Love, love, love this place! My friend brought me here for my birthday, and I've had such a great experience. I've tried 3 different people so far, and they've all been great, but Leo is especially amazing! I always request him now. I even drive all the way from Los Angeles because it's worth it! read more

Would never come back here again. My mom and I came and booked a 2hr massage, and let me tell you how it went. Roughly 20min within that 2hrs, the girl that worked on me scratched the left side of my head, and spent probably 10min scratching the other side of my head. She then spent the next 5min using my claw clip to comb out my hair after tangling it, and girl was not gentle at all. She put minimal effort into taking out the knots built up on my neck and back, and more effort in scratching my head. When trying to move my hand over across my body to stretch me out, she strained my left wrist, and at this point I was still willing to let it all slide and be optimistic about this massage, because what was I expecting for such cheap prices? Fast forward to the end of the massage, when my mom went to give a $25 tip to the workers that massaged us, they had the audacity to give my mom a disgusting look and went to go talk to her manager in Chinese. The manager ended up telling my mom that for 2hrs, she should be giving a $30 tip minimum. Like yoo.. $25 is generous considering the crappy massage I got, crazy. Come to find out while reading other reviews on here, apparently their rude demand for higher tips is normal for them. Again, don't come here expecting to be taken care of for their cheap prices. I wish I got the name of the girl that worked on me because I really don't recommend her at all. Final comment: The noise. All good if to hear the noise of customers coming in and getting settled, but would it hurt for the employees to be a little quiet???? Do y'all really gotta be talking to each other so loudly? Just something to consider. read more

I am truly disheartened, I returned back here less than a month after trying this place for the first time and it was a disappointment. We called Saturday morning and got a spot for 11am, for couple's massage in a private room. This time we were able to actually get a "private room" all the way in the back by the bathroom and where they go in and out to grab the water So we head to the back, and in the morning it's already so loud them going in and out of that door. Then two viet ladies were also talking/laughing really loudly at the end of their massage and nobody said anything! The first part of the massage was great. But then they moved onto feet and spent like a good 20 minutes doing feet... they spent more time on feet than the shoulders My feet were drenched in oil lol. Then they moved onto back where they just rolled their arms all across my back. The next day I was sore all over my back, arms and legs because of their method. The first time I went here, I had no issues at all! When it came time to pay, we only tipped $15 for the 90 minutes because for one, it was noisy in the back room, then the massage wasn't a good one. The guy DEMANDED $20 for tip?! I saw a previous review for this, and I didn't believe it. But now I do, when it happened to me. I get the cheap prices, but it was truly a bad experience with the noise and quality of massage. The massage also ended 10 minutes early, and so we did not get our full 90 minutes read more

Me and my mom have been coming to Palm Tree Massage for yearssss. The massages almost never disappoint and their prices are so good which is why we always come back. Never during any of our maybe 10-15 visits have we ever had problems with paying or tipping until this time. I tried to tip my masseuse 10 dollars, a 25 percent tip and she went and gave it to the front desk lady who then told me I had to tip at least 20 dollars. I asked if they could just take 10 because I didn't have any more cash and she literally told me to wait for my mommy and ask her for more money. I won't be returning if 50 percent tip is what is expected, tipping is optional. read more

I was told how great the massage is here for the price. I have now gone twice and this has been a great massage for the price they charge. This place is not fancy but it's a great Chinese massage. The best people here. The best massagers ever. Great place and the owner is very friendly and very nice.

$25 per 1 hour is cheap, so you should not expect a fancy place or a relaxing ambience. My guy did a great job on the massage. However, if you do not want them to crack your back, you should tell them ahead of time. They also expected me to tip $15 read more

It's alright. Hit or miss. The male owner probably doesn't pay the employee much. He's always asking for more tips or set up a tip amount for the masseuses. I took my 10 yo here for a massage and 90 minutes appointment. They changed that last minute after we sat down to 60 minutes. I was ok about it. But the owner later asked me to tip $15. So 75% tip. read more

Palm Tree Foot Massage - October 2025 - Massage Near Me - Westminster, California

Great massage, great price. I got right in without an appointment. Hoping back again soon.

