I just love the owner, Jessica and her crew. I've been coming here years. Only ones to ever do my pedicures. Their spa chairs are so relaxing and sometimes I catch myself wanting to size off. They have great music and TVs to watch too. For over a year now, I've just been doing gel polish on my real nails cause of volleyball. No more acrylics, which I was sad about but breaking one playing was not fun! A few months ago Jessica suggested builder gel. I asked what that was and she told me a layer of gel on my real nails to help them stay strong. Since my nails never grow and always crack. I tried it and LOVE it! Update: Jessica the owner asked me to come so she can fix my nails. She did and she did a great job. I appreciate when owners fix things. I truly appreciate how much they care for their customers. I've always had gel nail here. Never disappointed at how it's done. However this time I felt like it wasn't worth what I paid sadly. I didn't leave as confident in the work as I normally do. All the woman were busy so it was a guy that did my nail. I've had my nails done by guys twice somewhere else and I feel like they both weren't as meticulous the way a woman normally does nails. So I usually prefer women. However all the women were busy as I mentioned. I thought I'd just wait. This guy who works there usually just preps before the women does the nails. But then he actually started doing my nails. No turning back now. So I didn't get my cuticle pushed back like the others do it. Nor did they put this liquid that usually helps with gel from chipping. He painted on the cuticle so overtime I know it will lift. And I hate when it does cause when I wash my hair the hair gets stuck in between. Mind you I paid 30 for gel, 15 to make it chrome and 8 to remove dip. Total 53. I don't mind if it's done right. I even told him he painted to close and it will lift. He just filed it down a little. But it still won't do much. So I'm bummed at paying so much for nails that chipped on the 3rd day. read more

I haven't came in a while and everytime I decide to come back I don't learn from my past experiences. I came in asking for this French tip mani. Immediately the lady who was doing my nails said she couldn't do it because my natural nails were not like the white line in the picture. I explained to her I know that but she can cover the nail and draw the white line. Then she said that will take too long to draw. Another employee suggested the male employee can do it. So she got started on my nails and the male employee was busy with other customers. When it came to paint my nails, she added a light pink color almost white, I told her I would like something darker and more natural looking. I picked colors to try on my nails and she brought the completely wrong ones and said she couldn't do it. I settled for a solid color and then she and another coworker were laughing and looking at me and saying the words Valentine's Day. (I had mentioned I was getting my nails done for valentines) it's just so rude and I've waited my time, that I will never get back and my money. This is probably my 2nd or 3rd then here.... I liked that there was no wait, but the nail tech who did my nails was kind of rude. Each time I requested something, she would complain in Vietnamese. She thought I was being picky about my shape and size... I'm the customer, shouldn't they listen to what I want? Her work was not great, my nails was a little bulky and she didn't fill my nails close to my cuticles. I had to file the edges so it won't pull my hair out... I feel like I need a fill a lot sooner too... Honestly, I wouldn't come back and I definitely don't recommend this spot to anyone... Some of the negative Yelp comments are intimidating but im the type to jump salon to salon anyway. Well, fast forward 13 months, ive actually been coming here consistently now lol my 1st ever visit was from Jessica, the owner. I didnt think she was rude. In fact, she did a super precise job with my black french tips *claps for Jessica* (lemme tell ya.. some techs just dont have that skill to do it even & clean). Every visit after has been positive whether its mani or pedi. Its in a nice plaza, loads of parking, its a spacious salon and restroom also clean. A friend and I wanted to get our nails done. I called and made an appt and that should have been my first clue to try another place - the person who answered did not take my name/number down for the appt, but said they would have spots available. But I thought - okay, no big deal - they knew their business and as long as we get our mani/pedis, we're good. We show up on the day/time I requested for the appt and they were packed. Luckily, after a few minutes of talking to them about what we wanted, a spot opened up and I got started. Two ladies got started on my pedicure and manicure while my friend... waited... and waited. Not sure why one lady didn't start with her, but who knows. Finally, someone started on her manicure and I tried to enjoy my time. The lady who did my pedicure (no name as she didn't introduce herself) started off well and was pretty thorough in everything that she did. I'm not much of a talker, and she pretty much left me alone to watch tv and quietly relax. The problem was that instead of telling me what to do (put my foot into the tub, pull it out, place my foot on the towel, etc), she would just tap my leg and expect me to know what to do next. At one point, she kept tapping my leg 4-5 while I just looked at her confused until she motioned for me to move my foot back into the tub. At another point, she wanted me to raise bot h my feet up so she can replace the towel - but she kept tapping one or other other leg and I kept either trying to place them back into the tub or stick them out for her. Overall, okay technique with massage, scrub, etc. Gel nails came out pretty well and I liked that she did several coats for the color to pop. I would go to her again for a pedicure, IF she communicates what she wants me to do next time. Now - the lady who did my manicure - I would not recommend. She most likely was new and as she kept needing help with a number of things. She wasn't sure about the service I selected and was clumsy with some of the things. I grew out my nails because I wanted them on the longer side and she made them shorter and uneven. While I appreciated that she took her time and did things with care, she also messed up a lot while she was applying my gel polish. Overall, they are lumpy, thick and dented in the places that she kept accidentally bumping into (with her hands, arms, into the table, the UV light machine, etc). I would guess that these will last for a week, maybe two before lifting. I think she tried to apply as many coats as my pedicurist did, but since her technique isn't that good - it came out very lumpy and uneven. She also had a habit of touching my purse without my consent for various reasons. I paid in cash and then tipped them both the same amount. Both ladies were nice enough to let me be there quietly without a bunch of questions and good selection of colors (hence two stars), but overall - I wouldn't come back. The amount of $$ I paid for uneven nails is not worth it - I'm already thinking about getting them redone somewhere else, but my nails are too short. read more

