Had a EXCELLENT reflexology session. Great customer service and amazing overall! I will be back for sure!

i have been here once before and was really excited to bring my husband. it is a great price and we are happy to tip our maussuse in cash 20-25 dollars. my first experience was positive and i was really excited to be able to choose the massage strength and the ability to choose where they could focus on. We showed up on time, and it was extremely busy. the lady checking us in was on the phone speaking to another customer while filling out out preference sheets and at the end after speaking to my husband, we think she may have accidently given our massues each others preferences because i had to tell my masusse to go lighter and he had to tell his to go harder. we paid 30 dollars for an hour and then 5 extra dollars for my husband to recieve more pressure (that he did not recieve). they guided us to a room that had 4 beds and oddly put us on opposite sides of the room with two empty beds in between us which later had new customers. the room was very stinky and humid. the towels they had us laying on and wiped us down with smelled absolutely terrible. they provided a free foot soak but put your feet in the warm water while you are laying on your back which puts you in an extrememly awkward and uncomfortable position. my husband and i both requested no face or head upon arrival and they still put lotion on our faces which we had to tell them to stop. my masusse hurt my knee so bad and continued to try to rub it after i told him not to. both is us did not recieve the focus massage we requested. we both left feeling worse and stinky than we came in. i will definitely not be oming back, worst massage ever. read more

We tried the massage here today and my husband got Mike and I got Henry. Our experiences were different, husband was very pleased with his massage and I was not. Let me explain. My husband said Mike really worked on his muscles and smoothed out his kinks, it felt good and afterwards he felt renewed, like a new man! I did not feel compatible with Henry's massage; he is older and skinnier so his elbows and arms are "bony". As a result, his massage at times was uncomfortable for me and I had to stop it, or ask for less pressure. Also he needed to trim his nails as I felt them digging into my skin during parts of the massage. But he apparently didn't understand my request to clip his nails so it didn't change. Anyway, they do a decent massage here, are very efficient and friendly and the place is well managed. We would come again to try it out. read more

Excellent Massage Therapy and have been going here for decades and my therapy is either hard or soft!

The staff is a disgruntled vibe, extremely unwelcoming. Makes sense why there were no patrons during what should be a peak window for that service division. If you do not tip in advance to their suggested structure they gripe because by their standard you should be doubling the hourly rate with gratuity for their time to be "worth" any work at all. The towels smelled like mold. You're allowed a refund within the first 15 minutes so I utilized that option prior to the massage. Having my face covered in the scent of molded towel was more infuriating than trying to force a gratuity structure in advance of any service rendered which makes the concept of gratuity completely useless. Raise your prices if you need to require that much more additional base pay for services you believe in so strongly instead of trying to force gratuity for tax claims. Make the location a mailbox service or change ventures if your current venture is that dissatisfying. read more

0 stars if I could. This place was a complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here. There are so many better massage places out there that actually care about the experience and offer way more for the same price, things like a relaxing foot soak, hot stones, and staff that are actually friendly and attentive. Not only was my massage terrible, but my mom's was so bad that she literally left early because she couldn't take it anymore. That alone should tell you everything you need to know. My masseuse kept going over the exact same spot for about 10 minutes straight with almost no pressure. He would slow down, randomly stop, and it genuinely felt like he was either on his phone or falling asleep. It was incredibly awkward and uncomfortable. I couldn't relax at all because the entire time I was just laying there thinking about how bad it was and waiting for it to be over. Then when he finally moved to my back, he suddenly went extremely hard to the point where it was painful. I even told him to go softer, and it still felt way too rough. Now my back actually hurts from it, which completely defeats the purpose of getting a massage in the first place. On top of that, the woman at the front desk was miserable and unfriendly. No greeting, no warmth, just a bad attitude the entire time. When you're paying for a service that's supposed to be relaxing, the last thing you want is to feel like you're inconveniencing the staff just by being there. Overall, this place was a terrible experience from start to finish. A complete waste of time and money. There are plenty of other massage places out there that provide a much better, more relaxing experience with friendly staff and actual quality service. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. read more

Amazing for the price and walk in always welcome unless you come in on a weekend. But DuH!

