Truly blown away! I am an expecting mom of twins and found the best prenatal massage with Luis. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. At StressLess they truly care about how you're feeling and what goals you have to release tension. As a mom that loves deep tissue they were able to get as close to that goal as possible while still keeping the babies safe. The entire staff is the sweetest, from Esme the receptionist, Sal the other massage therapist and Amparo for facials and massage therapy. Amparo gives the most incredible facials and she also brought my skin to life and tailored my facial to be pregnancy safe. My skin is glowing! You have to give StressLess a try, you won't regret it! read more

Had a wonderful time here! We had a private event and the staff was so helpful and accommodating. The owner, Luis, was so nice and I truly appreciate his hospitality. They even set up a table for us to have our drinks and food. The massage was great and our guests enjoyed the facial as well. HIGHLY recommend for any private events! read more

Luis is a great massage therapist, I know him for many years. He is always explaining and teaching about body techniques, stretches etc. that can always be helpful for the body. Highly recommend him and all the team read more

I'm giving them a 3 because I really loved my massage and the convenience of how close the place is. You also get your own private room. But as far as the time, it's definitely not 60 minutes. I paid for 60 minutes and my massage was about 40 minutes. I won't be coming back because of that :( read more

I received a gift certificate and actually had pretty low expectations based on the price point they charge and the unassuming location. But wow, place is amazing. When you walk in, it's dark and cozy and immediately soothing. Luis was my massage therapist and he explained everything he was going to do as well as asked me lots of questions. Boy did he hit all of my trigger points, and more. It's a kind, friendly, clean, accommodating (got a same day appointment); just the kind of place I've been looking for. read more

I have had four massages here. The first massage was okay, but I wanted to make it work because it is close to our house. The reception area is nice, but the receptionist lacks in hospitality, which when you are going for that spa experience, feels fairly important. I finally got settled in with a therapist I loved at my second massage and continued to schedule three more massages with them. Upon arrival today for my massage with her I was told they were no longer there. Then they didn't have record of my massage even being for today, or for my time of arrival. My massage was booked for 2pm. I arrived five minutes early. Receptionist didn't have me on the scheduled. Asked me if I had even received a verification text, which I had, and will post below. It is currently 2:15, and my massage has not begun. I would say that while they have decent therapists, they lack hugely in hospitality and administrative functions. I wouldn't return here unless they were able to get this fixed. Highly disappointed in the experience and definitely would not recommend. read more

Luis covers everything I've dreamed of in massage therapy. He has an extensive understanding of the body and can appropriately address pain points, as well as approaches massages with the firmness to be effective and the smooth movements / gentleness to make it relaxing. He's also incredibly sweet, I immediately felt comfortable with him. I went in for some back pain and arm numbness. He talked me through what could be causing it and how he'd be addressing it in our massage. Everything about it was perfect - thank you, Luis! I'll be back soon! read more

I worked for a chiropractor for 5 years getting adjustments regularly and it never helped my chronic neck pain. I've had a million massages, acupuncture, physical therapy, pain management injections, everything. Somehow Mayra has cracked the code. I don't know how but she has given me the most relief I have seen thus far. Her massage style is the perfect amount of pressure, deep enough to accomplish some relief but not so aggressive that you are wincing in pain feeling like you got hit by a truck. 10/10. read more

I was recommended this location in search for great therapy. A couple of months ago I started having severe pain in my lower back( known as sciatica back pain. I hardly could walk. Since I had never experienced anything like this before I was on the hunt for relief as well as getting back to my active lifestyle. I had tried a few different therapies. And when my hair stylist recommended Stress Therapy I booked an appointment immediately. I only been here 3 times (90 minute sessions) and already feel 80-85% heal. Andrew is my therapist, he listens to your needs, very professional, and very informative about the body. I am so great full to have found him. I recommend him 100%. Janice Hartman read more

Best massage I've ever had! Louis took such good care of me. Listened to my concerns and honed in on what I needed. I could not have asked for a better experience, including the nice and helpful lady upfront. read more

If you want just a massage and with no spa treatments then this is your place. Very professional masseuse. Base on your comfortable pressure points, they will release tension and create relief. read more

First, let me say this is not a spa. This is a massage therapy office. If you want the spa experience pay lots.ofmoney and go to a spa. If you want a top notch massage, go here. The office is small and in a strip center, but so what? So are lots of dentists and chiropractors. I have been coming to Stressless Massage since they first opened and I am so glad a friend referred them to me. I have chronic neck and back pain and I have gotten relief from both as a result of my regular adherence to scheduled massages every month. My life has improved because my pain has improved. I am currently using Andrew as my primary massage therapist. He is very good and knows the right pressure to use. Louis is also excellent and knowledgeable. Their prices are the best I have seen as well. Office staff is very friendly and follow up is great. read more

