The price is great. You can get an hour massage for one hour. The place is clean and peaceful. I went with my sister and our friend. Originally when I called they were putting us in the same room. The when we got there they had two rooms and one would have to go to another room. Because my sister planned this with our friend originally and I joined last minute I told them I'll go to the room alone. So that was the first thing that I was bummed about. I was told to get to my underwear and have the blanket on me. Now because I saw women only walking around, I assumed the person massaging me would be a woman. Once I laid down it was a man who came into my room. What made me frustrated is they didn't check with me to see if I'd be comfortable with a man. So if you're not comfortable getting massages with men let them know, because they won't ask you. I was t comfortable with it but at this point I was already there and I wasn't sure if they had any women free to give me a massage at this point. The massage was good but I didn't like that I wasn't asked or warned. I hope they at least do this as a courtesy to women who like to only get massages by women. I really wanted to like this place because of its convenient location; however, the customer service was extremely disappointing. We walked in at 10 a.m. and were not greeted at all. While I understand there may have been a language barrier, especially as an Asian immigrant myself, the staff member appeared irritated and aggravated when I mentioned our couples Groupon voucher. What made the situation more uncomfortable was that the staff did not seem to understand what was being advertised or sold on Groupon. Their confusion gave me anxiety, especially since I had already paid and was worried there might be an issue honoring the voucher. The massage itself was mediocre and not relaxing. The therapist worked at a very fast pace, and although I understand everyone has different techniques, the pressure felt overly aggressive for my preference. There was also an uncomfortable hygiene issue. At one point, it felt like the therapist silently burped close to my face, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I do not want to smell someone's breath during a massage, and wearing a mask might help prevent situations like this. This may sound minor, but most spas offer hot tea or at least warm water after a massage. Instead, we were given cold water, which felt careless and unprofessional. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and attention to basic customer comfort stood out. I was here on April 10th. My whole body was aching from long hours of work, and I was hoping for a relaxing massage. So I called in, and the lady kindly made an appointment for me. Everything was fine until my massager came in. I do not remember his name, and he was a nice person, but he was a horrible massager. He didn't know where to press and where to not press, and when he was pressing with one hand, he placed the other on my waist, which caused a shift of weight entirely on my waist when he was not pressing. I booked the 60-minute deep tissue massage, but after 35 minutes I genuinely felt that I might get hurt, so I stopped him, paid the entire amount even though it was horrible and I cut it short, and walked out. After I calmed down a bit in my car, I called, and the lady who made the appointment for me answered. I told her what happened and that the massager needs to practice/learn how to massage so that this does not happen to anyone else. The lady apologized and promised me multiple times that her manager will follow up with me in a couple of days. She took my name and my phone number. Since then, it has been almost three weeks, and I have not received a call from her. I've been to this place multiple times, and I generally had a good experience, so I did not want to leave any bad reviews. Dola was such a great massage therapist. This was my first time here (I usually go somewhere else) and I often times feel more tense than relaxed when I leave that other massage place. I was hoping to like this place but unfortunately that's not the case. I came in and like others have mentioned I came in with a Groupon voucher. It was 40 minutes back massage and 20 or 30 minute for foot with dead skin removal. The person in the front seemed to be confused and there was a language barrier. I didn't care as I just wanted a good massage. As I was heading to the back I saw rooms with empty beds but they ended up putting me in a room that was marked "shower" and yes there was a shower in there even though it's set up as a room plus super tiny. It was super uncomfortable and the person giving me the massage kept adjusting the bed around to fit as they moved around the tiny area. It was not relaxing at all and I completely regretted not speaking up just because I came in with a voucher. And my "foot" massage with dead skin removal was a bucket with warm water set up on the bed while on laying my back and my feet didn't fit properly inside. This whole experience was so uncomfortable and unprofessional. I like to try the 3-3 1/2 stars places because I want to experience what everyone is saying but today I called and a nice lady named Allison spoke really nicely and professionally, I was asking if one of her workers was working today and she said no but she said she has 3 other