Walked in for mani and pedi on a Saturday morning. Got a regular pedi with gel and dipped powder nails. I was greeted when I walked in and was seated for my pedi within about 5 Min. The place was clean, they had nice music playing and a couple TVs on. I enjoyed the music as I received my services. I appreciated the fact there wasn't excessive talking between staff while I received services. I find it distracting and rude when staff has ongoing conversations. They interacted with me throughout asking if the work was to my liking which I also appreciated. They were attentive and detailed with their work. I completely forgot to ask the names of the two ladies who provided the service but they were great! I plan on returning and would recommend. read more

Unfortunately had a horrible experience (I'm a licensed manicurist/cosmetologist). First bad sign was they weren't allowing my son be by me and having to be by the front door. Not safe. One of them finally told him it was fine to sit by me. VERY rushed pedicure (didn't even use a cuticle pusher and went straight for the nippers) and when I commented about not trimming any dead cuticles on my toes she took it upon herself to CUT MY TOE NAIL SIDES- WHICH IS ILLEGAL. I started to bleed profusely and she placed not antibiotic ointment, but ESSENTIAL OIL on it saying it would help. To top it off, after paying I see that it's not $37(the deluxe price) and it's $38- which is also ILLEGAL to charge the surcharge fee on a debit card on the client. My toes are still bleeding and swollen after a day and just hoping that they don't become infected. I haven't been to a nail salon in 3 years and was hoping for a great experience to treat myself, but I definitely won't be coming back and will be sticking to doing it myself again. read more

I'm a little disappointed. It was my first time coming here. I went in and got an acrylic set. I told the lady who was doing my nails that some of the acrylics she was applying didn't look straight. She said she would shape them and they would be fine. Well they didn't. I asked for matte brown and I was told that color wouldn't look good with my skin color so they applied a neutral color (their popular color) at this point I just wanted them to finish and I just wanted to leave. Day 3 with the acrylic set - pinky acrylic is falling off. Day 7 with the acrylic set - a few are falling off. I wasted my time coming here and wasted my money on a cheap set. I've been coming here for about 3 years now, and I had no problem with my full sets and pedicures. If anything I've gotten my prom nails done here. The times I've been here I absolutely loved my full sets and I genuinely loved the quality of them. Key word: loved. I went in today (4/25/22), expecting the same quality as I always get. I went in wanting to get a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, I had no problem with it. It was my full set that sort of killed my vibe. I asked the nail tech (Wendy) if I was able to get my full set in matte, because I always get matte, but she said she couldn't do that because of her adding gloss. Which, at first was fine because I hadn't asked before hand. Time for my design. She looked extremely rushed, like if she wanted me to just leave. She left my design very translucent, and it was a black linear design. She got nail polish on my fingers and she just left it there. The lines go from thick to thin. As for my actual acrylic, she left air bubbles in them and it's textured. My index finger on my left hand does not even match the one on my right. They charged me $96 for everything. As I was walking to the register this other lady (Hannah) was telling me it was gonna be $96 and basically followed me and was repeating the same thing over and over again, like if she thought I wasn't going to pay. I felt very uncomfortable. As I was in line to pay she AGAIN told me it was going to be $96. I think they I paid and left. No tip. Got me fuck up if I was gonna tip for an experience like that. I never got treated like that before. And I am a regular. My nails never once stooped so low in quality with this place. honestly, if there was an option to leave zero, I would, just because of today. Not going back again. (I'm usually not one to be picky but I really didn't like my set at all) Side note: I got home and my 4 year-old niece pointed out that my nail did not look the same. If a 4 year old is telling you that they do not look the same, that's saying something. read more

I am flabbergasted at how much this salon excelled at ruining a basic pink powder set. Shape=missed the mark. I asked for squaval. Got a mix of tapered wonky squares and blunt unevenly layered rectangles. Quality=where? Bubbles, lint embedded, uneven surfaces and to top it off a mice even layer of acrylic both on my hands and fingers as well as the underside of my nails. Layer acrylic over a previous color that wasn't even removed properly. Service=asked basic questions, cool... that's great. Cut me and proceeded to put acrylic over the cuts to stop them from bleeding. Got excessively defense when I said that my pinky were crooked. Paid. Left. I've been coming for years for my toes, never had this big an issue until the 1 time I let them touch my hands. I won't be returning, that's a promise. Go at your own risk. I didn't even make it a huge ordeal or make a scene, I don't need the drama in my life, but I can sure can tell you that their are other businesses more deserving of your coin. read more

This place is great for pedicures but that's it. I got a full set and the nail shapes don't match for all my fingers. Parts of my nails are missing color. This is the first place I go to that you have to ask and pay extra for them to clean your cuticles. She missed parts of my cuticles and cut my skin. I asked for a flower design and showed a picture as a reference and she couldn't do them. She did a completely different design, nothing like the picture. The lady had huge attitude because I asked her to fix to nails. After that I didn't even bother saying anything. Nails had a lot of bumps and air bubbles. I left with crappy nails. This review is specifically for Hannah. I did a dip and gel polish as my nails were finally long and my cuticles were healthy. I wanted something to help protect my nails so I opted for dip as I was recommended this place by a family member. I should have asked who she normally goes to as unfortunately Hannah absolutely butchered my nails and my poor cuticles. The pictures speak for themselves. I just asked my family how many times they usually dip and she said two. Hannah did 4. She used the drill on my cuticles so heavily that it literally spaced them out, made them so dry and bleed. I went back inside and asked the guy at the front if he believed this was a good job, if this is normal for here. He just stared at them for quite awhile. I know he doesn't think these are good just by the pure silence and analyzing. he did start making excuses like well maybe your cuticles were thick so she had to. There's no way my hands should be looking like this after. I had to ask her to reshape them multiple times because one side of a nail would be round and the other square. I also had to point out hair and fuzzies as she didn't care to notice. She was on her phone both texting and talking. Which normally wouldn't be a big deal but it showed the lack of care. My nails now look flat and crooked. The gel has debris all in it and is caked into my cuticles. I'm finding dip and gel under my nails. I don't even know what to call this shape.
