My last experience with threading was horrible and I swear I thought I was never going to do it again. I literally had flashbacks of my burning face. But despite the fact that threading doesn't cost as much as waxing, Gayatri convinced me that threading was the way to go. Her gentle and efficient hands won me over. Respecting clients' time and communicating delays goes a long way. Be wary of booking with this salon if your time is important to you. Unfortunately, this experience made it seem like they do not value their clients' time.

Also, Ziba sells other makeup products as well. I always get their dark brown eyebrow pencils when I'm here. Love it and have been using it ever since! Parking lot is super small here, but I never had any problems in finding a parking spot no matter what time of day I'm here. However, if there isn't any, neighborhood street parking is available or even parking across the street where there are many business parking spaces in that area.

I came into the store because I was attempting to make a waxing appointment. I had tried to schedule online, but the confirmation email was never received, so I walked in for assistance. While I was in the store attempting to make the appointment, my son urgently needed to use the restroom. He politely asked the front desk employee, but she refused and said it was "store policy" that only customers could use the restroom. I explained that I was in the process of becoming a paying customer and was actively trying to schedule an appointment. I asked if my son could please use the restroom while I completed the booking, but she continued to deny the request and said he could only use it after the appointment was made. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also asked for a manager and was told that no managers were on site. When I expressed that the situation felt discriminatory, the employee laughed. This experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I request a review of this incident and clarification of your policies.

What makes this situation frustrating is the strict enforcement of the company's cancellation policy, which charges customers a 50% fee when canceling less than 24hrs in advance. It is only fair that the same level of accountability be upheld on both sides. Customers are expected to respect the policy, and in return, the business should demonstrate the same consideration and reliability. Not be compensated with a $5 discount. When if I had canceled the appointment would have been charged $30. Experiencing this issue more than once concerns me about their consistency and professionalism. I hope improvements are made to better manage scheduling or compensation.