guys ( Tony, David and Peter) who are really good, I said I want an older guy because they seem more experienced in my opinion. She said Tony and David both been working there for 7 years so, I got there and they were busy, Allison showed me to the room and she gave him a couple of minutes (5). They Tony knocked and asked if I was ready, I said yes and he walked in, fix my sheets then start pushing my back. Usually when they start pushing, I can tell right away if they're good or not because I had a lot of experience with massages over a decade. Tony was good and I saw 90 minutes ? He then ran out to get the boss, she comes in and says only 60 minutes because Tony had another appointment after me, if i wanted 90 minutes, I can wait for another guy to finish in 10 minutes. I said no, one hour is fine and Tony did a fantastic job. Just the right amount of pressure, I like his neck massage, I like it when they squeeze my neck skin and push my skull up, you know what I mean !?! lol l then he turned my head sideways to massage my neck, I wished he massages a little harder. Then he went to my arms, again, too lightly pressure. But I love his face massage like the way he outlined my eyebrows with pressure and straight to my temples, he then massage my face like his fingers were dancing on both my jawline. Like doing facial, tap tap tap lol. Overall, I enjoyed it. After the massage was done, he waits at the front, you know for his tips lol. I paid the lady $60 and Tony asked if I wanted water, I said yes hot water and handed him a $20 tip. The lady Allison spoke really good English so there's no way you people said they're rude. They strongly encourage paying in cash, and when paying by card, any transaction over $100 comes with an unexpected $3 fee. There was also a very firm expectation to leave a tip of $10 or more, which wasn't communicated in advance. None of this was explained before the service, so the checkout process felt awkward and a bit uncomfortable. Transparency matters to me, especially in a service business meant to help people feel at ease. There are many massage places in the area that are clear about their pricing and make the whole visit feel welcoming from start to finish. I had a really frustrating experience at Four Seasons Spa in Fullerton. My wife and I came in for a couples massage and were told they were available right away. Based on that, we agreed to the most expensive option -- a full 1-hour full-body massage. They took us into the room, had us take all our clothes off and get ready, and then left. We sat there waiting... and waiting... for 20 minutes with no explanation. Finally someone came in and casually told us it would be another 30 minutes before they could start. So let me get this straight -- you tell customers you're ready immediately, have them undress and lie there waiting, and then suddenly say it'll be another half hour? That's incredibly unprofessional and honestly pretty uncomfortable. It felt like they only said they were ready just to get us to buy the most expensive service, and then changed the story once we were already in the room. Got a Groupon deal for a 60 min couples massage with hot stones and aromatherapy. Made an appointment ahead of time and was a few minutes late but we still were able to get in. Got placed into a room with 4 beds. A curtain separated 2 and 2. That wasn't an issue but we did get some loud people coming in which is no fault to the business. The massage was really good and I got a female and my boyfriend got a male which we liked because it made it comfortable for us. My lady was nice and firm with her massage and checked in when she'd go harder in some spots asking me if I was okay. We were also given a cup of water after we were done. Overall a great place the only thing that wasn't sure of was the aromatherapy part as I didn't smell anything or I wasn't sure if we were supposed to be given anything for that. read more

I had a very uncomfortable experience here. After my massage was finished, two employees stood there waiting while I tipped. I left a tip, but they insisted it wasn't enough and told me that was the minimum and that I needed to give more. They kept pressuring me for more money, and I ended up giving more because of how uncomfortable the situation became. What made it worse was that this was happening in front of other customers, which was very embarrassing. I felt put on the spot and pressured in a way that was completely unprofessional. Tipping should always be optional and based on the customer's experience. Being told my tip wasn't enough and being pressured by multiple employees in front of others ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. They were over 20 minutes late for our appointment but that wasn't really the issue. The issue was the tip. They were late, cut the time by 10 minutes when I paid for 70 mins and only received 60, the massage was sub par (I had to ask for more pressure multiple times and it was not received), and the masseuse left the room multiple times so not even the entire 60 mins was used (when I paid for 70). So, I didn't want to tip the $10 they forced me to. If the service wasn't to my liking and there were many factors, I simply do not have to tip. When leaving, the man forced me to pay a tip and I left one because I felt pressured and honestly I could have stood