Worst pedicure ever!! Called to make an appt for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. Lady was nice and asked we come at a specific time. We arrived on time to our appt and there was only 1 pedicure chair. I had my daughter with me who was getting her first mani/pedi. The owner said she wouldn't be able to reach the water, which I knew wasn't true. I felt the owner was annoyed that I had my daughter with me, who I plenty old enough for polish. My daughter sat on my lap the entire time. The nail tech, see photo, is horrible!!!!! There is no way she is licensed. She got paint all of mine and my daughter's skin. She put a flower design and gem on my daughter's tow without asking. Then, she asked that I PAY BEFORE PUTTING MY SHOES ON! Like wtf! She didn't give me a receipt or ask if I wanted one. I paid $45 for a horrible pedicure (see photo) and a mani/pedi for my 5 year old. I called once I got home to complain to the owner/manager, as I wasn't going to argue in person with my daughter. The owner offered for me to return to redo my toes, but I declined. I would have much preferred to be refunded for at least my horrible pedicure. Also, this nail tech, when I arrived, was filing a ladies nails. The owner switched her to me as that lady was annoyed. The nail tech had completely filed her nails way to short and the customer was annoyed. I called after my appt in hopes that the owner will let this nail tech go or send her back to school for proper training. Do not recommend. Will not return. read more

Hello to whoever is reading this so I asked for a pedicure I asked for a pillow and they gave me a dirty towel to use for the pillow also had one toe with old gel nail polish, it's been a while since my last pedicure times have been hard anyway they charged me for that. when putting my feet in the tub the water was boiling hot then when finishing she rinsed me with the coldest water I have ever felt, the warm rock at the end was a nice touch. She did do a good job on painting nails but Overall experience and vibe didn't feel welcome. I will not be returning. read more

They take shortcuts here to the point where they are hurting you. The lady I had ruined my nail and made it super tender where my new nail and old nail meet at the indent. I went to another nail salon and said that this is very painful and dangerous and they shouldn't have used this method. I got my nails done here in November. I felt something was wrong as soon as my nail started growing back, so I had to wait a month and a half to allow my nail to get to a better length in order for my to take the old gel off read more

I had a friend recommend this place to me so I went online to check them out. I noticed you can make an appointment online and this was SO CONVENIENT!! Made an appointment with Tracy since that's who my friend said she thought did her nails. When I arrived they were all so very nice and attentive and best of all they were ready for me and I was a few minutes early. The place was very clean and they even had AC and on!! Already loving it and haven't even started my mani-ped Tracy was AWESOME, she was gentle with my sensitive feet and toes and did such a wonderful job on both my feet and hands. I have very short nails and do gel on both. She also does design which I absolutely love!! She made sure I liked the color and design before she kept going, she genuinely wanted me happy with my result. I can appreciate this. Don't spend your money!! The worst establishment to ever go to. From the moment u walked in, I was greeted as if I was disturbing them from sitting and doing nothing. I was polite, smiled and asked if it was by appointment only since they were all upset I was walking in. They told me to sit in the first chair. I then was questioned what kind of service did I need. I mentioned gel x nails and how I never got them before but wanted those and medium length. She asked me what shape and from there it went left. I told her I was unsure, bc I never had them and asked did she have any examples? She proceeded to say in a tone, that's why I asked you what you wanted. Then she Continued to mumble under her breath and look annoyed at the fact I was willing to pay her for a service. It was awful! The entire time I'm patient, friendly and willing to spend whatever price. So before she rolled her eyes for the last time, I simply said it was okay and thanked her for her time. This place is a gem! I recently moved back into the neighborhood and found this adorable little shop. (The interior is so cute!) All of the women: May, Kathy, Cindy, Nina, and Kim are wonderful! Not only are they great at their job, but they are kind and compassionate. Something that can seem lacking at businesses lately. I love knowing that these women appreciate me as a customer, knowing there are many nail salons I can choose from. I've gone in knowing exactly what I want, (which obviously makes their lives easier), and my nails came out beautiful. My sister and I went in to get pedicures, she was getting gel and I wanted regular. After I went in I asked if they can also cut and shape my hand nails. They lady agreed and said it's $10. I inquired how much a regular manicure would be and was told it was $15. So I decided to get a regular mani & pedi. As I was talking with my sister about colors, the lady kept insisting I do a gel mani & pedi instead of regular. I said no I wanted regular. She said "you look like a beautiful lady so I want to do beautiful nails for you, but you just want regular! Haha" I just laughed it off because I already knew I wouldn't come back to this salon. As my sister talked to me, the lady rudely told my sister that she will talk to me to convince me to do gel instead of regular. She was rude to my sister and was telling her no to talk to me. As she started shaping my nails she let telling me it doesn't matter what color I chose, it's only regular polish. I told her the color number, and she laughed and said "okay whatever it's regular anyway" I've never had an experience this bad at any nail salon. If she didn't want to do regular nails she could just get someone else to do it instead of making it seem like the services I wanted aren't sufficient. While I was in the salon, there was another customer who was getting her nails done, and one of the workers looked at her and commented saying "I think you need lashes, yours are too small, I'll do it for you more beautiful!" This is SO rude, she first negatively commented on the customer's real lashes and then basically made her feel like she needs to get them done. This salon will only try to get your to spend more $$ and make you feel like your choices aren't sufficient. read more

I went in to get Cat Eye nails done. Since there not super common, a lot of people don't know how to do them. Clearly, this lady didn't know. First red flag, you're supposed to put black polish as a base. She started painting the Cat Eye first then had to ask, then corrected. She cut my nails wayyyy shorter then I asked. I told her the Cat Eye is supposed to go diagonal, not straight across. I was ignored. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A STYLE DON'T DO IT! Took a lot of nerve for my husband to go somewhere to get his ears waxed. He was too shy to go, but I just could not do well enough myself with wax strips. Poor guy, they convinced him to wax his eyebrows too. He came home with skin missing from both eyelids from either the wax, tweezers or he said it may have just been the technicians nails that cut him. Totally scary to come home with open wounds from waxing. And worst of all they waxed his ears and you could tell no difference at all, they did the worst job ever!! This little salon has had some growing pains. It started up in another location just before COVID hit. Then it just got started again in the new name and location, and there was an electrical fire that closed them down for awhile. Kim the owner, is extremely smart, gifted, and hard working. Although she has been through a lot, she is not a complainer, she just keeps on picking herself up, brushing herself off, and starting all over again. I have followed her here through 3 shops. Her work is excellent, and she wants you to be happy with your nails, or whatever service that you purchase. If you are not happy, she is not happy. Plus she speaks good English. read more
