My mom recommended it and mentioned that the new management is professional, friendly, inviting, and incredibly detail-oriented--and she was absolutely right. I came in unsure whether I wanted Gel X or regular polish. The owner kindly walked me through the benefits of each and helped me decide on poly gel. While he worked on my cat eye manicure (which I love), his wife did my pedicure and even recommended a new shade of white that I ended up preferring over my usual choice. They both have plenty of experience working in salons all over the United States, and it really shows in their skill, care, and attention to detail. A few of the manicurist are still with her after all these years. You can be sure of the cleanest, spa chairs, and products they use. Never any shortcuts. Kim stays on top of what the new trends are in Nails and keeps all the top products. I've become friends with several of the clients and have met old friends that I lost contact with at this nail salon. I can't believe I stopped coming here for a good few months! I went to a new nail spot that was closer to my house for convenience, but that was a huge mistake. These girls are amazing and do such a great work on my nails. I always get a regular pedicure and gel manicure for $33. Not bad at all. They take their time, but that's a good thing! They make sure your nails looks good when you leave and don't rush, unlike most places. Not to mention, they actually know how to use gel polish CORRECTLY! There have been a countless number of times I've gone to nail salons and they don't even know how to remove the gel polish, nor do they know now to put it on correctly -_- This place is a must!!! read more

The lady blamed it on the fact that it was because she took my acrylics off. When I asked her if she can clean up the polish on my skin she told me that it will come off in the shower. Everyone that works here is an idiot I came here prior to an appointment and was in a hurry. I told the girl working that I had til a certain time and she said no problem. Once seated, they started working on my gel manicure. That's when it all went downhill. There was the owner and her worker working on me. They were both Vietnamese and so I am. The owner was bilingual and the worker only spoke Vietnamese. While working, the owner spoke in Vietnamese to the worker, thinking I wouldn't understand, complaining about how I asked for a certain time to be done and wanted too much. Of course I spoke up in English and demanded an apology. She apologized. Already furious, I continued to let the worker work on my nails. Since the worker was oblivious to our conversation since I spoke to the owner in English, she also though I didn't speak Vietnamese. She then told the owner in Vietnamese that the color I choose was an ugly color. I didn't say anything but I think the owner at that point was embarrassed because she kept trying to tell her idiot worker that this was the new fall color... blah blah blah. Unprofessional at the very best. Not only did they talk crap about me but a Hispanic girl who was also there to get her nails done. Towards the end, they charged me the wrong amount and had to redo everything. She "forgot" to charge me for the glitter, which she also forgot to mention that it would cost additional. As for the inside, it was the smallest shit hole. Filthy, ghetto and small. This place is a joke. I thought I would find a good nail place nearby my new work I could come to. I would never come back and recommend anyone to stay far away. read more

Been here about 3 times. The floors are not clean, so I do not recommend getting a pedi here. My first experience was great! Donna took her time with my acrylic manicure. She gave me a complimentary flower since it was my first visit. For $25, I got an acrylic white tip, gel and flower. Second experience was not as great as my first. Donna was busy, so a guy did my nails. I got an acrylic full-set, pink with white tips, silver lining, and two red hearts. I'm pretty sure the guy over charged me since I paid $45 for this. Not to mention that I left with a bloody finger because he cut my cuticles too short. I decided to give this place one more try since my second experience was not as great as my first. I discovered that the guy worker was no longer working there (thank goodness)! Donna did my nails, and I got the same thing as my first visit. She wasn't fully attentive since she was also working front desk and helping another employee, all while doing my nails. She charged me $35 for the same service as my first visit, when I got the EXACT SAME THING as when she charged me $25. The pricing sign has not changed from my 1st to 3rd visits. This means that they are definitely not consistent with their pricing! read more