This time, I have an amazing time, very relaxing ,the prices decreased so Is a good deal. Mike was very gentle, and I also requested a massage for a specific area in my heel. He did it without hesitation. Sometimes, at the end, in other places, they are not offering water or tea anymore. In here, he offers and brings my tea. I highly recommend supporting this place. read more

I've been coming here for over 5 years. For the price, I cannot complain. You just have to get to know the right therapist that you can continually go to. I highly recommend Benson and Henry. They are amazing. read more

The massage that I got was not good at all.. the lady that massaged me needs to cut her fingernails .. her fingernail was poking me through out the whole massage... also she didn't have a good technique idk... I've had better massages, just not worth it to be honest , I'd rather go elsewhere read more

Very bad massage therapists' technique and attitude. Tip is not a must, there is no law or policy required for tip especially if you aren't satisfied by the servers, techs or whoever bring the direct service to you. But therapist here were running after the clients to ask for tip while they're giving the clients bad service. Then, the receptionist sent a text message to client to remind them that they'd better tip because the therapists worked hard for us. Excuse you, what I want to get was the good service, I don't care how hard you work for, I care of the result I got. If you're unprofessional, you don't know how to have your job done appropriate, never expect for tip. read more

Amazing massage for a fair price. They did a really good job getting a knot out of my shoulder blade.

$30 for an hour is the lowest in the OC. Great value for a quality massage. I hear people complain about the provider wanting a 30% tip. That's ten bucks, 40 total out the door. I typically give 20. They work their butts off rubbing mine. They are good at following directions about pressure and location. Strictly legit. read more

I'm not sure why this place has such low reviews. When it comes to massages, I am actually extremely picky and this place never fails me. I get a full body massage for one hour and they only charge me $30. Because I am a realtor. I drive a lot and I tend to get a back massage every two weeks. Also, you can add a hot stone for an extra five dollars, I recommend also plugging in your best meditation with your AirPods. Trust me, you will thank me later. read more

Not my first time here but definitely will be my last. At first I thought, I'll just come here for a cheap overall body massage--you get what you pay for. I asked in the beginning if they were gonna do a foot soak. Didn't get one. I asked for "soft" massage--felt man-handled. Used an almost scalding hot towel on me to wipe off the lotion. As well as too hot to handle hot stone "upgrade". Said ouch a few times but there was no check-in or accountability with the customer aka me. Don't appreciate being stripped down while being placed at the entrance for people to be staring. I think ladies should be placed in a curtained area--especially when the place was pretty empty. 15 minutes in to the massage, all I could think was "when is this going to be over with!!" Wasted almost $100 on my husband and I. I will be glad to pay more for better courteous service elsewhere. read more

My husband and I went because we decided to get a massage since we were both arguing and could really use it, my husband specifically said no feet massage, they still try to do it, he also said hard and deep tissue and we paid extra for that, disappointed!!! When it was time for us to go I tip my massage person little cash that I had but as i was rushing to go to the restroom I gave her the $7 and was heading to the exit to charge the rest of the tip on my card, my husband tells me, As you were running to the restroom she was talking behind you like she didn't like your tip , I was gonna tip her more but if I knew what she did I would have snatch the whole tip, I realized THEY ONLY NICE TO YOU BEFORE THE TIP!!! I walked out disappointed and after going for almost 7 years and recommending this place I will never come back. Maybe this won't affect as much or maybe it will but I hate ungratefulness. read more

Great massage for the price you can't beat it. sometimes it takes a few times going to figure out which therapist works best for you, but once you do it, it's so worth it. If you're not going to tip at least $15-20 then don't come here. They make their living prof tips. So if you want them to give you a good massage, hook them up. read more

been coming here since I was 14 , im 23 now. By far the worst massage i have ever had. I love this place because it usually gets the job done for the price that it is. but today was an absolute disaster. My masseuse starts of the massage by clawing at my head (something i've never had before). She did not cut her finger nails so i was just getting harassed by a cat. I specifically asked for "medium" and an emphasis on back. She focused on my back for maybe 10% of the whole massage. And went unbelievably hard, horrible technique, never used her hands once. Only elbows and fists. There was genuinely not a single time that the massage felt good. She has been going so hard everywhere she touched was burning (something i've never experienced). Note i'm writing this 20 mins after the massage and i'm still burning. I definitely should have said something but i guess i was too optimistic that it would hopefully get better. And cherry on top, the person right next to me is snoring like a hibernating bear for my whole massage! read more

