They have different prices for different things you want. We chose the half hour feet and half hour body massage for $40! Not a bad price, it was the end of the night and I think we were the last customers. They did a good job I wish they did it a lot stronger on our feet but they were all very friendly and the back massage was nice and relaxing. I have been coming here for several years and usually get the foot massage. Just came again this week and they recently renovated and moved things around. It has changed negatively, unfortunately though in all the years I have been coming. They didn't go the full 60 minutes this week, as I paid for, and wasn't happy about that. They don't do upper massage at all at the beginning of the massage like they used to that included scalp, neck, and arms. During the majority of my massage, there was a loud thumping and it is the next door pizza place. Was not relaxing at all hearing the constant, loud thumping and I could feel the vibration as I laid there of whatever the pizza place was hitting continually. Honestly, been coming here for about a year. Every time it's something new... in a negative way. Price changes even after you buy certificates for a specific massage then they won't honor the price you bought them for, massages change each time with different stipulations. Foot massage you used to get like 15 min upper body including head shoulder and arms and now you don't for example. Forms of payment change, there's a guy who rushes through the massage and it's not relaxing. I leave more stressed than when I go in. It's annoying and poorly managed. A small hidden gem. I've been to many massage places. I found this one with my husband. They start with amazing pressure (you can tell them to go lighter if needed). We have been there twice picked the 30 minute foot/30 minute body massages. Both were slightly different experiences. Our first experience was wonderful. They really dig at your knots. Pressure was great if you want a REALLY deep massage. I thought my masseuse was going to get tired and decrease pressure as the massage went on, but he didn't. We felt sore the next day - but it's something we needed. We went on a random day of the week. Not too much foot traffic. The second time we went, it was still a deep massage, but they didn't dig in as much to the knots. It was more of a deep rub as the masseuse used more of his forearms during the body massage. We went on MLK weekend. They were definitely booked all day. Both foot massages were amazing. I feel like we need to pamper our feet more often since we are constantly using them! So, maybe the difference in massages was dependent on they days we went. Overall, I would still choose to come here mainly because of our first experience. Massage beds are separated by curtains and a couple lounge chairs in the center for foot massages (they just put a towel over your eyes when you get a foot massage). You can hear everything and everyone during services. Not a relaxing environment. I have been to this place about 7-8 times and it's always been average. It's close by and they are available when I need a massage so I visited out of convenience. I ask for their names if I thoroughly enjoy the massage and I don't have one name from this place. I keep thinking I will get lucky and get someone good the next time but I am giving up on this place. The last massage I got about a month ago was by far the worst. The lady massaged me with one hand the entire time. Initially I thought she was fatigued so I waited for her to pick up the pace but that never happened. The one hand massage was lazy and she was just killing time. She obviously does not want to work. If I leave a massage more frustrated and stressed than I came in, it is not worth my time. There can be a bit of a language barrier, but overall I have not had problems either time I visited. I enjoy very deep tissue massages, so I enjoyed this place. The woman asked several times throughout if it was ok, so you should be able to adjust the pressure. In other reviews, I see people complaining that there is a higher tip expected, but with their price point, it's clear that they are priced for nice tips. If I can get a massage for about a dollar a minute out the door, I'm happy. There aren't private rooms, but each area has curtains around it for privacy. I made my appointment for the evening (which was easy to set up on the phone) and showed up 10 minutes late, but I was quickly accommodated. I was greeted by two employees, a man sitting behind the desk, and my masseuse. I wish I got the name of my masseuse because she was great. I got the full body for an hour but honestly I think my masseuse went 10 minutes longer! I'm not mad about it LOL! Their "private" rooms aren't actually separated by walls, but by curtains instead. I have been coming here for several years you just need to find the right person that you like best. I have a list of who is good and who I do not want. I list of who fell asleep and who doesn't. If the massage was bad then I give no tip and tell them it was bad or they fell asleep. Now I have my favorites and I give a 40% tip. A massage isn't like a restaurant they're working a lot harder than the servers, so a 40% tip is pretty typical in the massage industry. They're not making much money, they probably make half of what THE MASSAGE COSTS . So a one hour massage for there cut is 12.50 of course you should tip $10.00 if it was good and nothing if it was bad. read more

The first time, I was in the curtain area without a shirt or pants on and a man was in the next curtain over. I heard shuffling and I realized he was trying to see in my room. I got up super fast and pulled the sheet over me. The woman working went in front of the curtain to block him. He did this a couple of times and the woman tried to calm me down but I wanted to leave right then and there! The second time, during my whole session (in and out of the curtain) a man was moaning sexually. I heard the sound of lotion (not lotion to back or skin) but lotion to genitals. Do not believe the reviews about bruising, first of all if it's too hard of a rub say something they have no problem adjusting the pressure. Secondly they have to massage a variety of individuals including big men that requires much strength/manipulation and we all have different limits to pressure pain etc. Lastly, everyone body is different these therapists aren't trying to inflict pain and you may bruise easier than others, quit complaining just because you're a wimp, can't speak up and or just want to complain. First when I lay facing down on the opening pillow, that pillow stinks soooooo bad even with the paper cover on top of it, I was grossed out the whole time getting the massage! I came here twice for neck pain and felt like the $30 for a half hour massage was a fair price for the quality of service. Not the best, not bad. Just enough to get the job done. My 2nd time I got the same guy as last time with the same service. I tried tipping $5 which is a litto more than 15% and he said that was too low that people tip $10 on a $30 massage. I was caught off guard. I told him that's too much. That's 33% for a half hour average massage? No private room either. So I gave $6 for 20% because he made me feel bad. I really don't care to be presumed cheap because I grew up low income & am deep in student loans so I'm a penny pincher. I was just really not happy with being haggled for $5 more. I went to this massage place with a good friend. It's next to a pawn shop and I have been to the pawn shop before but not the massage place. It's a quaint, and nice quiet place. I got the 30 min back and 30 min foot massage for 30 dollars. It's a good deal. There's serene music playing and the lights are dim, so it makes you sleepy. It's my 1st time getting a massage like this, so this was a new kind of experience. The leg massage was okay but the foot kinda hurted and it was ticklish. The back was alright. It felt good though, but the next day it hurted all over, and I felt very sore and sleepy. I slept like a baby this day.