WOULD HAVE GIVEN A ZERO RATING!! Update to my last review on Jan 30, 2026. Even tho I can not prove this, ever since I had that horrible experience where the girl gave me a massage, my lower back and past sciatic problems have reoccurred. The last time I had issues with my back was several years ago. I had a doctor's appointment today and hopefully will get some relief. The part of the massage when I was unaware that the girl was going to "yank" on my leg is when I believe the problem began. IF YOU DO GO THERE FOR A MASSAGE, I WOULD EMPHASIZE THAT YOU PREFER GENTLE, MEDIUM, OR HARD MASSAGE AND POINT OUT ANY PROBLEM AREAS THAT MAY BE BOTHERING YOU. read more

All about you money.. $25 1 h massage. Tips $15 . They not happy.. I have talk to the owner about this? But nothing affects them at all. Won't be here again until they have a big change read more

They need have a better process to organized the time slots for massages. Also they don't like taking credit or debit payments. They are very aggressive on making you leave a $15 which is about half of the price of one hour. I don't like being pressured to leave a large tip. And it's very noisy because the front desk/owner and clients and in the front talking there's not much privacy. read more

Been here when I lived in OC. Now I live in Rancho Cucamonga and I still come back to this place. I love the back cracking and stretching my arms and legs. A private room is just $5 more but you're excluded from everyone seeing you get pulled apart. I feel a relief when I come here for a full body massage that's just $25. It used it be $15/hour, but with inflation...this is still super good! read more

I came here a couple of times and the massages suck. The only reason I kept coming back because is very cheap price. Today will be my last time coming here. I don't know why they have the massage pricing at 120 minutes combo for $50 but the guy at the front never gives it to you when you want it, not even the 90 minute like today that I asked for. The guy doing my massage sucks, all he did was a couple of forearms rolling here and there, a lot of head rubbing and barely a minute of oiling on my back then the hot stones. He worked on my back and with the hot stones barely 2 minutes and he's already wiped it off with a hot towel. Next thing I know, it was over. I look at the clock and it was the time I walked in at 1:40 pm, went to the restroom and he finished at 2:40 pm. I said 90 minutes, he said No only 60 minutes, I was like whatever, it sucked anyways. I tipped him$20 and went to the front and paid the guy $25, he said $40, I said the guy only did 60 minutes. After I left the building, I was thinking I should just tipped the guy $10. I was regretting tipping him $20 for a crappy massage. The only good one there is Eric, he's young, probably in his mid 20's. Eric got skills and he's very professional. But I'm not sure if he's still there or not, I went there last November when I first had Eric. While I was laying on my back getting a massage, I heard the owner talking to a customer, I'm guessing the customer is a woman because he said " maybe I will massage you ". The owner probably recognized the lady's number and I bet she'd built like a goddess, cuz no owner would volunteer to massage you unless is super busy and their understaffed. Creepy and inappropriate behavior, you can decide on that. The 2 stars is for Eric. And I tipped Eric $60 for 90 minutes body massage in a semi private room with a curtain door that doesn't even hang down the floor lol I rather go back to Olala then come back here. But, good luck to all y'all who comes here. read more

This place is cheap and a great way to feel be refreshed and recharged as all of the masseuses are great at what they do. Be polite and ask kindly if they are not hitting your expectations as you must remember everyone has different preferences. MOST IMPORTANTLY don't be cheap!! This is already super cheap and they have remained at the same price for quite some time. Tip well!! And by well I mean 20-25 dollars Thats still a 50 dollar massage which you cannot find ANYWHERE read more

Was offered a room for me and my bf @ $60.00, we took it. Massage was good, people were talking at a moderate tone, not whispering. Towels do not smell very clean, when you are face down on the massage bed they do NOT wipe clean the face cradle tunnel, where everyone breathes thru. Gross! At the end, I handed each masseuse a $10.00 dollar tip. To which they spoke in their language. Then I walked to pay the cashier with a 100.00 he asked how much I tipped and I said 10 each. He said, Oh no you do pipteen (15.00) I said Oh noo I did 10.00 which is already 33 percent. I am not tipping 50 percent. He held my change and he was hesistant to hand it to me, so I reached out and slid it from his hand! What was this??? Horrible! read more

