Foot massage is not good. Also when you pay before the service, the front lady do not show you their chart for tips. I tried to give $5 tip but then they show you the tip chart after the service. $10 tip for a one hour foot massage ($30) is a bit much. They are hiding the tip chart then show it to you after the service. Very sneaky people. $10 is 30% of $30. Where in the world is it legal to charge 30% tip? read more

Robbery when it comes to tip and not satisfied with the massage technique . Dos not complete the whole hour

Clean and very good price massage place. They take walk in pretty quick, we didn't have to wait. For 1h of full body and foot massage just $30 is a great deal. Tips recommended from $20 and up. One down thing is the noise. The massage area is right next to the reception area with no door, just a curtain, so you can hear people talking pretty loud. read more

Always a good massage here. We went in for a couples massage after a busy few weeks and we both left feeling good!

first of all the massage was not good. majority of the time she was just rubbing me. Paid $50 just to get literally rubbed for an hour. I guess during the massage the power went out for the whole complex. Was startled with the phone flash being flashed in my face mid massage. We are 2 women and the curtain was open the whole time while men were walking back and forth so absolutely no privacy. I had the massage with my friend and we shared a room but both of the ladies were talking to each other pretty much the whole time which was not relaxing at all and kinda annoying. Finally, we want to leave and the door was locked. The guy tried to unlock it but the lady who did my friends massage told him not to until we tip. UNBELIEVABLE. Isn't that false imprisonment hello??? A tip is OPTIONAL and the service was bad. I tipped $5 and they kept demanding more. The lady was literally blocking the door so I wouldn't leave without tipping. Another lady tried to go through my Zelle. They didn't really speak english so they asked another customer who spoke their language to translate (the poor girl just finished her massage and had to deal with their bs). I usually tip even if I don't like the service but this time was just terrible. Kept going back and forth bc they kept demanding a tip that is OPTIONAL if you had a good experience which I did NOT. Will not be coming back here. I do not recommend read more

King Massage - Woman that locked me in until I tipped - Massage Near Me - Westminster, California

This place was horrible customer service. They demanded you give more tips even go gave them $10 tips for $50 service. The massage was not good. Never come back! read more

Still the same, after 7 years I tried to give it one more shot and the service is still the same. Horrible always trying to up sell you instead of accommodating. I wanted a 90 minute massage, the lady in the front kept insisting which massage I was going to pay for and of course it was the one for more money. At the end of the day the price doesn't matter if the service is great. Surprised to still see the operate the same way. read more

Did a couples massage for 90 minutes each. Very cheap so wasn't expecting a dream spa but it was bad Wife's had a guy because she likes hard massage and she kept asking for harder and he didn't go any harder and was doing it one handed while looking at his phone Mine was ok but not great but hers was miserable read more

Use to have a wide amount of masseurs' that were very good. For long time now same employees that are not as good as some time ago. Never now not going to return. read more

Specifically asked for a girl masseuse and they gave me a guy! Whatever decided to give it a chance... Massage was not that great, and when I was getting ready to leave I realized they lost my socks! Had to use the flashlight from my phone to look for them around the room. And employee still dares to follow me outside and ask for a tip! Will definitely not be coming back read more

The service is decent, and the staff are lovely. The reception is very nice. I think you'll enjoy this place.

It's next to a club. The horrible amateur music was so loud it shook the walls, the entire time. The worst massage ever. It was like a funny movie it was so rediculous. I left halfway through, unbelievable, don't ever go here. read more

I had an excellent experience. Max is the best. This place is a hidden gem. You can't beat the price.