With all the stress and anxiety that 2020 brought to life, it was SUCH a relief to have massage therapy from Luis. His care helped me tremendously! Take it from a long time client, he is one of THE BEST in the industry! Thank you Luis for your TLC! read more

I started going to Luis about a year and a half ago to take care of some chronic sport related muscle problems. He not only fixed my problems, but helped me understand how to help prevent them from coming back. I now visit him every 3 weeks to tune up my body and its worth every penny!! Luis is extremely kind and really has his customers best interests in mind. We have referred many friends and they have all turned into return clients. My family and I cannont recommend Stressless Therapy Massage enough!!! read more

The best place to relax. What I love is that every week you can have the same, or different massage therapist. There is true consistency in service and Esmeralda the receptionist is personable and on top of the schedule. I go for a massage every two weeks to relax, and to help with some leg (sciatica) issues. Since my first massage, my overall physical health has improved and I seem happier and healthier. read more

I was told that "everyone uses medical emergency" when I had a to cancel my appointment. And in the same respect the reception told me " I'm not questioning you" , completely contradictory and oblivious to the situation. I requested another therapist and was told that they have multiple therapists but that they're booked for the year through packages. Completely soured my perception of this place and soiled the experiences of a gift massage, it's like I'm being punished for not buying more sessions. I almost don't even care that I'll lose the gift because they do not listen to what is asked of them in terms of preference. read more

It had been at least a year since my last massage. We all know how amazing they can feel and most of us likely haven't had a poor one either! Still, it was very easy for me to give Luis of Stressless Therapy Massage 5 stars for cleanliness, decor, friendliness, attentiveness, professionalism, location, and price. I called and left a message to first schedule a massage. Luis currently works by appointment only, since he's starting off in a new location. Not only did he call back and have excellent customer service skills, but there is even a text confirmation/reminder that comes through. I love that type of follow up. His business is located off Bradford and Chapman, across from Kraemer Park. The strip mall, which includes Rosa's Pizza, has ample parking. The lobby area is inviting and the whole place was clean. I used the restroom facilities as well, and the whole interior design already screamed at me...RELAX SHEILA. Haha. The rooms are pretty typical. A robe is provided if needed, a place to hang your clothing, a chair, table and such. The smells and music playing immediately soothe your worries of the day. Luis has you fill out a form to learn of problem areas, allergies, prior injuries, and more to really get to know his clients. He asked me if I was ok with scalp, face, and glutes and I nodded in affirmation. He also asks the amount of pressure you like and can adjust up or down on your comfort level. He used peppermint for my scalp massage and it felt so amazing. His desire to not transfer hair oil to your face is apparent, as he sanitizes after touching your hair. He is very careful to make sure your private areas are kept covered and you can choose what you'd like to keep on or off during your session. Very respectful. Some of my favorites during the hour selected was the foot massage, glutes, scalp, neck, shins, forearms, and hands. I should sleep like a log tonight! Before leaving, Luis explained his returning client fees. The regular rates are very reasonable to begin with. First-timers receive a slight discounted fee and returners who pre-pay their next appointment, get to also utilize the lower fee. Seems fair enough. No nasty contracts to get out of, automatic withdrawals, or expiration dates. How simple is that! Please consider allowing Luis to work his magic on your tired, achy, stress-filled body and I am telling you, you won't regret doing so! read more

I come to Luis every 3-4 weeks for the past 5 months. I always have headaches and my back/shoulders are always tense. After my first appointment he recommended stretches to help release my tension and help my headaches. Luis goes above and beyond every time. Other massage places I've always gotten the "hope you enjoyed your massage have a great day" attitude but with Luis he will recommend a stretch to do to relieve whatever my issue is when I go see him. I HIGHLY recommend everyone coming here. read more

I knew Luis from another massage therapy place.. I was suffering from chronic headaches to where I thought it might even be a tumor! Turns out it was a severe sinus infection, but Luis's care really helped with the head pain; something that countless pills of Advil failed to do. He eventually became my go to man and I followed him to this place too. He is so accommodating, polite, attentive to areas that need work, and really cares.. Highly recommend this place, and him.. read more

Very disappointed in my experience. I gave great insight as to the areas I wanted to focus on and it was my back. The area focused on was my neck. Very awkward as the person was so close to me that I can feel them breathing on my face (gross and need some personal space). The person I guess was tired, as he was yawning multiple times. I received have received messages regularly and have never been as disappointed as I was. I didn't expect my pain to go away. But at least focus in areas I'm requesting, and ask if I'm wanting trigger point massage because that's not what I wanted. I was asked once how was the pressure. read more

I had two massage sessions before the covid shutdown and can't wait for the business to open back up. Therapist was very professional, highly knowledgeable on the human body . I have had many massage sessions all over the world and stressless massage therapy ranks as the top 5 bests. As a medical professional myself that is a lot to be said for this business. Facility is very clean and relaxing. Rates are amazing also. You won't be disappointed. Located in an old strip mall in old P-town -- it's a diamond business!!! read more
