Tracy is a miracle worker! I always come in with a design photo, and somehow, Tracy manages to make it look even better than the picture every single time. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Beyond the nails, here's why this place is a 10/10: * The Vibe: The interior is modern chic--super sleek and comfortable. * The Pedicure: I treated myself to one today and it was fantastic. Bummed. This place was recommended by someone that spoke highly of it. Went in got a basic manicure that turned out bubbly after I had went home and saw the nails from a certain angle. Pretty messy with polish on my skin. Spent $65 on a pedicure. Didn't get a legit massage and the pedicure water was Luke warm. Won't be back. read more

Made a same-day appointment and decided to walk in a little early--got helped right away, which I really appreciated. The process was quick and staff was efficient. They do have a check-in iPad system that asks for your name, number, and DOB, which I wasn't expecting and not totally sure why it's needed. Overall, ok experience and convenient service. Requested French tip, came out ok nothing special. Asked for thin and they don't look thin to me. The tech filled down my nails a lil too much. I don't think I'll be back . Maybe they specialize in fancy nails but for my line of work I've gotta keep it pretty simple. I did ask why they charge for zelle when it's usually free, the man said he didn't know yet it appeared to me that he pulled out he's phone to check receiving payment, but ok. Nothing wrong with trying something new, like I said fast convenience but over all I'll pass this salon next time. read more

Tracy is Phenomenal! I've had Tracy for my gel x set and 2 fills now and she's amazing. Takes her time, helps to find the right color I want and is efficient. My nails always come out beautiful and she's who I request specifically now for anything gel x. There is a newer girl working the front desk, or at least I think my first time seeing her, and she's amazing too. She's very attentive to everyone. I walked in when there was a line of people checking out to pay. I checked in on the iPad and sat down to wait. Once the line was gone, the girl circled back to check in with me and I really appreciated that - just to make sure that I wasn't overlooked even though I checked in. Prices have gone up everywhere but I love the work done here 99% of the time - the only little meh situations have been one offs they aren't huge or in any way something that deters me from going here. First time here and I will definitely be returning. Prices are reasonable and everyone was super nice. My finger nails are worse than a child's and the lady who did my manicure did a great job for what she had to work with. She made them all shiny and neat. She got all of the dead sling around my nails and my pedicure felt to good. The lady who did my pedicure removed so much of the Calus on my heals. I have a bad habit of walking around outside with no shoes and no one ever really gets it's all off but she did. This is just what I needed right before surgery. read more

Staff are super nice and friendly, there's no wait and the prices are reasonable. Unfortunately the quality was not there for me. The lady doing my manicure cut a pretty big chunk of skin from my finger and made me bleed. My manicure started peeling the next day and fell off completely within 3 days. I honestly don't think the lady that did my manicure knew what she was doing. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received today, August 13, 2026. I've been to this location before and had a much better experience, so I'm especially disappointed by how differently I was treated this time. I came in around opening to make an appointment and was greeted by Sarah, the receptionist. I was told it would be better to return around 5 PM, so I understood and made an appointment for that time. When I returned, I greeted Sarah and was directed to chair 6. Shortly after I arrived, a walk-in came in and was attended almost immediately. Within about five minutes, the walk-in was already being assisted, while I was still waiting despite having an appointment. What made the situation more uncomfortable was the noticeable change in service after a woman in a green shirt appeared to notice that I was typing a Yelp review. Shortly afterward, my pedicure technician came out. From that point, the service felt noticeably tense and aggressive rather than welcoming. I also wasn't initially given a color palette to help confirm my selection. I was taking my time choosing because it had been a while since I had treated myself, but the overall attitude made the experience uncomfortable. Once I began asking for names, the service seemed to become more pleasant, which unfortunately made the earlier treatment stand out even more. The most frustrating part was feeling as though my appointment was being treated as less important than a walk-in. I cannot say for certain why this happened, but based on my experience, I left feeling that my appearance or perceived demographic may have influenced how I was treated. That is an extremely uncomfortable feeling to leave a business with. I also overheard conversations between employees during my service that I found unprofessional and unrelated to providing a welcoming experience for customers. I want to be fair because there are clearly talented individuals working here, and I have had a better experience at this location previously. However, today's experience was unacceptable. I would recommend management pay closer attention to how appointments and walk-ins are prioritized and, more importantly, how every customer is treated regardless of appearance or perceived background. Sarah, Nina, and Cindy were involved in my experience today. Sarah, in particular, is the receptionist and appeared to understand the appointment process, which made the way my appointment was handled even more disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Talent is not enough if customers do not feel welcomed, respected, and treated fairly. read more