I've been coming to Kings Massage for over a decade, and they continue to be the absolute best in the area. The therapists here are incredibly skilled and consistently provide strong, deep tissue massages that actually work out the knots and tension. They know exactly how to apply the right amount of pressure, and they're always attentive to what you need that day. Whether I'm dealing with sore muscles from the gym or just general stress, I leave feeling like a brand new person every single time. After so many years, I can confidently say this place is the real deal. read more

Great massage, great price! And it feels very clean too, everyone is va really nice I would give this place 5 stars read more

Paid $50 for 90 minutes and requested a male (Max) for my massage. He did a solid job in using just the right amount of pressure to get the knots out. They have a suggested tip which is $15, $20, and $30. Personally I tipped $40 because Max did a great job for 90 minutes. Did I might have tip TOO much? Maybe, but it's all based on your experience. Definitely don't be a cheap a$$ tho. Would definitely come back here in the future read more

The worst front desk service ever. They don't speak English and also expect you to tip upfront and a minimum of $20 on a 1.5hr massage! They refused to accept $15. Tips should be given after the service. I was going to tip $20, but got disgusted when the front desk girl said its mandatory, so I left. read more

Pretty decent massage for the price! Place is reasonably clean and the mood is relaxing Worth the try Keep it up read more

I always enjoyed being pampered and relaxed at King Massage. Very clean, large private cozy room, with lots of free parking, and reasonable rates. The Managers, Jessica, and Max, both are fluent in English and professional.  All the masseuses are skilled Massage Therapists from China and certified in California. Some of them were Master of Massage Therapists with years of experience. It is very healthy for improving blood flow and the nervous system. I highly recommend Nicole. She worked from whole body from head to toe. I often fall asleep. Please be generous to the Therapists as they have no regular salary. Suggest gratitude of $20-$40 per hour. read more

AMAZING! loved it here! My friend invited me and our two other friends for a spa day! Sooo worth it! ( a very good deal!!) And the ladies were so kind and really good at their job! 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back! read more

I bought 11 certificates for $150 a few years ago and I have a few left. Few days ago, I went there and tried to use the certificates to pay for massage and the lady owner said she no longer accepts the certificates but only cash. That's the only reason she gave. "does not accept" . She is still the owner and the company still under her. The certificate has no expiration date and she refused to accept it. What a rotten crook businesswoman. She is pretty but has a rotten heart! No expiration dates on certificates mean cannot be expired or refused. If you buy certificates from any massage places, you should use them all within months. read more

The attendant assigned to me was good she knows and knowledgeable with regards to the skills she is doing. My only concern is the place is too noisy. They put me beside restroom where noisy washing machine was working. I requested private room without doors only cloth curtain and can hear people walking the hallways and people talking in other rooms. The place seems like a market with noise and banging of doors around. Not a good experienced as a new customer. read more

If you're looking for a place where they rub oil on you and call it a massage then this is your place. Asked multiple times for a stronger massage please, more strong, stronger and still received nothing. Masseuse was on the phone texting as well. The phone was laid next to my head and kept vibrating the whole time. Went in to get some knots worked out and some relaxation. Received none of that. Sad after an hour long "massage" Waste of time and money read more

I would give this place no stars ! I used to come here years ago massages were good for the price. Now the price is okay ,massage Mediocre, but the staff is terrible. I was harrased to tip more than $10 No matter where I go and how the service is I tip, but after this massage I only tipped $5 , the person in the front had 2 guys stand by the door to intimidate me to tip more. This is horrendous I won't be going back. I was genuinely scared !! read more

BEWARE- DO NOT BUY THE GIFT CARDS OR PRE PAY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEM. You can expect your typical rude Asian service at $15/hr massage in an open room. People are going in and out all the time, doors are wide open, you can smell people smoking at the cafe next door from inside, the masseuses constantly talk to each other, etc. But what makes this place extra shady is the fact that they DO NOT honor their gift cards!! My mother prepaid for a bunch of their $15 foot massage cards and the owner/mgr Jessica even signed and initialed them. But when I came back to redeem them, she said that they no longer accept these because they were "too old." I specifically explained to her we already PAID for these as gift cards and she was aware and still would NOT honor them. Horrible service - do not recommend. There was no disclaimer that these would expire and I literally used them just a few months prior so I don't understand what could have possibly changed. BEWARE- DO NOT BUY THE GIFT CARDS OR PRE PAY BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEM. And you will be stuck with hit or miss service, most of the time MISS. And yes, I've been to plenty of $15 massages to know that even some other ones treat you better than they do here. Go to Palm Tree in the same plaza over - way better service AND massage technique with free hot stones. read more