I took my dad here, and had a bad experience. I won't be here again. The receptionist ( not sure if she's the owner too) did not know much English. She just guessed what I meant. I requested 2 beds next to each other, so I could translate for my dad since he does not speak English and it's his very first time getting a massage. My dad's male massage therapist seemed nice, but he did not understand anything I told him. I had to make signs to show him what i meant, but he still did not get it all. My massage therapist was a lady who was so rude. She knew a little more English than the guy. But she was so rude from the first second she came. She got mad when the buckets of clothes were not placed where she wanted while no one told me where i should put it. And is it my job to know exactly where to put it ? I told her I needed to translate for my dad, she ignored me. During the session, I had to make sure my dad is ok. My dad is 70 years old. I looked around and saw other therapists stepping on people's backs. I told his male therapist: "do not step on my dad's back". He didn't understand. Also, my dad told me to tell him do not touch at one place on his body because he had pain at that area. I tried to tell his therapist, the guy didn't understand. And my lady got mad every time I lift my head up to look and made sure my dad was ok, and was not stepped on. During the whole session, she didn't even ask me anything like : "is it ok, do you want me to do it softer or harder ? " those questions I always get asked every time I get a massage. She was a little harsh with the massage, but I could take it, so I didn't say anything. She also put the towels on me as if she threw them on my body. You could feel it if someone really does care about their customers, cares about their jobs. She kept quiet most of the time and talked in Chinese with the other therapists with an annoying tone, sometimes laughing but not too loud. When I moved my hands , or lift my head just a little bit to look at my dad. She pulled my head back, pushed it down ... I felt like I was treated like a log of wood or something. No respect, no customer service .... then she said something in Chinese again. At the end, I paid. $25/hr. I didn't want to give her tip because of her attitude, but I gave her $10 anyway. The receptionist said : "NO, $15 tip minimum." Really ??? She did not deserve any tips. I don't mind paying more and tip more for good customer service. $25/ hr is affordable. But to be honest, they could charge more if their employees do a better job. Also, If you offer bad service and demand tips with a minimum amount, that sounds ridiculous. I WILL NOT COME BACK, NEVER. And I don't recommend this place to anyone. You get a massage to relax, not to get mad. read more

The most HORRIBLE customer service I have EVER received!!! Not sure if the receptionist is the manager or the owner but he is the reason for my 1 star review. Prices and services were great, ladies had very good hands, kind and respectful. The issue began the moment I called to make an appointment. Not a greeting, just an attitude right away asking how many people, what time, and hung up as I was asking my question. I was thrown off but brushed it off. I made the appointment for 4pm, I do live 2 hours away so I did arrive at 4:05 with unpredictable traffic and when I got there he had a very strong character and said "nope, it's too busy & I said 4pm" and pointed at the door. The pointing was extremely rude but I was understanding and willing to wait since I was a few minutes late. In the time I'm waiting, 3 customers are paying and he SNATCHED their cash out of their hands as they were paying. If that was me I would most definitely not let that happen and call him out. A couple women were requesting a woman for massage and he denied saying it's too busy and there's no time to come back another day. When men came in requesting a woman for a massage, they received their service right away. Weird? Absolutely. Fast forward to my service, I was satisfied and happy with the massage so I wanted to tip her an extra $20 cash I had and the rest on card. The second he sees my $20 he denies it and says it is not sufficient and he needs more. When has a tip EVER been required especially a minimum amount UNLESS it is food service. I was super frustrated, I snapped, and did not let him get away with his way because this is definitely not the first time he takes advantage. I have NEVER been DEMANDED a bigger tip unless I'm at a restaurant. I asked if it was a requirement or a personal choice and he said suggested as I thought. I felt terrible for the lady standing there hearing us argue because she did a great job and he was the problem. I don't doubt it he was demanding a bigger tip because those ladies are underpaid! After lots of back and fourth I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism and decided I'm done. I said I'm leaving and he said "you know what, it's fine give me the $20". I stood my ground and let him know that because he decided to have the worst attitude ever, Im thankful for the service that I paid for already but I'm sorry for the inconvenience & I'm not leaving a tip at all anymore. He got in my face yelling, shut the door in my face as I'm talking, tells me to never come back and says f*uck y*ou. If you're ever wondering the fastest way to lose a customer, this is how!!!!!!!!! read more

