That turned into a 45 min wait!!!! with an appointment. Service from Cindy was great I asked her to clean up my pedi a bit more and she did it no problem. The chairs are not comfy so just be aware. The only thing I was confused about was they charged me a total of $15 for gel.. $5 to take off the previous gel and $10 to put new gel on. I was happy they were able to get me in. The ladies were nice but I was not happy about the service. I'm 6 hours away from home and unfortunately my middle finger nail broke this morning. The length, the color, and just the French style are all so off. I got recommended this place by a family member and honestly I've never been more happy. My nails came out absolutely perfect. Exclamation, I've been going to different nail salons for over 15 years now and this is by far I've been the best nail salon that I've been to they take time to get your nails right and do everything with precision and make sure that it's perfect. I came in as a walk in and they told me they had time for me but then had me sit for an hour. I don't mind the wait but after I sat down and asked for dip powder over my natural nails they tried to give me clear powder I didn't want. They rushed my nails which after the fact were a little lumpy. I have never gotten this done before and hadn't done normal acrylics in a few years, I was informed by friends later that this was not how my nails should look. I loved the color but they started lifting about a week after the service I was trying to hold on because I was unable to go to a nail salon due to my work hours but today about 11 days after my service my nails started cracking and breaking off. I don't do anything that was warrant this level of wear and when I did acrylics before I would often get 3-4 weeks of wear before needing a fill and never had one crack like this read more

Beyond pissed. Been coming here since October and tip very well so you would think I would be taken care of but I will no longer be coming back. Got there at 9 right when they open and I am now leaving the nail place... almost 2.5 hours later..... I called ahead of time at 8:50 and the nail tech said they open at 9.. I arrived at 8:55 and a lady was already getting her nails done. I waited until 9 which is fine and got seated at 9:05 and they started my feet. Two customers came in 15 mins later and got a mani pedi and left BEFORE me. It was until 10 they started doing my hands... I asked why the other nail tech didn't do my hands since she started it on the other customer that came after me.... "She doesn't do French".... OMG... I have NEVER had a fungus in my 27 years of wearing acrylic nails. .. I am on my THIRD at this place. The owner is SO MOODY. I was 6 minutes late once and she berated me throughout the whole appt. I voiced a bit of discomfort in her hasty service and she said, "you were late, I lose my next customer". THE PLACE WAS EMPTY. Today, she was 17 min late for MY appt and proceeded to treat me like a subordinate. She has complained several times about how slow business is. I know now why. My niece gave me a $50 gift certificate to this place and I didn't have an opportunity to use it because of a death in the family and my mom was in the hospital. So it expired recently. Today I got my nails done at LG and the lady's there didn't know I can understand Vietnamese. The ladys were talking about me the whole time in Vietnamese calling me picky. At the end of the service I used Apple Pay and one of the lady suggest that the other lady can go in a change the price charging more to my card one I payed. not happy at all with their services! i came here to get my gel extensions removed and get a regular mani-pedi but all i got was a horrible service for my fingernails. The removal was so painful, the manicurist (who made me feel like I was forcing her to work) literally peeled off the extensions causing the surface of my original nails to get ruined and become very dry. I was telling her it hurt but got ignored and she continued to ruin my fingernails. she covered up my nails with polish and it looked so bad and bumpy. the manager or owner eventually approached me however she did not do anything to fix it. She just said that she could not see any mistake on my nails even though the bad work was very obvious. I mentioned to her that my nails needs to get dipped in acetone because its part of the procedure but that manager said no and then got blamed for having bad nails. after one day, the polish already peeled off so I removed it with acetone and the polish doesn't completely come off because of the remaining glue from the extensions. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. WASTED MY MONEY ON THEIR SERVICE. read more

Hannah and her daughters are even caught up on our family's lives. They're like distant cousins now, even Hannah's been asking me when I'm going to end up with a nice Vietnamese boy. Let me say, I have been coming here for awhile now! However today was my last day going to this Spa. There was a miscommunication in what I wanted and even though there was I was willing to pay for the difference I owed. I always value great service and I always tip more than enough. However when the ladies that were working on me told me they were going to give me a discount I was so pleasantly surprised and of course at that point I wanted to tip them higher. They really didn't need to give me the discount. Let's just say the women that worked on me for my mani-pedi treated me really well and were very kind and I do NOT hold them accountable for any issue or problem. On the other Hand the OWNER is TERRIBLE!!! She had the audacity to approach me after I had paid nearly $60.00 yelling in my face with her cheap copper hair and scrunched up face. Saying how dare I get a discount when her ladies worked so hard on me. I told her I didn't need her damn discount and if it was such a big deal than charge me for the difference! She made one of the poor ladies ring me up and guess what the difference was $5.00!!! When I left the ladies that worked on me looked ashamed that she was treating me so terrible. I paid the girls an extra tip and apologized for any problem that was caused for the miscommunication. I hope that Owner doesn't get SHHHH of what they got. All I am going to say more is the OWNER needs a reality check! You don't just get in peoples faces and yell at them for something they were willing to pay for and tip well for. Afterall it was just a miscommunication. To the OWNER: if you don't like dealing with people maybe you shouldn't be in Customer Service or in any career that deals with the public. I went in today and an older lady did my manicure. It was the worst experience. While she was filing my nails, she kept burning my skin. When she did my manicure I thought she was going to fix the first layer because she had barely put any polish on, it had little circle dots and she was not putting it on evenly. She then added the next layer and just by the looks of it, I knew it was not going to turn out correctly. it was VERY MESSY and UNEVEN (as you can tell by the picture!) Finally, I had accidentally touched my wet polished thumb on my jeans and it smeared a little, and instead of doing it over, she pressed on it with gloves and just painted over it. Lotion was put on my arms but not hands because they were wet with polish, which should have been done beforehand. Also, I had no dryer or fan.