Tonight I was in need of a massage. I've been to King Massage before & have always had a good experience for the price paid. Well tonight it was Great! I didn't make an appointment, because very last minute idea. Anyway, the kind lady at the counter got me in as soon as I walked in, I thought I might have to wait because it's Friday, but no! I got the 1 hour body massage. My masseuse was Jesse, let's just say he was Amazing! Perfect pressure, asking me how I was doing a few times during the massage. I think I even feel asleep a bit. Left feeling relaxed. Thank you! I will be back & hoping to request Jesse again. read more

One day when my brother was in town, he wanted to get massages. We came to this plaza thinking we were going to another massage place, but ironically I parked in front of King, which was recommended by some friends. Upon arriving, the receptionist asked what service we wanted: $15 for an hour foot massage that included all other body parts, in a shared space $20 for an hour foot massage that included all other body parts, in a private room And I can't remember the other pricing. Well, I was being a cheap ass and picked the $15 in a shared room. Mind you, I've never been to these asian massage places, so upon entering, there's 3 rows of 4 massage tables each. Some were occupied, others had the workers just laying and waiting for clients. We got directed right away, but it started to get awkward when I thought I didn't need to take my clothes off, but the lady kept telling me, "lady, take off" while pointing to my tank top. She wrapped a towel around me and said again, "lady, take off" this time pointing to my bra. I shuck my head and said, "no, I'm good." So we went about the massage. She was rough and it hurt so much. The whole time, I kept thinking, "omg, is this pain going to stop?" It did stop and she moved on to another body part. Then she asked me to lay down on my back. This time telling me once again to take off my tank top and bra. I complied and she continued to massage my back, shoulders, arms. At this point, I kept thinking, "why were you so cheap to not get a private room?" Finally, the massage was over. All I could think about was the pain running through my body. I probably won't be back. I don't like people touching me and I felt like she was too rough. It's 100% my fault for even wanting to try this place with my brother. My brother on the other hand loved his massage and wanted to go back for another one. He went snowboarding the day before and said it felt good after a day of boarding. read more

I sustained femoral nerve damage from a hip replacement surgery on June 24, 2024. According to my research, massages are very good for blood flow, which is necessary for the nerve to wake up. I booked a deep tissue massage for my thigh and it was the best deep tissue massage I've had since relocating to Tennessee. I highly recommend using the services of the Massage King. Dionte does an amazing job. read more

My boyfriend and I just got massages here, it was very relaxing. We came in as a walk-in for a full body massage $30/ hour. The girl told us she only have males available and we waited in the lobby. Later 2 guys entered from outside (assuming maybe they were on their lunch break). The older gentleman with white hair was assigned to my boyfriend; whereas, the younger man was assigned to me. First they soak your feet in warm water while massaging your back and neck. Then you get on the table and he massage your back and then flip over and he massage your hands and feet. Make sure you tip well! The prices are cheap anyway, so be generous! PROS: - massage was good and relaxing - I felt comfortable, the male masseuse was respectful - the oil they use smelled good - towels were clean - prices are good CONS: - they leave the room a lot to get supplies. I wish they kept it closer - I wish they massage the hips too since I had tightness in my left hip - at the end, the guy was massaging my right foot for longer time than my left. Maybe he was trying to stall time? Overall, I'm very happy with my experience. He completely removed the knots in my shoulders/neck. Definitely recommend and will come back again! read more

This is a joke business, I paid 1 hour full body deep tissues massage for $45/ hour. But, they performed poor services. The cashier also ask me for tip base on their tip list showed case on cashier desk. read more

I've been here twice and on the second visit, I asked for the same masseuse from my first visit: Nicole. She's great and has a great memory for where the knots in your body are. She will also customize your massage based on your requests. There are a lot of massage places in the area that only charge $20 per massage and while they are affordable and good for the price, it makes you wonder if the masseuses are being paid below minimum wage. I'm more comfortable paying $30 here for a good massage knowing that there is a higher chance that my masseuse is being fairly paid and treated fairly by their employer. Besides, $30 for a full body massage is still pretty affordable, unlike those higher end places that charge you $60 for a 1 hour massage and 15 out of those 60 minutes are dedicated to unnecessary paperwork. King massage is a good choice for the price. Remember to ask for Nicole. And tip her well. read more