This was my first time here and I will absolutely be back. Mike was amazing, professional, and appropriate. Only $30 for 60 minutes which is super affordable. I originally planned on tipping 15-20 but I left a $25 tip because of how much I really enjoyed the massage. 10/10 would recommend coming here. read more

I have been coming here the past 7 years . Each time I come , I leave so refreshed and healed . This place gives the best price and service around . You will not find a better deal with a good quality massage . You can request a male or female and for an hour or hour and a half . You can make specific requests such as ; light/ medium/ or hard for the pressure , don't massage a specific area ( hands or face) , and there are also extras like hot stones and hot water for feet . They use a special oil and wash it off with hot towels at the end . It's amazing , and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else . Just make sure to bring the top in cash ! read more

I used to come here years ago with my mom and everything used to be amazing and I had the best massage experience. I had been reading reviews recently and seen that people were having issues with this spot, so me and my girlfriend decided to give it a shot. Let me mind you I came in here for a FOOT MASSAGE ONLY!! "As advertised" and got a complete different experience. They gave me a full body massage and focused on my feet for maybe 10 minutes, on a hour massage. Then, as me and my girlfriend are getting a massage we can hear them giggling and laughing while they are working on us with our backside exposed and continued it for the final 10-15 minutes. If you are going to have a massage storefront, the first thing in your list should be to not make your clients feel uncomfortable while being exposed... Never again will I go here and it sucks to say because I used to really like this spot. read more

The massage was good and the masseuse got a lot of my knots out in my back/shoulders. But I got COVID from this spot. Upon entry, the Vietnamese lady was wearing her mask. Workers were wearing their mask when we went to the back. The masseuse that massaged my fiancé kept coughing repeatedly throughout the 90 minute massage. I don't know if he kept his mask on the entire time because it's dark in there and they cover you. Wished they didn't allow sick employees to go to work because now I'm sick. Really messed up. ***Please don't go here unless you got COVID before or are okay with getting COVID. I should have left as soon as I heard the guy constantly cough. COVID is no joke and not fun. Stay safe. read more

TL;DR: My mom and I won't be coming back again. Save your money. Tip is mandatory here. If you tip them short, the massage therapist will literally chase you outside to ask for more tip. It's unbelievably embarrassing. My mom and I had paid $30 each for our massages and initially tipped $5 each. My mom's massage therapist ran outside and told the receptionist to tell us that we should tip $5 more. P.S. My mom has been a nail technician for 20+ years, touching and rubbing people's hands and feet. Not once in her entire career would she ask her client or customer to tip her more. read more

Came here and got a 30 min neck masaage. Paid with card before the service. Was going to leave $7 tip and the lady up front said "can you leave $10?" Not wanting to be rude I said ok. Got the massage and it was terrible. Thought about it some more and it did not feel right. Told the woman up front that it was rude and possibly illegal. She stated it's because the therapists want money. I told her to pay them a living wage and to not strong arm customers for money. The male masseuse also told me to take my shirt off but did not turn away or leave the area while I did. Super uncomfortable. I will never return and I hope you don't either. I should report them. read more

So many things were different unique at this place. First time here...I decided to get the 60 minute foot massage ( $30). The reception desk has a plexiglass. In typical type A(sian) form, there were plenty of signs with different rules. Note: they're charging an extra $5 per prepaid voucher. The front desk processes payment first (there's a $1 charge for credit card transactions). Staff member then asked what areas to focus on, and also if I was okay with hot stones! This is very unique and unusual for foot massages. And then you enter a bamboo oasis. I was led to a pleather massage bed, which is more hygienic; the large room was clean. You know how you start with a soak for your stinky feet? The bucket of water was actually put on TOP of the massage bed. Victoria was good and had a medium to firm touch. I really wished the beds were more comfortable. They were so firm that while I was laying on my back, my lower back and knees started to hurt even more than when I came in. Laying on my stomach, my boobs were smushed. If I come back to this place, I think I'll opt for a full body massage hopefully on a more comfortable table. read more

