Every picture I show her of what I want my nails to looks like, she can copy or even elevate the look. She is a true artist. I always get compliments on my nails. The prices are comparable to other nail salons I've been to in the past. The salon itself is cute and clean. Lots of color options, including chromes and cat eye. The only downside is that it's on the pricier end - I got all of this for $120 and another thing is the workers are a bit stand-offish. They take feedback on the text, but I am not sure why they are doing this, if they take it personally, or are unwilling to improve/change, not viewing them as areas for improvement/growth. In summary, if you take getting your nails done as one of your self-care routines, and you want something welcoming/friendly vibes and a relaxing experience, this is not the right place for you. She barely started to glue the fake tip onto my nail while I was specifying to her the work I wanted done. She handled my nails with no care whatsoever and stopped everything during the service and said "I can't work with you no more" and left me as is. I started to get emotional and there was no care or sign of sympathy/empathy from the nail tech nor the other 2 nail techs who were there and saw me crying. My natural nails are very weak and thin from biting and musical instruments, but they are now protected, sturdy, and SO cute! She didn't talk to me much, but she took the time to trim my cuticles, file my nails, apply the polish evenly, and give my legs a nice massage scrub. The store is cute, but a little old and outdated. It was decorated really cute for the holidays though! The reason I booked this salon was because the price for my pedicure ($28) was affordable and the salon got great Yelp reviews. I loved my nails and I thought my nail techs have great attention to detail. However, I am taking off one star because I felt that they were a bit unprofessional. I understand that they were tired since it was the end of the day but they were all constantly complaining and saying they wanted to go home the entire time I was there. I had a 4:30pm appointment for Gel manicures. It felt really uncomfortable being there and watching how much they really didn't want to do my nails. I almost don't want to go back because I felt so guilty for being a customer. I hope the workers at least get more breaks or something so they aren't so exhausted. read more

I got a full set and a pedicure. I was completely satisfied with both. Shelly did my full set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. Emy did my pedicure and was very thorough. I know prices have gone up in most places and although it was a little more than I usually spend, I feel it was priced reasonably. It wasn't overly priced either. I felt the "you get what you pay for" here in a good way. Nail service is a luxury and if you want luxury you have to be willing to pay for it. Not even one day passed, and the nails is started to crack and chip away very easily. Also not only her job done on my nails is poor but also she likes to give a rude attitude if you don't find her work done completely satisfying or try to criticize her work done. I feel like I wasted my money especially if even tipping her even with horrible behavior. But now her work done is not even fully trusted. I'll be looking for a full refund no questions asked.
