I usually come here to get my nails done but the last few times has not been a good experience. I just a get a regular gel manicure with only one color and no design which shouldn't take long but the last few times it has taken over an hour this last time it took an hour and a half! And my nails done not look good the lady filed them after putting the second coat and painted the top coat over the little file bits so now there's little white bumps on my nails. It was way too much polish so my nails now look too thick or something. Overall, they don't look good and I would have asked them to fix it but I needed to be somewhere.

So I got my toe done last month and I started to notice about my nails that was turning green and I never had no green nail before when I came here to get my feet done so I'm just so frustrated now because my natural nails came off and extremely painful and sensitive and Please beware of this nail salon Because they don't even sanitize their tools and never in my life never had this problem until I came here. My family come here all the time and I'm just so disappointed that now I have to suffer this problem.

I get a pedicure once a month at this location and I have to say that I always have the best experience here. The staff is always extremely nice and attentive. They recently brought in Pearl Shades and it's so cute. It is definitely worth the price! 100/10 recommend.

I have been getting pedicures done here for a year . Love the staff all very friendly and professional. They have a new product to soak your tired feet. Japanese Herbal Foot Soak it was great . Go check it out

Nhu or Johnny have always taken care of me for my acrylics. They are both great at shaping and design. I love their pedicure menu. They offer hot stone massage with certain pedicure packages. My nail lady Navy really took care of me. It was my first time and I was immediately comfortable here. The ladies are respectful and the place was very relaxing. I got the luxury pedicure with the sugar scrub, paraffin wax, and hot stones that felt heavenly. Navy took her time and made my experience unforgettable. The other ladies that worked on my gal pals were also great. They were not pushy at all and made sure everything they did was what we wanted. I live across the street from this place, and as a guy, I like to take good care of my feet. After getting a haircut next door, I decided to pop into this little spot. I was greeted by the lovely owner, Kim, who answered all of my questions about their services. After discussing my needs, Kim recommended the detox treatment for my situation, which was reasonably priced. For an additional $7, I received the detox treatment and am now sitting at home, feeling relaxed and stress-free. Everyone there was super welcoming, especially Kim. Maybe we can go out for dinner sometime! read more

It didn't happen to me, but it happened to a fellow customer. We were getting our nails done and everything, then this one customer showed up to get her mani done. Although the service provided to us was good, I didn't like how they treated the other customer like her time was not valuable. She was basically left hanging (in the middle of getting her nails done) while the techs and owner were celebrating an event PLUS they even asked the customer to take a picture of them. This just tells me that the business is not taking their job more seriously and if they can do it to a customer, they can also 100% do it again to others. Just a fair warning. read more

It varies by how they feel honestly. I got a full set extra long it was 45, I got a full set short it was 40. And I was charged 30$ for a fill on the short nail. I had coffin shaped so maybe yours a little less.

As someone who's a bit shy, it's even more nerve-wracking to meet someone new who's going to be seeing all the goods up close! When I walked in, the salon felt so warm and welcoming . There were wipes available if you needed to freshen up, and plenty of snacks and goodies to grab. I'm a sucker for snacks! Sunny is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about what she does. She completely took away my first-time anxieties and walked me through all the aftercare. I found sugaring to be way less painful than waxing. She really got in there and made sure every last hair was gone! I immediately pre-booked my next appointment Also, don't forget to grab the exfoliating spray before you leave. It smells amazing!

They have hand sanitizer right by the entrance and a digital check in screen which makes things feel organized and easy. The TVs were playing Indian music videos which adds a little personality without trying too hard. For eyebrow threading, they seat you in one of the four chairs in the main area. They do have private rooms for services like waxing, facials, and henna, but brows happen right out front. As soon as I sat down, she started the service. I would have appreciated a quick check in about how I like my brows shaped, but she was gentle, took her time, and the end result was totally fine. Not life changing, not disappointing, just exactly what I needed for a clean up. The price matches the experience which I appreciate because it is affordable and predictable. This is not a spa style brow experience. Nobody is offering tea or turning down the lights. This is the kind of place where you can get your brows done quickly, affordably, and be back in your car in ten minutes. And sometimes that is the perfect mood.