I spent $175 here on August 15 for short Gel-X nails, a gel pedicure, and a gel manicure for my 5-year-old daughter. This was my first time coming back to this salon in a long time. I usually avoid it because it is overpriced, but I was desperate and they had immediate availability. I deeply regret that choice.The very next day, my daughter's nails started peeling and falling off completely like paper. Because she is only five, I initially let it go and assumed she had just been rough with her hands. However, now, barely a month later, my own gel pedicure is completely falling apart. I always get a gel French tip pedicure, and they usually last me for months and months without a single chip. My toenails never break off. Now, my actual nails are cracking and breaking off because of this horrible application. That is when I realized it wasn't my daughter's fault at all--their products are incredibly cheap.When I called the manager to calmly explain what happened and ask for a refund for this unacceptable work, he completely refused. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually value their customers and use quality products. read more

Was in the area and needed some self care for me and my daughter. VIP Nails lounge was close to where we were staying so it was very convenient. We made an appointment because I didn't know how busy they can get. Which I highly suggest to do so. Parking: private parking Staff: I was assigned to Nina (pedi) and Tracy (mani). They were both very friendly and easy to talk to. They both did an amazing job just the way I liked it. I would definitely ask for them again if I'm in the area. They both have Venmo so that's how I gave them their tip. Leo was assigned to my daughter and wow, she's very picky and only had high praises for his work. Great Job, Leo! She will definitely ask for you when we are in the area. He, too, has Venmo for tips. Venue: it's huge, clean and lots of stations. I highly recommend VIP Nails lounge. read more

I was driving from SD to LA going out tonight so definitely needed my mani/pedi done. I call them they answer quick they have availability as soon as I arrive the day me down. Diane & Lisa did my gel manicure & pedicure. They both did an amazing job I was limited on time I was in and out with 45 mins!!!!! Love it the quality was amazing will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was smooth relaxing and convenient. Okay, I know that my initial review for this place was two stars and I meant to update my review sooner because this is actually my go-to nail salon since it's SO close to my house and service has gotten much much better since they've open for awhile now. I always get a gel mani and a regular pedi. I don't have a go-to girl/guy that I schedule with but all the nail techs that I've been getting have done a good job. My mani/pedis last me a good amount of time, it rarely chips prior to two/three weeks so I'm pretty happy about that! They're pretty quick too, I'm usually in and out in one hour or less. Also, I've always been accommodated right away, I never really had to wait. I'd call them before coming in to make sure they have space for the service you want if you're in a rush. The nail techs give good service too and they're pretty nice I guess for the most part haha (if you get what I'm saying). I'd say the price point is fair based on the service and quality of their nail products. I recommend coming here for mani/pedis, the place is clean too and pretty modern, they got massage chairs!! read more

Unfortunately, the receptionist was not willing to accommodate this. I also asked if I could speak with a manager and was told to email, but that management would not be reaching out to me. I was charged a $40 missed appointment fee, so I emailed management to explain the situation and request that the fee be refunded as a one-time courtesy. Berlyn Ramirez, the founder, responded that she would look into the matter and get back to me. I provided the requested screenshots of my calls. Since then, I have followed up twice requesting a status update and have still received no response. I completely understand having appointment policies and late fees, but I'm disappointed by the lack of communication and follow-through after I made several attempts to resolve the issue directly. I'm normally very punctual and was genuinely trying to make it to my appointment despite an unexpected situation. I would have preferred to resolve this privately, but after multiple attempts to follow up without receiving a response, I feel it's important to share my experience.

I had an awful experience at this salon. The nail shape I asked for was completely wrong--my nails were literally to the ceiling. That was frustrating enough, but the worst part was the technician's attitude. She was rude and unprofessional, clearly uninterested in doing a good job. She tried to convince me that it was my nature nail, it was crooked?! Even when she's "fixed it" it was still badly done. To make matters worse, the whole salon was staring at me while talking about me in a disrespectful way. It felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
