had a very strenuous workout that morning and she kneaded out all the soreness in my muscles. There was one point in the massage, after we turned over onto our backs, that they went out for a while without saying anything. My husband and I weren't sure if the massage was over, but they returned with big buckets of hot water for soaking our feet in. The feet portion of the massage was done with gloves on, which felt odd, but wasn't a big deal. Tried the Groupon couples massage! Honestly you get what you pay for. I felt the massage was not very relaxing and felt like it was because the masseuse kept talking throughout the whole experience to the other masseuse in the room. Also at the end of the massage we had 10 dollars total cash for tip and they were yelling at us saying it wasn't enough and pushed us to get more cash from the front before we were allowed to leave a it was really awkward. In my opinion they didn't deserve more tip and we will not be returning. I will say they were very flexible in timing though! She was so good at massaging and pressure. I loved the strong pressure she put on my whole body. It felt so relaxing. Pressure was very consistent throughout the massage. The whole body massage consisted of shoulders to feet. I loved that the feet was soaked in a warm water before the massage. I loved the eucalyptus smell of the oils that they rubbed on my body. I read that other reviews said they didn't put any or much pressure but my boyfriend and I loved the massage they did. The front desk lady, like others have said on Yelp is very unfriendly and rush you go get in. When we arrived before our appointment time, we she was eating her food in the front desk which smelled of food in the front waiting area. She quickly told us to go back and got our room and told us to undress for the massage. She's very up front with us paying for tip too. We asked her if we can break our money so we can tip the two ladies that did our massages. It took awhile for her to understand what we were asking, but eventually we broke up our change and tipped the ladies. Their tipping recommendation is if it's 60 min massage $15 & up. If it's 90 min massage $20 & up. You can tip cash or use credit card. There's 1 restroom. Parking is in a parking center and there are plenty of spaces to park. It was really relaxing. The lighting was very dark and my bf said the carpet had crumps. We couldn't even see the basket to put the clothes in. The rooms were very warm too. Review: Mixed Experience -- Skilled Therapists but Poor Atmosphere & Management for the masseurs We booked a couple's massage that was rescheduled after a mix-up in their system. The front desk experience wasn't great -- the woman at the desk was rude and dismissive both times we came in, which made the visit start off on the wrong note. Once we finally got in (about 20 minutes late), the massage itself was decent. The ladies clearly knew what they were doing and were very sweet, but they chatted with each other almost the entire time, which made it hard to relax. You can also hear traffic from outside because the door is left open, so the overall atmosphere wasn't very peaceful. It seems the business is owned by a man who answers the phone and sets the appointments -- my impression is that he overworks these kind women. Our session even ended early, and the front desk staff shut off the music before we were done, which really ruined the relaxing vibe. Helen (the smug front desk lady) did my massage. I brought my husband too so we were in the same room. It was the weakest, useless and most disappointing massage I've had. She just poured half a bottle of oil on my back, did a few elbow tricks, went in and out of the room to answer the phone, let customers in, speak to other massage ladies in Chinese and worst of all shorted us 15 minutes (maybe a blessing that it was cut short!). We had a couples massage, but me and husband didn't expect that he had to remove everything down to the boxer briefs. We have had plenty of massages but this was a first. Not sure why they even had to and didn't receive an explanation either, she just removed it when my husband asked if being in boxer briefs is ok (otherwise he would've put shorts over). I've been getting massages here for about a year now and I must say I do enjoy this spot. The massages are enjoyable and $49 for a couples massage is a great deal for the amount of work that gets done on you. Full body massage w/ hot stones :) or if you're alone it's $29. Just an FYI: tip is required. I've came here before & seen the owner hound someone that tried leaving without giving a tip. Didn't find that professional, but it is what it is. I can't compare to others because I have always & will always give a tip to whom ever my masseuse is. It's sad that people think it's ok not to tip these people, you're already getting a nice, affordable massage don't be a cheap ass & not tip these people they get by on tip money. Still though that wasn't professional at all for the owner (as pictured in the business photo) to do that. You should have a sign that says $10 tip required, because that's how much she said you must give for tip. I bought a Groupon deal for a 1 hour massage with hot stones and cupping on a whim. After I bought it, I called in to make an appt. I was able to get in same day at 2pm. When I arrived, an older lady checked me in. She told me it would be a few mins (I got there early) so I said it was okay so I went to use the restroom first. My massage was great, I didn't really care for the cupping so I will probably skip that part next time. However, I did enjoy the hot stone part. All in all, I had a great experience and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Our last handful of massages have been very painful, despite asking the massage therapists to lighten up. Yesterday they also worked on areas that didn't feel good and continued to hurt my husband and I, apologizing throughout the massage. I called to talk to management today and was told I need to massage her arm to show her how hard to do it, and continue to grab them and shake my head no every time they do something wrong. I told the manager that's too much to ask of the person being massaged, to which he replied, "it's pretty simple hon." Came here around 8pm on a Wednesday, we were quickly greeted and attended to. Prices are average for the area. My friend and I went for the body and foot massage with oil and hot stones. I wish there was more of a focus on the foot part, but overall it was a very nice experience.