Therefore, I found this place on Instagram and decided to give it a try. I saw the prices advertised ($28 for Full Face Threading and $33 for Full Face waxing). I went in as a walk-in asking for the Full Face Treading. The technician who was helping me commented on my "missing hair brow" hairs and that I should try castor oil when I have naturally thick brows and no other technician has ever commented on that. The she proceeded to tell me that she cannot "thread my sideburns because the hairs are too hard" and then proceeded to wax it. She was rushing and ended up charging me $32 instead of the advertised price. Mind you, she only waxed my sideburns and then proceeded to ask me for a tip. I gave her an extra $5 and she was surprised. It was my first time at this salon and I expected quality customer service, but they just shrugged me off. She did a good job on the brows and the threading, but customer service should be better. I just felt like they were just trying to serve as many customers as possible. The salon is nice, however you get what you paid for. The salon I go to charge way more, but she is more methodical and detail oriented than this place.

The owner of this nail salon "Tony P" wrote a comment in response to my first review and his response was filled with lies which further emphasizes my point that customers should beware of this nail salon. While I was there the owner said multiple times that he would re-charge my credit card whenever he saw fit to, which is why my bank flagged his business and blocked this merchant from ever charging my card again. NOTHING was misunderstood regarding what the owner was saying... I heard him loud and clear because he has a "repeating problem" meaning every time he said something he would repeat it again (i.e. I have your info on file and will charge you again) which is why I immediately reported him to my bank. In addition, the owner is Lying when he says that I said the certificate was "permanently lost" because I Never said that, and instead said I would try to retrieve it and find it which is what ended up happening. Moreover, Tony P demanded that I sign a scratch piece of paper which my bank informed me was ridiculous because it would Not have constituted an invalidation anyway. Also, I only had and received one certificate and paid for one (I did not receive two like the owner is lying and saying so obviously he is confused and needs to get his former customers straight). Tony P. repeatedly said he would re-charge me and said that he keeps all customer credit information on file... so it is funny to me that he is now saying he supposedly does not do that - so either he lied then or he is lying now. Either way, I will never give this salon my business again, and have told family and friends not to go back here as well because I do not want the same thing to happen to them. Furthermore, the only obviously does not know what "I cannot find the certificate" means, because if he knew the definition of the basic words in that sentence then he would know that there is no "supposedly lost" when someone cannot find something = It simply means that the item was misplaced and sometimes misplaced items are found or never found... but I would not expect someone of Mr. Phan's caliber to know that. I do however find it ridiculous that all of a sudden the owner wants to suggest that I am trying to get a "2 for 1" when that has Never been the case... yet the owner was trying to pull a "2 for 1" on me by charging me two times for the purchase of 1 certificate. So, him and the salon can pull that scam on someone else because I could tell he was surprised when I showed up a second time to call him out for being rude and unprofessional (hence why he walked away to the back of the room to hide). In addition, in the past when I purchased a certificate I Never even utilized any of the them; yet instead they were all given as gifts with each recipient complaining to me about the quality of their nails or pedicure afterwards which is another reason why I no longer will give this salon business since the owner is abrasive and the quality of work is mediocre. Lastly, it's quite comical how Tony P. states that he cares about his customers, yet, my friend told me that if you call to get simple information from him he hangs up the phone. If that's good customer service on his end then that is yet ANOTHER reason to Avoid this salon (Please see my first review of this salon to get a better understanding of the horrible experience with the owner/employees of this place). Tony P. you are a liar. Your unprofessionalism and rudeness in addition to your front desk receptionist's lack of proper customer service was not appreciated. For that reason, I do Not want to have anything more to do with you or your salon. Therefore, do not reply to my reviews or contact me again. NOTE: this salon also has "someone" (employees) write positive reviews on themselves, and the pathetic part is that it's obvious and unethical. For example, there was a recent review written by 'them' with no picture and no details on their page, and only one review written in total and that review was on "themselves." Creating a fake yelp page, and writing a positive review about your own company will not counteract the negative aspects or negative reviews about your salon. Nice try though. read more