My friend referred this place as it has been her must go massage for yrs. I booked appointment with a little hesitation reading recent not-good reviews about it. I and my boyfriend got Benson and Lily. They knew what they were doing and focused on the parts we needed. The pressure were just perfect. We had a great 60' massage with so affordable price $30, very good price in CA now in my opinion. They are trying to maintain the price despite the inflation so other expenses are understandably managed: tea cup, water. They have it still but just not in a fancy way. If you're looking for a great massage, try this place. Full body option includes face, head and body. I can't ask for more! read more

I've been going to reflexology for a while now, and last week I visited the Fountain Valley location. Unfortunately, the therapist applied so much pressure to my back that I was in pain the next day, relying on ice packs. They don't seem to listen to feedback, and you have to be firm with how aggressive they are with your body. This place can be hit or miss, so GOOD LUCK! read more

I have been coming to this place since 2019z I loved coming here and the management was very nice. Not sure if there is a new owner/management. I paid for 60 min massage $30. I ask for change to give a $10 tip and the lady told me she did not have change. There is a sign that a $20 tip is good. I will not be told and made to give a 60% tip. When I was finished the lady was gone and the man that gave me a massage did not have change either so I gave him $9. Not sure if I am a fan of this place and their expectations of the customers to pay for all the extra stuff and then 60 and up % on tip. Oh yay my massage was less then 60 minutes and did not get the free water foot soak. very disappointed read more

Reasons for the 2 stars. The massage was hard where I was flinching and saying too hard when I specified medium. The masseuse that was massaging me was talking to another masseuse throughout and during my massage. Charging extra for foot soak water and hot stones. After adding foot soak service to a 90 minute massage the masseuse demanded 10 more dollars tip to match what excellent service suggested tip is (25) It felt like there was a lack of freedom to tip what is fair based on the masseuses technique. The masseuse common practice to demand the highest tier tip when they give you the lowest tier service is odd. I want to tip more when a not so luxury place adds luxury items such as hot stones, foot soak but will gladly pay another provider to not demand something they did not earn. read more

Always been a fan and loyal customer but I was disappointed to learn my gift cards (I bought a pack of 10 or 12) are no longer good for the massage without an additional $15. Also-now there is a charge for soaking water and hot stones. I never used the hot stones -but water? I feel sorry for the poor masseuses who have to massage maybe not so clean feet. What next a chair charge? I've been a customer for 16 years but I will most likely use up my cards and look for a new spot. It's a shame because the masseuses are excellent. I believe businesses are supposed to honor outstanding gift cards per state law (f you sell the stock of your corporation or the ownership interest in your limited liability company, the buyer must honor your gift certificates by definition, since your agency's liabilities remain unchanged) read more

This is my number one place to go for massages. The price is amazing and they really do a great job. I recommend to anyone who wants to go and get a good massage for a good price. I've been here around 10 times and I'll be coming back for sure ! read more

This place used to be my go to but 100% not anymore (I had not been in a few years due to moving). My first red flag was walking in and seeing a "tip chart" on the receptionist desk, saying that a $15 dollar tip for a $30 massage is good, and a great tip was something like $30 dollars if I remember right. I had a gift certificate from a while ago that did not mention anything about an expiration date, but when I presented the receptionist with it she said, oh we don't take those anymore but I can give you 50% off. From reading the other reviews I guess that they had an owner and policy changes but it still pissed me off. Another thing that had changed from before was now everything that you can think of is an add-on, which it did not used to be. BUT most importantly, the massage was absolutely horrible. I asked for hard and I at most got a soft-medium massage. It seemed like the lady massaging me was just picked off the street and told to give me a light rub because I swear I could not tell if she was massaging me or just rubbing me, if I had my memory erased and asked if my body felt any different I would just say it felt like someone rubbed lotion on me because that is exactly what happened. A year and a half ago I would have 100% recommended this place but now I would suggest no one even take a step near here. They are just looking for a way to take ur money. read more

I went to this place and asked for a 60 minute foot massage. What I actually received was an 8 minute foot massage. I understand that most massage parlors want to do a combination body and foot massage. I asked over and over and over for only a foot massage. I even stopped and got off the table and looked for somebody that could understand English. The biggest sign on the building is in neon and says "foot massage" yet they don't understand when I asked only for that. They don't understand English. I get this is a Chinese place but if you're not able to understand your customers you should not be charging them for services they didn't ask for and repeated no fewer than 10 times to everybody in the place that I only wanted a foot massage. I will never go to this place again, and I urge you to not patronize this business. read more
