I recently moved to the area almost a year ago and have been coming to this salon since. Right off the bat, I knew I would be a regular here. Not only is the place aesthetically pleasing, but all of their employees are knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. The front desk is great at handling appointments for me and is very transparent with their pricing when asked, even going as far as checking up on me during and after the appointment to make sure I am happy with my services and the techs are always patient with me and answer any questions I have, especially since I'm very wishy washy when it comes to designs. On a monthly basis I come here to get my nails done and my eyebrows and upper lip waxed and without fail I leave happy every time. I visited Noble Nail Salon for the first time in early July. The customer service was excellent, and the salon has a very relaxing atmosphere. The overall experience is clearly something they prioritize, and if you're looking for a luxurious, spa-like visit, they do that very well. I chose the Volcano pedicure with gel polish and a builder gel manicure. The pedicure itself was enjoyable, although more expensive than what I typically pay. My concerns are mainly with the manicure and the overall quality of the work. The technician who did my builder gel was kind, listened to what I wanted, and reshaped my nails as requested (for an additional charge). However, I wasn't happy with the way the builder gel was finished. She also cut my cuticles without any soaking or prep, and despite pointing out that I had an open hangnail, she worked around it without much care, which was quite painful. Another disappointment was the lack of pricing transparency. While my nails were being painted, I complimented the color I had chosen and was told it was a special Korean collection. Only then was I informed it was an additional $20 charge. Since I had chosen the same color for my toes, I was charged the fee twice. I would have appreciated being told before the service so I could decide whether the upgrade was worth it. The biggest issue was the longevity. My gel pedicure started chipping after about two weeks, which has never happened to me with gel polish before. Around the same time, my builder gel began lifting, constantly catching my hair. I ended up filing and trimming the lifted areas myself before having them redone elsewhere. My builder gel normally lasts 4-5 weeks without lifting, so this was very disappointing. The aggressive cuticle work also left the skin around my fingers and toes irritated, and I had to use Neosporin to help everything heal. In the end, I paid $206 (including a 20% tip) for services that lasted barely two weeks. While the salon excels in customer service and creating a relaxing experience, the quality of the nail work and the unexpected add-on charges did not justify the price. My wife and I walked in to the salon a few weeks ago without an appointment on a whim, and only had to wait about 10 minutes... not bad at all. The space itself is lovely: clean, bright, and pleasant, with an upscale feel that immediately made a good impression. My wife had a pedicure with Jaden and couldn't stop raving about it. She loved how positive the whole experience was; his attentiveness and attention to detail really stood out to her. I got the volcano mani-pedi. The pedicure portion was excellent: Juliane did a great job, careful and detailed throughout. Honestly, my feet look fantastic. The manicure was more of a mixed bag. Monica asked whether I wanted my nails trimmed or filed, and I said trimmed but not too short (admittedly not the clearest instruction on my part). She ended up trimming a couple on my left hand, filing the rest, and not trimming any on my right... so the lengths came out uneven. After the hand massage portion, she said "Okay, it's done" and walked away without asking about polish. I did actually want polish, but wasn't sure whether it was included or where it fell in the process, so I let it go. Later, while Juliane was finishing the polish on my toes, I asked if fingernail polish was included. She said yes and offered to grab Monica, which I appreciated. Monica came back, confirmed I wanted clear polish, and quickly wrapped it up before returning to another client. It was clear she was rushed: where my toenails got several careful coats, my fingernails got just a single application. When I looked at my hands afterward, my nails were basically the same length as when I walked in, some with jagged edges, and I somehow still had a bit of dirt under my fingernails. I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure a basic manicure should at least leave your hands and nails clean. I'm also not sure why polish was never offered up front. Monica was pleasant to interact with during the service, but the quality just didn't match up, and the contrast with my feet (which look really nice) made it more noticeable. And actually within a couple hours, the nail polish on my fingernails had already started to crack/peel. However, I did submit my inspo pic and was quoted 85 dollars for all the 3-d design not including the 3-d flowers and gems. I want to start off with the good: this place is aesthetically pleasing they have a nice selection of colors. The environment is really clean and the staff is nice. What I don't like about this place is all the fees that they charge for every little thing that they do without even letting you know ahead of time that you will be charged for something they've included or added without giving you the option or making you aware. Also these little fees are NOT included in their menu. I've come to this shop one other time and before they charged me $3 for a design per nail. A few months later and now they're charging me $4 for a design per nail, + $15 for the chrome power they will be using for the design + an additional $15 dollars for cat eye polish + an additional $20 dollars for French tip. What was upsetting was not the prices alone but the fact that I chose a design that the nail technician couldn't even execute nor had the correct supplies/colors for. Therefore why up charge on a design a technician can't even execute ??? I left so disappointed. A 3 HOUR SET!!! With ugly nails that look like straight press ons and an overall basic crooked ass looking French tip set, with terrible cuticles left un-trimmed. I wanna start off with the good: clean studio, friendly front desk! It's also very easy to make an appointment online. They have a nice selection of colors. I can't speak for other services as I only tried a manicure but they offer a lot of different things here. The bad: I have only come here for a full service once. I don't know if I should have tried a different nail tech but I had a nail lift within A DAY of my service twice now. It's been less than 2 weeks and this same nail has lifted 3 times. But I was given the same tech to fix it each time. I have been getting builder gel for a few years now at a studio I love but wanted to try something closer to home so I went to Noble. I am not unfamiliar with builder gel. I have never had a nail lift so quickly like this... I felt that maybe the free edge was not sealed properly each time. The first time, it lifted the next day but I worked all weekend and couldn't make it back in for a few days... I paid $10 for a fix. Fair enough I suppose, as I couldn't come in immediately. Now a day later, after I came in for that fix, I could tell it was lifting again and called immediately. This time they fixed it for free. But it's been 6 days and the same nail is once again lifting. Thankfully the rest of the nails have not lifted early but the shapes are pretty different. I understand builder gel is more difficult compared to other nail services but this was a frustrating experience, and I really wanted to like this studio. Maybe other manicure services are better. And like other reviewers mentioned, be aware of all the little fees. I am not used to all these extra charges so I didn't do my due diligence. But they will charge to cut your nails shorter, and like I said it was $10 for a fix without additional service (even though I had my nails done there). read more

When it was time to do my pedicure I was informed by my normal nail artist of 11 years I had fungus on both my Big Toe Nails! This has never happen before ever I'm so upset I am a licensed with the state of California 20 years and it is so unprofessional for a nail artist to see damage or fungus and not tell the client. The studio is always so clean, beautiful, and aesthetic, which makes every visit feel relaxing. I also love that they offer other services like a head spa, so it's easy to treat yourself while you're there. At that point, I politely declined and decided to leave. I completely understand that salons can get busy, but if technicians are being overbooked, customers should be informed ahead of time -- especially when they have an appointment scheduled. Respecting clients' time and communicating delays goes a long way. Be wary of booking with this salon if your time is important to you. Not only are the nail techs super talented & have great attention to detail, but they really listen to the customers and have their best interest at heart.
