I was in the area and needed my nails done stat! Loved that it had AC and I was offered a cold water when I sat down. The music playing had me singing along and Jenny my nail tech & Tina the pedicurist were so professional. I loved the final product and loved that there was no wait time. Decor inside was calming and soothing and beautifully decorated. If you're in the area I highly recommend it!
Continue to go here year after year with Christine. She's always entertaining my whims and lets me zone out from work life and mom life. Thank you Christine!
Got a gel mani-pedi with my mom right before graduation, and I'm so happy with how everything turned out! Everyone was so sweet, patient, and welcoming, and they took the time to give us recommendations and make sure we were happy with everything. A special thank you to Yvonne, Lena, Jenifer, and Yen for being so detail-oriented and making sure everything was done perfectly. I'm not usually someone who gets pampered, but they really made the whole experience feel so special and one of a kind. My mom and I both had such a great experience, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back!
Thank you Christine for the beautiful design and great atmosphere while getting my nails done.
I decided to treat my daughter and myself to pedicures. We made an appointment for Monday morning and were greeted by the warmest ladies. They took really great care of us and we just got basic pedicures. They have a ton of color choices. We even got a new customer discount but we'll definitely be going back.
I've been coming here for years--this is my go-to spot for pedicures! I even bring my 7-year-old daughter for her mani/pedi, and they always treat us so kindly. The owner, Yen, is truly the sweetest. Finding a great nail salon can be tough, so I'm really grateful to have a place that consistently delivers and even accommodates my last-minute scheduling. You're always welcomed with a smile, the environment is clean, and they even offer ice-cold water, which is such a nice touch. If you're looking for a reliable spot, definitely give them a try! PS: Ask for Jenie if you want long-lasting hard gel--she's amazing. Consistent, quality places like this are hard to find!
Clean nail salon with excellent customer service. I've been here a few times for pedicures, and the nail techs are welcoming. They really take their time to make sure everything is done well, and there's a great selection of polish colors to choose from. I've always had a positive experience.
Had a basic pink manicure & pedicure first time here at polish nail spa. The services was exceptionally good and the ambiance of the store is clean and bright.
Customer service was excellent. They really took their time and cared for me. I loved my nails so much. Thanks Lena !!
Update from yesterday (1/12): As beautiful as my nails are, they have already started lifting. I also noticed that my nail shapes are different sizes. Granted this could be because my nail shapes in general are different, but definitely not like this. My friend also got her nails done at the same time as me and her nail tech ate up the sides of her nails leaving her nail beds exposed. Most likely will not be coming back because of these issues :/
Perfection once again! Came around 5pm with my mom & they got us set up right away! Jennifer did my manicure & helped me pick the design . Such a clean simple French tip with a cat eye base. My mom went with the classic French tip pedicure! All the staff always go out of their way to make sure you get exactly what you want! Literally like someone came 10 mins until closing to get her gel removed, Jen so kindly did it for her!

Polish Nail Spa is my go-to salon!! They always make time for me! They prefer reservations but always do their best to accommodate walk ins even if they're busy. Yin, Jenny and Amber took care of me for my first manicure in 5 years (thank you Yin and Amber!) and Jenny handled my rough feet! The service is amazing and they got new comfy chairs! It definitely feels calm and relaxing inside with a nice ambiance. They're great about giving feedback and recommendations for color choices and treatments too! Absolutely recommend checking them out! read more

I had an express pedicure and manicure yesterday. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. My manicure was excellent and painless. Unfortunately, my pedicure was painful the entire time. I don't like the feeling of pedicures so i thought I was being overly sensitive. But this morning I woke up with a lot of pain in my big toe. It was swollen and when I touched it, pus came out. I poured some hydrogen peroxide on it and it foamed immediately on the spot that was injured. I also didnt notice until this morning that the nail tech did some callous removal but left most behind. I didn't ask for any callous removal because it was an express pedicure and I was in a hurry, but it looks really bad now read more

Love this place! I've been coming here for over 3 years now and I'm always happy when I leave. My normal go to is powder dip with Lina and I just take whoever is available for my toes. Everyone is great here! I have yet to experience anything bad here. This last time I came in I had a new lady because Lina wasn't available and I realized that I've never made a review. To anyone looking to come here I highly recommend it as the services is great and the vibe is super relaxing. So much so that I embarrassingly always fall asleep while they are doing my nails lol they also have this loyalty program through an outside party where you get points and special discounts every so often. In this economy saving a few dollars anywhere can help. For reference: Lina- best at doing what YOU want. I love her! Just tell her what you want and guide her through it and she will literally create anything you want. She's a perfectionist. Christine- best at designs and all that fun stuff. She's an artist when it comes to those extra designs a lot of girls like to get. I'm a plain Jane, but I can appreciate her artwork. Jennifer- she was the second person doing my nails for a while before I met Lina. She also is really great and she's super good for walk ins. Recently also had her for my toes too and she did a great job. Jenny- is my go to for my toes. She's very thorough and makes sure everything comes out great. Nikki- is also a rockstar with toes. If you have a good ingrown she's your go to gal! I'm sorry if I'm missing someone but everyone is great here! You cannot go wrong! read more
We took my mom in law to this nice Nail Salon. They took her right away. They have nice relaxing lounge chairs. She had a manicure and pedicure. I was surprised they had to massage her hands and feet as well such great service from both the nail technicians. Mom in law liked the nail technician's nail color they were nice enough to change the color she already had on to the color of the nail tech's nails. Great service from this salon and will be coming back here for my wife's nails! read more

I haven't had a mani/pedi in years and thought to spoil myself today since I'm visiting LA. This salon was recommended by my cousin, and they did not disappoint. I tried on a cat-eye gel nail polish for mani and a little sparkly one to match the color for pedi. Very pretty!!! Bonus, Yvonne and Amber are wonderful ladies. Very nice and sweet!