I got the 90 massage with Eric on New Year day & it was great . I booked 2 hours at 6:30 again 1 week later then the owner called when I was on my way to say they only could do 90 mins because they wanted to close early . Bad customer services !!! Then Eric only gave me 80 mins massage I still paid 90 mins & I was polite to tip him but I would never come back .. there are 2 other massage places in the same mall . I will check out . I recently visited for the first time and had mixed feelings. Booking was a bit of a hassle; I called the day before to schedule an appointment and I was told to call back the next day, and even after calling first thing in the morning to confirm, my appointment wasn't on the books when I arrived. I ended up waiting about 20 minutes. Most uncomfortably, when I paid and included a tip, the front desk asked me for more. I enjoyed the massage, but the lack of organization and the pressure regarding the tip made it a frustrating experience. read more

Went here with my boyfriend yesterday, the place has a big room with dividers between all the beds. We were in the back and there was a guy who talked the whole time we were there. In a loud voice he told the girl "you so strong", "I should come here every week". They also spoke Chinese too. I think he was trying to pick her up. I wasn't able to relax with all this talking. There was a manager walking around , I could hear him talking on the phone. But he did nothing to quiet the guy down. Finally someone yelled at them to be quiet and shut up! But the damage was done, my hour of relaxation was shot. My boyfriend felt the same. Won't be coming back here again. read more

Watch your jewelry! I forgot to take off my necklace before I go in . The masseuse told me let him take off for me before the girl came over and give me a massage. I called and they said they don't know anything about and the are busy to talk to me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE !!! read more

I came here with a group of four and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We were told we'd all be placed in a general room together. When we arrived, they said they only had space for two of us, so my friends went first while the rest of us waited. Without telling them in advance, my two friends were placed in a private room, and at the end were suddenly charged an extra $5 each for it. On top of that, the front desk (who I believe is the owner) demanded a minimum $15 tip per person. While the masseuse herself was very sweet, this tipping practice felt pushy and unprofessional. What you think will be a $25 massage ends up being $30 plus $10-15 more in "mandatory" tips. The massage itself was good, but the shady surprise fees and pushy tipping ruined the whole experience. What should have been relaxing ended up feeling like a scam. I won't be coming back. read more

Called to make an appointment at 5:30pm. I'm rushing a few minutes late so I called to communicate with them but got no answer. When I arrive there the guy asks if we called so I proceed to tell her my number and to tell him my appointment was at 5:30 pm. He responds to me saying that they are busy and shows me he had me down for 5:00 pm which is completely wrong. Very disappointing with them for one the customer service is always terrible and front person is so rude. Have always recommended people here cause of the massage itself not the people or the area or the place wouldn't recommend it anymore cause the hours show 9 pm and they are always rushing and don't have any massages after 6pm or sometimes 7pm. read more

For the combination price to be $25, they did a wonderful job on me. Me and my friends weren't expecting much since we did a walk in after some drinks . Good massage at cheap price. Just remember to give a good tip to the workers. Call first to check for availability.

Booked a hour and a half hour massage for me and the wife . Get there they take about 15 mins setting up which i hope wasn't cutting into the massage time . (Which it did ) Instantly , the 2 masseuse starts talking to each other non stop. Like ? Hello? Trying to relax here ? They literally just scratched/rubbed our head for 30 mins. Didn't know microwaving a towel took 5-8 mins each time ( they do This maybe 4 times total ) So maybe out of the so called hour and a half massage , we probably got a solid 45 mins in .. here's the best part, as the massage is done, they wait by the exit expecting a tip. I'm a very generous person but that massage was absolute trash , so I only tipped $10 each , $20 total for me and the wife - The lady at the front desk tried and school us about tipping more ? Uhh excuse me? A TIP IS A REFLECTION OF THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE , IT IS NOT MANDATORY. She tried saying hour n a half massages usually you should tip $20-$25. Bruuh , you want me to give 60% Tip for a massage my daughter could've probably done better for a cup of milk tea Boba ? Sorry, but yall gotta Do better. I read the other reviews and a lot of ppl have this same issue . If you want a better tip, talk to your bunk employees first . It hurts me to write a negative review and I rarely do . But this one didn't sit right with me . read more

