Foot massage is not good. Also when you pay before the service, the front lady do not show you their chart for tips. I tried to give $5 tip but then they show you the tip chart after the service. $10 tip for a one hour foot massage ($30) is a bit much. first of all the massage was not good. majority of the time she was just rubbing me. Paid $50 just to get literally rubbed for an hour. I guess during the massage the power went out for the whole complex. Was startled with the phone flash being flashed in my face mid massage. We are 2 women and the curtain was open the whole time while men were walking back and forth so absolutely no privacy. I had the massage with my friend and we shared a room but both of the ladies were talking to each other pretty much the whole time which was not relaxing at all and kinda annoying. Finally, we want to leave and the door was locked. The guy tried to unlock it but the lady who did my friends massage told him not to until we tip. UNBELIEVABLE. Isn't that false imprisonment hello??? A tip is OPTIONAL and the service was bad. I tipped $5 and they kept demanding more. The lady was literally blocking the door so I wouldn't leave without tipping. Another lady tried to go through my Zelle. They didn't really speak english so they asked another customer who spoke their language to translate (the poor girl just finished her massage and had to deal with their bs). Paid $50 for 90 minutes and requested a male (Max) for my massage. He did a solid job in using just the right amount of pressure to get the knots out. They have a suggested tip which is $15, $20, and $30. Personally I tipped $40 because Max did a great job for 90 minutes. Did I might have tip TOO much? Maybe, but it's all based on your experience. I always enjoyed being pampered and relaxed at King Massage. Very clean, large private cozy room, with lots of free parking, and reasonable rates. The Managers, Jessica, and Max, both are fluent in English and professional.  All the masseuses are skilled Massage Therapists from China and certified in California. Some of them were Master of Massage Therapists with years of experience. It is very healthy for improving blood flow and the nervous system. I highly recommend Nicole. She worked from whole body from head to toe. I often fall asleep. Please be generous to the Therapists as they have no regular salary. Suggest gratitude of $20-$40 per hour. read more

They put me beside restroom where noisy washing machine was working. I bought 11 certificates for $150 a few years ago and I have a few left. Few days ago, I went there and tried to use the certificates to pay for massage and the lady owner said she no longer accepts the certificates but only cash. That's the only reason she gave. "does not accept" . She is still the owner and the company still under her. The certificate has no expiration date and she refused to accept it. What a rotten crook businesswoman. She is pretty but has a rotten heart! No expiration dates on certificates mean cannot be expired or refused. If you buy certificates from any massage places, you should use them all within months. read more

Asked multiple times for a stronger massage please, more strong, stronger and still received nothing. Masseuse was on the phone texting as well. I didn't make an appointment, because very last minute idea. Anyway, the kind lady at the counter got me in as soon as I walked in, I thought I might have to wait because it's Friday, but no! But when I came back to redeem them, she said that they no longer accept these because they were "too old." I specifically explained to her we already PAID for these as gift cards and she was aware and still would NOT honor them. Horrible service - do not recommend. We came to this plaza thinking we were going to another massage place, but ironically I parked in front of King, which was recommended by some friends. Well, I was being a cheap ass and picked the $15 in a shared room. Mind you, I've never been to these asian massage places, so upon entering, there's 3 rows of 4 massage tables each. Some were occupied, others had the workers just laying and waiting for clients. We got directed right away, but it started to get awkward when I thought I didn't need to take my clothes off, but the lady kept telling me, "lady, take off" while pointing to my tank top. She wrapped a towel around me and said again, "lady, take off" this time pointing to my bra. I shuck my head and said, "no, I'm good." So we went about the massage. She was rough and it hurt so much. The whole time, I kept thinking, "omg, is this pain going to stop?" It did stop and she moved on to another body part. Then she asked me to lay down on my back. This time telling me once again to take off my tank top and bra. I complied and she continued to massage my back, shoulders, arms. At this point, I kept thinking, "why were you so cheap to not get a private room?" Finally, the massage was over. All I could think about was the pain running through my body. My boyfriend and I just got massages here, it was very relaxing. We came in as a walk-in for a full body massage $30/ hour. The girl told us she only have males available and we waited in the lobby. Later 2 guys entered from outside (assuming maybe they were on their lunch break). The older gentleman with white hair was assigned to my boyfriend; whereas, the younger man was assigned to me. First they soak your feet in warm water while massaging your back and neck. Then you get on the table and he massage your back and then flip over and he massage your hands and feet. Make sure you tip well! The prices are cheap anyway, so be generous! PROS: - massage was good and relaxing - I felt comfortable, the male masseuse was respectful - the oil they use smelled good - towels were clean - prices are good CONS: - they leave the room a lot to get supplies. I wish they kept it closer - I wish they massage the hips too since I had tightness in my left hip - at the end, the guy was massaging my right foot for longer time than my left. I've been here twice and on the second visit, I asked for the same masseuse from my first visit: Nicole. She's great and has a great memory for where the knots in your body are. She will also customize your massage based on your requests. There are a lot of massage places in the area that only charge $20 per massage and while they are affordable and good for the price, it makes you wonder if the masseuses are being paid below minimum wage. I'm more comfortable paying $30 here for a good massage knowing that there is a higher chance that my masseuse is being fairly paid and treated fairly by their employer. Besides, $30 for a full body massage is still pretty affordable, unlike those higher end places that charge you $60 for a 1 hour massage and 15 out of those 60 minutes are dedicated to unnecessary paperwork. They tried too hard to do everything including hot stone which i think it's a waste. $15 will get you in a public room with everybody. Since it is right beside a karaoke bar, it can get noisy. Holy toledo how did I not know this existed? I live for massages, and in LA, Asian reflexology massages rule. They're no-frills, but if you find a good one, they're worth every penny. This massage is legit $15 for an hour. They REALLY get into your shoulders and neck. They got out knots I didn't even know I had! The massage room is a communal room. You still take off your shirt with some blankets used to shield you, so wear something easy to take off/put on. It's not romantic, but for $15 you cannot complain. I ordered a full body massage: First I got a foot soak and a seated massage, then I layed down and got a deep tissue oil massage, massage with a hot towel, and a little hot stone massage. They do have a towel wrap so you can remove your clothes (but not your underwear). You may need to ask for the towel wrap, if they don't offer it to you. Wait for them to leave & close the curtains, and then change. Also place your belongings into the rectangular plastic bin provided on the massage bed. The massage area is dimly lit. It's mostly quiet and they may play some ambient music in the background. Edit: Water isn't automatically given. Who doesn't love a massage, am I right? I've only been to King's once, prompted so by my wife and sister-in-law who swear by it. Not only have they enjoyed the massages and the facility itself, but they've also thoroughly enjoyed the $15 per hour cost as well. And so do I. What's different about King's, at least for me, is that the massages all take place within a single, darkened room, one fitting perhaps 12 massage tables. It's communal, quiet, some customers gently snoring away during their hour of relaxation. Actually, drifting off into wonderland, here at King's, isn't at all far-fetched. In fact, it's highly probable. Everything here is so cozy and comfortable. Our lives these days, seemingly rushed and always on the move, coming then to King's is a great way to de-stress and unwind.
