The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the pedicure I received was not good. After my appointment, I accidentally scratched my significant other's leg, which shouldn't have happened after a pedicure. He looked at my feet and even commented that I should ask for my money back because the toenails were still too long. He actually had to trim them himself afterward. My nails are fairly strong, and it seemed like the technician was having difficulty clipping them. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend this place. read more

Even with appointment they'll make you wait at least 15-20 mins before they seat you and then they'll have your feet soaking for another 20-30 mins before they actually do any work on you. I had asked for 4 different colors and they didn't have any. I would suggest to not offer so many color if you don't have them. Super unprofessional read more

I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure which was a total of $72 since they charge $1 service fee for using your card lol The lady that did my manicure didn't really know how to do it properly. The first time she did it, it didn't dry correctly so there were bumps and uneven colors. So i came back after work and i still wasn't happy but it was so time consuming. TLDR: paid $30 for removing my gel x nails. The gel x glue is still on all 10 of my fingers after removal. Gel x glue turned brown and I can't clean them off. Overall very upset and dissatisfied with the work done -- I'm really disappointed. This salon is down the street from me and I was so excited to get my nails done here in the future but I will never come back again. I came in August 14th because my gel x nails broke and I had a party to go to on that day. I just wanted a removal of my nails with a clear top coat - that's it. They told me to sit down and wait without telling me how long it'll be till they could see me. It was 40 mins and I was cutting close to time but it was okay since I was there already. I came to get my GEL X removed. They tried to convince me to get color but again time crunch so I literally couldn't. I was happy when everything was over bc I was so hungry and I had to get ready to go to a party. I probably was there for an hour and a half. I only had an hour to eat and get ready so by then I really didn't care how my nails looked. I've been staring at them ever since tho. From 8/14-8/30 ive just been so upset. I don't have time to go get my nails fixed so I'm just stuck with ugly nails. It was $30 for the removal. The only thing they did was removed the fake nail and called it a day. I still have gel x glue on all 10 of my fingers. I'm damaging my nails further and they're just so ugly !! They're also now stained brown as of 8/29. I've scrubbed at them , scratched them and nothing works. I'm just so disappointed with this and I hope no one goes thru this issue. read more

This salon never ever honor appointments. I made an appointment ahead of time with Ivy for a pedicure. Sure enough when I went at the time of the appointment she has just started doing a manicure for another client. After waiting for 15 minutes I told her I had an appointment. She said that I didnt have one. One of the ladies then told her that I had made one. The audacity then was to tell me if I could come back some other time. Their time is of value that they will not pass up one job but apparently my time is of no value that I would have to come back. Why do they give appointments if they don't want to keep them. This is the second time they have done this to me. All of my friends stop visiting this salon because of this reason. I thought I would give them a chance. Never again. read more