This is a great little place and I've been going for years intermittently (4-5x a year) due to the distance. Their current price is $25/hr combination massage with a mandatory $10 tip. I usually just allocate $40 per massage there. For everyone complaining about the tip, what is wrong with you people? A massage in most places are about $60-80 minimum and aren't that much different unless you are doing Thai, Tuina, Swedish or something and they are going to start at $100 per massage not including tips... I've tried some of the other places around the area and they are all actually the same thing but always $5-$10 more and you still should tip the masseuse at least 20%... Anyways, I've always had different people and they are usually very good. But the person I got today was really good and even stepped on my back. I liked their hot stones, years ago it was much longer, but now it's just a couple minutes, which makes me a little sad. Otherwise, the massage itself is really worth the price as long as you can over look the fact the location is slightly rundown and not that clean. read more

OMG! My fiancé and I just went there and had two men for a 30min back and shoulders.... First off, AMAZING. My fiancé was an athlete and had horrible trapezoid pain and she has never felt better after a massage. He WALKED on her back, they stretched us, AND they dig their elbows into spots you didn't even know were there. Second, the PRICE. It felt longer than 30 minutes but it was ONLY $25 a person. We tipped 80% which still didn't feel enough! Highly recommend this place for your bi-weekly/monthly place! They also have full body for the same time/price! We can't wait to come back and try new services here!! read more

Best massage ever. Exactly what we were looking for. Me and three siblings came at 10 am for 1/hr walk-in. They took us with no wait. 25$/hour body is crazzyyyyyyy. Amazing. My guy was thorough and got all my tension out and even was steppinnnn all over my back like an acrobatic. wowwwww. For an open room, it felt pretty private with the short walls. Top came off but was given a little wrap around top to cover up. Hidden gem, good front desk guy too. I would recommend this to the rest of my family and come back over and over! read more

Came with my hubby for 2 hr massage. The front desk guy took us into the room (supposed to be private) and started to tell us that it would be $30/hr we were ok with it. The 2 masseuse took their time setting up for almost 10 min. When she started to massaged me, I feel like she only rubbed lightly and scratching my skin. She used alot of her elbows as well. Overall, not a good massage. My husband didn't like his massage neither, but still he managed to tip them each $25.00. When he went to pay, they followed and said something to the guy at the front desk and he asked my husband for $5 more for each of them. 50% TIPS??!!! We didn't want to make a big deal because it will be our last time we are not coming back so we gave them each $5 more. So that's basically $90 for each of us to get hurt not a relaxing massage. Beware of this place or you can go to others better massage for the same price or cheaper. I do not write a negative review and I rarely do, but for this one I have to let others know so that they don't get trap in paying TIPS that they asked for. Would not come back!!! read more

Mom and I were quickly shuffled into the private room. We raved about how amazing it is to have privacy.. Massage was good and they honored our requests. Mom likes the strength of the man more. My lady couldn't sustain similar for me. We communicated via Google translate. Mom's guy asked for a higher tip than $10. I asked to increase my duration from 1 hour to 2. I didn't think they would fairly charge for 30 minute increments of I increased by that much. The cashier said we must pay extra for the private room that we asked for. We didn't ask for it, never saw the price on their list, and was turned off by the lies. If they told us upfront, we would happily pay $25/hour and still do 2 hours each. They could use help with price transparency. read more

Palm Tree Foot Massage - Chased us out after unsuccessfully demanding more money that was agreed upon - Massage Near Me - Westminster, California

Better massage options in the same plaza. Called ahead to check availability for a 60min foot massage for two. Upon arrival the two masseuses tried to upsell us to body massage or other extras. Neither masseuse was particularly great, I was hoping for a legit foot reflexology experience but this was just an hour of getting my feet lotioned up. Actually less than a hour, since they left our feet wrapped for the last 10min and went away. During the massage they kept talking to each other, assuming we couldn't understand what they were saying. The worst part was that after $25 payment the lady behind desk insisted that a min $10 tip was necessary. A $5 tip would have been generous for the experience that we had, but paying an extra $5 wasn't an issue as it's the last time we'll visit this establishment. Consumers beware, better options exist! read more

My boyfriend and i went here for the first time and we both really enjoyed our massages! Very firm and hands on. We were happy to find out that hot stone was included! I've gone to so many places around here and this one is sometimes rushed and not so polite but for the price and consistency of the massage I keep coming back. It's cash only. Best call to ensure there is availability. I've come many times and been turned away because they're full. I prefer a male masseuse because they generally are stronger and I there's more pressure.