For the money you pay ($15) don't expect much like deep tissue. I like light massage so this place works for me but i was hoping they spent more time on my feet. They tried too hard to do everything including hot stone which i think it's a waste. $15 will get you in a public room with everybody. Since it is right beside a karaoke bar, it can get noisy. The private room upstairs is $5 more but it is not really a private room. Just dividers. Ppl still can see you. read more

Holy toledo how did I not know this existed? I live for massages, and in LA, Asian reflexology massages rule. They're no-frills, but if you find a good one, they're worth every penny. This massage is legit $15 for an hour. They REALLY get into your shoulders and neck. They got out knots I didn't even know I had! The massage room is a communal room. You still take off your shirt with some blankets used to shield you, so wear something easy to take off/put on. It's not romantic, but for $15 you cannot complain. Came here with my mom, sis, brother-in-law, and boyfriend and we all left so happy. Will surely be back! read more

It's $30 for 1 hour for full body massage now. CASH ONLY! Pay for service in advance. TIPS afterwards. 'Expected' minimum TIPS is $10 for normal service. I brought a little extra cash, just in case I thought the masseuse deserves more. The biggest problem is the masseuse speaks limited English. So they don't walk you through anything, just tell you one or two word commands. You may want to discuss with the manager/cashier to translate exactly what you want upfront. Like ask for a masseuse that's really strong or extra gentle. I told them regarding the gender of my masseuse "Woman. No man." I ordered a full body massage: First I got a foot soak and a seated massage, then I layed down and got a deep tissue oil massage, massage with a hot towel, and a little hot stone massage. They do have a towel wrap so you can remove your clothes (but not your underwear). You may need to ask for the towel wrap, if they don't offer it to you. Wait for them to leave & close the curtains, and then change. Also place your belongings into the rectangular plastic bin provided on the massage bed. The massage area is dimly lit. It's mostly quiet and they may play some ambient music in the background. Edit: Water isn't automatically given. I used sign language to ask for water at the beginning, before my massage started; the classic invisible cup to mouth sign. They gave me warm water. I don't see any problems here. read more

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!The worst massage I ve been to. Paid for $30/hour. The lady walks back and forth almost 15 mins. Really lazy and doesn't want to do her job. When I left. I got mad and doesn't want to tip to much. I gave her $5 and she said min is $10 and she points to the price list. Said $30/hour must tip $10. I don't know why. But this business is the worst I've been. In addition, I've been here for really long time. Since their price is $15/hour before covid. And the last time I was here is the same situation. I gave them another shot and here it is. She forced me to tip her and force me to tip her coworker. Never recommend here and there so many massage place around here. Please go somewhere else. read more

Today I came in with my partner and I had requested for a female massager and my partner had requested for a male massager. My partner was getting a massage first and then 10 min later my female massager came to massage me. She didn't even take her time she did everything so fast just to catch up with her male partner. Her and her male partner kept talking and laughing the whole time me and my partner were getting a massage. I had gotten up multiple times to see my partner and the masseur was just on his phone with one hand and on the other hand he was just pinching my partner. I totally disliked our massage. I wouldn't want to come back here at all. read more

Who doesn't love a massage, am I right? I've only been to King's once, prompted so by my wife and sister-in-law who swear by it. Not only have they enjoyed the massages and the facility itself, but they've also thoroughly enjoyed the $15 per hour cost as well. And so do I. What's different about King's, at least for me, is that the massages all take place within a single, darkened room, one fitting perhaps 12 massage tables. It's communal, quiet, some customers gently snoring away during their hour of relaxation. Actually, drifting off into wonderland, here at King's, isn't at all far-fetched. In fact, it's highly probable. Everything here is so cozy and comfortable. Our lives these days, seemingly rushed and always on the move, coming then to King's is a great way to de-stress and unwind. For that, I like it here too. read more