The owners of this nail salon are extremely rude and unprofessional towards customers. I no longer give this place my business, and I have told other people I know to Not go here any longer. I would advise all future customers to beware of this unsanitary nail salon. Tony (the manager and janitor of this nail salon) is extremely rude and abrasive towards customers and tries to fight customers who speak on the unclean conditions of the salon and he will try to fight customers who as for refunds. Also, Tony accuses a lot of the customers of trying to steal from the nail salon... it is obvious that this guy is crazy in addition to being unprofessional. This nail salon is like typical nail salons regarding the fact that the employees (like Tony) talk bad about the customers when they are in there trying to get services... so ignorant and unprofessional they all are! And you can tell how hostile and unprofessional Tony is by the response comments he leaves on yelp's reviews! Just so pathetic and ignorant for a "manager." The nail techs do not even properly clean utensils before trying to use them, and their nail design skills are lacking. The front desk girl refuses to help out customers and does not practice good business sense. Very unethical. read more

Jenny and Kim were wonderful. I found them on yelp and searched for the prefect place. So happy we found them. My daughter has a terrible nail biting habit, so bad it looks like a rottweiler gnawed on her fingers and nails. She finally started to fight the urge and they stated to look a little better but all extremely short and the skin around them were still healing. We tried acrylics today as a treat to help aid in the right direction. Jenny was very sweet and a great listener as to what I wanted for my daughters nails. She took her time and the final product was awesome. Their prices are very reasonable. Kim did my pedicure which she paid great attention to detail, extremely sweet and my favorite part is that neither nail technicians pushed for the extras or gave any looks because I declined. They offered nicely, I declined, and just as kindly they continued doing a great job. I will defintely be coming back with all my family and friends. My friend got my wife a gift certificate for this salon. After my friend's horrible experience getting the certificate, and being threatened by the owner regarding use of her card I will not be recommending this place to anyone. I appreciate my friend's gesture in going out of her way to get the card, but the drama caused by the owner and his staff at this Pro Nails Salon is appalling. I have since told my friend about LG Nails salon in the same city since they have always been professional and courteous with me which is something you unfortunately cannot get from Pro Cypress Nails. Coming from a customer service background I believe in being polite and kind to customers at all times, while the owner and employees at this salon obviously believe in being rude, argumentative, and unreasonable which are quick ways to lose potential customers. The few stories I have heard and witnessed by this salon is awful; therefore, I will take my money else where. read more

I had an incredible experience at Pro Cypress Nails & Spa. Tina and Nancy took care of my manicure and pedicure, and I left feeling unbelievably relaxed. New to the area, decided to give this place a try. Glad I did! The staff was friendly the services quick and exactly what I wanted. Got a regular mani pedi in my fav shades of purple. It's just a short walk from my apt and they give you water. Which I thought was nice since it's so hot out. I made an appt to get a full set next week, watched Jenny do someone's nails while I was there she does a great job so I'm super excited! I'm very particular about acrylics they have to look thin and natural. read more

I found this shop doing a SIRI search. Had a rough day, diagnosed with melanoma in the afternoon. Decided to cheer myself up with a pedicure. While discussing my day and reason I was there, the whole shop rallied behind me. one of the customer overheard and paid for me. I will be back to show them I have come though surgery and to have a mani /pedi, saw the beautiful work being done and the way they treat their clients. Wonderful first impression. I had the worst experience here and it was not because of the manicure I got done (although the nail design on my nails was done bad). The experience here was terrible because of the owner. He was very rude and hostile for some reason. The woman who did my nails was nice but the secretary they have seemed a bit off, and the man who is the owner was not polite or pleasant. In addition, they over-charge for a lot of their services. I will definitely not be coming here again. read more

I heard this salon was under new management so I thought I'd give it a try. I was so glad I did! I had a gel manicure which was beautiful. Jenny did my manicure. She and her husband, Tony were very sweet and they made sure that I was comfortable and that I had something to drink as well. Overall this was a great experience.