my ground, but it wasn't worth it so I left one since they were begging. Tip should never be expected, it is up to customer. I ALWAYS tip and left one for them and they asked for MORE. That was the issue. I walked into this business randomly and it looked like a nice place to have a massage. They were charging extra for using a credit card so I decided to go to the ATM and get cash. When I came back, I asked if they could give me a receipt for cash and the lady shook her head and said no. There was a language barrier but they understood what I was saying. I asked again if she would give me a receipt, they said no. I asked to talk to the manager and another lady came out. She said no receipt only for credit card. I said OK can you write it on a piece of paper. She grabbed a sticky note and wrote $60. I started to write more info on the sticky note then I realize what am I doing? This is too hard. She said call the manager. I wasn't gonna call the manager and then I got a look from the lady that was gonna do my massage like I was causing too much trouble. At that moment, I thought I'm not gonna get good service if I continue with this so I started to leave. I noticed as I was leaving a QR code that was sitting on the desk for yelp reviews so I scanned it. That's when they started to scramble. I was literally followed out of the store. They were putting a phone up into my face so I could talk to the manager I continue to walk away and said no thank you. I got followed by another woman who had a receipt book in her hand. None of this felt good. It's unfortunate because obviously they needed the business but I really didn't feel like I was gonna get the service that I was gonna pay for. My mother had a terrible and deeply upsetting experience here. She booked a body massage with Jason because her usual woman massage therapist wasn't available. She had previously only received foot massages from him and thought she could trust him. During the session, he touched her inappropriately near her private areas. She was shocked and unsure how to react in the moment, but after reflecting on it, she realized how wrong and violating his actions were. We are going to report him and take legal action and want to warn others -- do not book with Jason. This was an unacceptable and traumatic experience that no one should ever have to go through. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures the safety of all clients. read more

I got a Groupon for a head/scalp massage. The lady walked me over to the room where the service would be and it's was very dark looked very much like a closet. Very small room. There was a full body massage chair and a sink and then a storage rack with random things on it. Another lady walks in and gestures to sit in the chair, but then starts fidgeting with it. There was about 10 mins of her setting everything up. The chair was supposed to have seat covers and other padding and her supplies were all over the place. It was very very unorganized. Once she got it all in order my service began. The whole time she maybe massaged my head for about 10 mins. It felt like she was just playing with my hair and brushing it occasionally. I also felt like she didn't know how to use the hose that was attached to the chair to rinse off the shampoo. All in all it was very bad. They absolutely do not know what they're doing for this service nor do they do it often. At the end they said everything was paid with Groupon, but they still demanded a tip. The services were sometimes a little too soft, sometimes missing the muscle groups I needed, but convenient nonetheless and the staff was always kind-- so for that I can give it an extra star. Unfortunately, tonight changed my view entirely. It was the most painful massage experience I've ever had. I booked a 70-minute combo massage with my partner. From the beginning, there were small red flags--my partner's masseuse thoughtfully elevated the warm foot soak bucket for comfort, while mine left it on the floor. I'm petite, so this left my neck strained at an uncomfortable angle as I sat in the chair. When we moved to the massage table, the experience quickly became overwhelming. The masseuse noted the tension in my neck, then immediately began applying intense pressure with his thumb and knuckles--so forcefully that I couldn't even breathe to speak. I felt him dig into the base of my neck and jawline with a force that felt more like aggression than therapy. As I write this, I can still feel the soreness where his thumb pressed into bone. I'm genuinely worried I might bruise. By the time the session ended, I was in tears. Maybe it was from release or relief--but mostly from actual pain. My partner kindly let the staff know that I was in distress, as I was too embarrassed to speak for myself after crying. The masseuse's response was a flat "It hurt?" and then asked again towards me, "Are you sure it hurt?" I don't want to be unfair--up until this experience, I thought this was a decent neighborhood option. But what happened tonight was physically and emotionally upsetting. I've never left a massage in worse shape than when I arrived. I hate to give this place a bad review. I hear it has definitely improved over the years, but whoever this man is-- that continues to over-do the pressure on clients, should take these reviews into consideration. read more
