The only downside is that it's on the pricier end - I got all of this for $120 and another thing is the workers are a bit stand-offish. I came here to do my nails in March and I asked for Shelly and she was very good and gave me exactly what I asked! I wanted a reversed French tip with gold color. I showed a photo and she went on to do it for me. When she first brushed the gold on it was black nail polish actually and I was nervous but I trusted that she knew what she was doing and then she poured some gold powder and then brushed it off and it was like magic happened! I've done my nails three times here now, each time either with a complete builder gel refresh or fill. My nail tech is Shelly, and she always does a great job. My natural nails are very weak and thin from biting and musical instruments, but they are now protected, sturdy, and SO cute! My sets have lasted between 4-6 weeks if maintained properly (get into the habit of nail oil). If you are considering being a repeat client, make sure to pay in cash if you can and get a punch card. Cons: Nail tech's rude attitude, poor customer service, no greetings, and some of them were doing your nails while taking several phone calls and scheduling appointments. In other words, they are multitasking. They take feedback on the text, but I am not sure why they are doing this, if they take it personally, or are unwilling to improve/change, not viewing them as areas for improvement/growth. In summary, if you take getting your nails done as one of your self-care routines, and you want something welcoming/friendly vibes and a relaxing experience, this is not the right place for you. I started to get emotional and there was no care or sign of sympathy/empathy from the nail tech nor the other 2 nail techs who were there and saw me crying. Overall, this nail salon is super cute, clean, and spacious. They have a ton of nail color options to choose from. The girls there are all good at what they do. They are friendly and sweet. I got a full set and a pedicure. I was completely satisfied with both. Shelly did my full set. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen. Emy did my pedicure and was very thorough. I know prices have gone up in most places and although it was a little more than I usually spend, I feel it was priced reasonably. It wasn't overly priced either. I felt the "you get what you pay for" here in a good way. Nail service is a luxury and if you want luxury you have to be willing to pay for it. If not, then you should know to do your own nails at home. This shop is new and just recently opened and I hope they get more business because they deserve it! Keep up the great work ladies!! Not even one day passed, and the nails is started to crack and chip away very easily. Also not only her job done on my nails is poor but also she likes to give a rude attitude if you don't find her work done completely satisfying or try to criticize her work done. I feel like I wasted my money especially if even tipping her even with horrible behavior. But now her work done is not even fully trusted. I'll be looking for a full refund no questions asked.