Jessica was my nail tech. And Vicki did my pedicure. Both ladies were very nice and it was a fast and professional. They had lots of options for nail polish. I got my nails filled and a pedicure including three nails replaced and my total was $85. I tipped both ladies a total of $22. So... my friend suggested I come here to get pedicures! as soon as I walk in, I think it's Jessica welcomes me. I tell her it's for two but that my other friend isn't here yet. While I'm using the restroom, they fill up some water for the pedicure machine but when I tell them that I want to wait, the pedicure lady's says yes but Jessica straight up says that they can't wait for my friend. So I offer to leave and Jessica says that if I come back and there's no spots I'll have to wait. either way I won't be able to get my nails done with my friend. She made it seem like that was definite and was pushy about it. Not a fan. I end up coming back later and my friend and I sit next to each other and get our nails done at the same time. The nail girl did a great job and I appreciate her but they wanted to nickel and dime me. If I wanted different colors on each nail it's an extra $5. If I wanted one nail different it's free but after that it's an extra $3. I just came back from a nail salon and they didn't nickel and dime me like this. Speaking of nickels and dimes, it's an extra .50c to use your credit card no matter the price. It costed $33 for a basic pedicure... again nail lady was nice, manager was not so much. read more

I have been coming to this establishment for years! There has been a high turnover of nail techs! I used to enjoy the quality of the service! I noticed a change in the vibe. Sometimes, I don't enjoy the vibe. The owner is screaming at someone on the phone. I don't know if it's her children, but it's really uncomfortable. It seems that when a new tech is working on me, she will critique the tech in front of me. Awkward! I am not sure what she is saying because she speaks in her language. I can see the tension in the jaw and the frown on their face of the tech. I don't like that my service is started with her husband, and then I am pawned off to another! Jessica, the owner, seems very stressed! I prefer if she needs to correct the tech to do it in a gentler way or after she is not with me the client. I can see the tension. He removed my old gel so gently and didn't use a drill bit or make them super thin. The lady that did my pedicure shaped and cleaned them Perfectly! I have been coming here for over 9 years. My go to is Tammy. She is sweet, kind soft spoken and does amazing nails. From the very first day I saw her she was always recommending new colors since I tend to get stuck in the same colors and don't like change. But she is always so sweet. One time a few years ago, I had one. Ail that refused to grow. It was peeling and brittle and i just wasn't really paying attention. And she asked me if i had gone to the dr to have this checked. And this was when I discovered I had anemia. She isn't a dr of course - but this was just to provide some context that she is paying attention and she does care. The salon has had its share of turnout course - no salon is perfect. But Jessica is the owner and she works hard to earn your business and your trust. She is always upgrading her salt scrubs but isn't pushy. The salon is clean and there is a real good vibe here.
