After already waiting a long time, we decided to stay since we were told we would be taken together so we could finish around the same time. I'm sure that's part of why the wait ended up being so long. After waiting hours, my gel manicure was rushed and finished in about 10-15 minutes, with no hand massage and very little care. It felt like the technician was just trying to move on to the next person as quickly as possible because it was busy. My daughter received a regular pedicure with gel--nothing special--and between the two of us our total was $100. My niece got a fill with a French tip and a pedicure with gel and French tip and was charged $180. The most frustrating part is that no one explained the services, asked exactly what we wanted, or quoted prices beforehand. For how rushed the services were, the pricing felt extremely overpriced. Honestly, after spending nearly half my day there just waiting and then getting rushed service, it felt like they should be paying me for wasting my time rather than charging those prices. It's disappointing because my weekday experience was great, but based on today's visit during busy hours, I would recommend being cautious. Make sure you ask about wait times and pricing before agreeing to any services.

Please make an appointment online or via phone call, so there is less wait time! Walk-ins are welcome, but you will not know how long you will need to wait. Also, Ziba sells other makeup products as well. I always get their dark brown eyebrow pencils when I'm here. Love it and have been using it ever since! Parking lot is super small here, but I never had any problems in finding a parking spot no matter what time of day I'm here. However, if there isn't any, neighborhood street parking is available or even parking across the street where there are many business parking spaces in that area.

I came into the store because I was attempting to make a waxing appointment. I had tried to schedule online, but the confirmation email was never received, so I walked in for assistance. While I was in the store attempting to make the appointment, my son urgently needed to use the restroom. He politely asked the front desk employee, but she refused and said it was "store policy" that only customers could use the restroom. I explained that I was in the process of becoming a paying customer and was actively trying to schedule an appointment. I asked if my son could please use the restroom while I completed the booking, but she continued to deny the request and said he could only use it after the appointment was made. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also asked for a manager and was told that no managers were on site. When I expressed that the situation felt discriminatory, the employee laughed. This experience was upsetting and unprofessional. I request a review of this incident and clarification of your policies.

She did not bother to introduce herself kindly or interact with me in any kind of way. She seemed very annoyed. She didn't care to make me feel welcomed or comfortable in such an intimate service. During the service I expressed to her that she was going too fast for me as I was in extreme pain from the way she was applying the sugar on my skin to the yanking of the hair. She stated that it was because I was on my cycle and because my hair was extremely long, now I understand it was long but like I said im not a newby to the pain of a Brazilian.
