I am truly disheartened, I returned back here less than a month after trying this place for the first time and it was a disappointment. We called Saturday morning and got a spot for 11am, for couple's massage in a private room. This time we were able to actually get a "private room" all the way in the back by the bathroom and where they go in and out to grab the water So we head to the back, and in the morning it's already so loud them going in and out of that door. Then two viet ladies were also talking/laughing really loudly at the end of their massage and nobody said anything! The first part of the massage was great. But then they moved onto feet and spent like a good 20 minutes doing feet... they spent more time on feet than the shoulders My feet were drenched in oil lol. Then they moved onto back where they just rolled their arms all across my back. The next day I was sore all over my back, arms and legs because of their method. The first time I went here, I had no issues at all! When it came time to pay, we only tipped $15 for the 90 minutes because for one, it was noisy in the back room, then the massage wasn't a good one. The guy DEMANDED $20 for tip?! I saw a previous review for this, and I didn't believe it. But now I do, when it happened to me. They need have a better process to organized the time slots for massages. Also they don't like taking credit or debit payments. They are very aggressive on making you leave a $15 which is about half of the price of one hour. I don't like being pressured to leave a large tip. Went here with my boyfriend yesterday, the place has a big room with dividers between all the beds. We were in the back and there was a guy who talked the whole time we were there. In a loud voice he told the girl "you so strong", "I should come here every week". They also spoke Chinese too. I think he was trying to pick her up. I wasn't able to relax with all this talking. This is a great little place and I've been going for years intermittently (4-5x a year) due to the distance. Their current price is $25/hr combination massage with a mandatory $10 tip. I usually just allocate $40 per massage there. For everyone complaining about the tip, what is wrong with you people? A massage in most places are about $60-80 minimum and aren't that much different unless you are doing Thai, Tuina, Swedish or something and they are going to start at $100 per massage not including tips... I've tried some of the other places around the area and they are all actually the same thing but always $5-$10 more and you still should tip the masseuse at least 20%... Anyways, I've always had different people and they are usually very good. But the person I got today was really good and even stepped on my back. I liked their hot stones, years ago it was much longer, but now it's just a couple minutes, which makes me a little sad. My fiancé was an athlete and had horrible trapezoid pain and she has never felt better after a massage. Neither masseuse was particularly great, I was hoping for a legit foot reflexology experience but this was just an hour of getting my feet lotioned up. Actually less than a hour, since they left our feet wrapped for the last 10min and went away. During the massage they kept talking to each other, assuming we couldn't understand what they were saying. The worst part was that after $25 payment the lady behind desk insisted that a min $10 tip was necessary. A $5 tip would have been generous for the experience that we had, but paying an extra $5 wasn't an issue as it's the last time we'll visit this establishment. My husband booked us a 90 minutes massage and we paid extra for a private room that wasn't really private it's not an actual room it's just a closed space with no roof and you can still hear everyone and everything. They do not start at the time they start massaging you they start and your appointment time. BEWARE!! Me and my husband were discussing how much we should tip them by their services and we agreed on $10 each because honestly I did not enjoy it. Especially when they were gossiping the whole time like they haven't seen each other in years! They were waiting by the corner and we handed them both $10 each and thanked them. While we were walking to the front to pay they followed us and while finished paying they said something to the owner and the owner goes "you know 90 minutes you have to tip 20-25 dollars" it's a tip.. we did not have to give you anything. I just needed a quick massage to work out some knots and relax the feet. It's located in a small strip mall but there is plenty of parking. Storefront was ok and the first impression of the interior is not so great. But if you can get past the appearances, then you are in for a treat.
