It's not a spa day kinda place. If you have knots you've been struggling to get rid of, this is for you. I came here once before and had a good experience but did not on my second time. This time I did a deep tissue massage and felt like I was being knuckled half of the time, during which I said it hurt and the masseuse insisted on continuing regardless and she said it will feel better later. This caused more superficial damage than deep tissue manipulation and I have similar bruising on both arms, thighs, and my back. I cannot recommend this massage. read more

The masseus was super respectful, and professional, made sure to work on the Knots of my shoulder blades, arms and neck. There was some light head massage. The foot massage was stress relieving! They use the massage oil and really worked on from the bottom of your Heel up to the base of EACH of your toe!!! Not to mention there was also a calves massage. Service itself was fine, but the staff's behavior afterward was unbelievably rude and entitled. After paying $70 for one hour, the employee repeatedly pressured me for a tip. I explained calmly that I appreciated the service but simply didn't have extra money to tip right now. Instead of acting professional he got upset, walked off, and said, "Fine, just leave." Mind you when he was pressuring me for a tip, he was asking to tip him on a credit card or Venmo, etc. and the card machine said "don't tip on credit card". So I thought that was weird? Then the hostess/front desk worker or whatever her f'ing title is jumped in acting like I had done something wrong. The second I explained what happened she immediately started twisting it into "So you weren't happy with the service?" and kept interrupting me while I tried to explain that tipping is OPTIONAL, not mandatory. The attitude from both of them was honestly pathetic. Treating customers badly because they can't tip is trashy, unprofessional, and entitled behavior. I already paid for the service. A tip is earned, not demanded. What really blew my mind was the hostess sarcastically ending the conversation with, "Got it. Have a nice day," while completely dismissing everything I said. There are way too many better businesses out there to spend money at a place that guilt trips and pressures customers over tips. They completely ruined the experience with their attitude alone. There are many massage places in this area. After I moved to this area one and a half years ago, I have tried several, but found this massage place is the best! They are very friendly and asked about which body part I wanted to focus. I personally like deep massage, and I love high pressured deep massage, Bella really did a great job! I paid for 90 min and she spent 60 min on my shoulder and back which I need the massage on because of my daily computer work. I normally feel cold and they have heating pad in bed which keeps me warm for the entire 90min. This is - honestly - the only time that my nose is not blocked after a long time massage. I really appreciated. Additionally, the place is very clean, organized and quiet, that I can totally relax without being bothered. The most important - after I finish the massage and walked out, my back and should felt very nice, still have the deep massage effect on, and my sweat started to come out - that means the massage improved my circulation! After I arrived home, I immediately felt so sleepy but will need to walk dogs first before lying in bed. When I saw my neighbours and walked dogs together, I told them that I went to an amazing massage place. She asked about it and said her husband was looking for a good massage place as he loves massage. I highly recommended this Pamper spa massage to him. She said her husband will try this place soon.
