I visited this nail salon last month and, while I generally liked the vibe, I had a disappointing experience. The owner, who I found to be very friendly and a gem, was my first time at a nail salon in a couple of years. I was excited to pamper myself and chose Gel X for the first time and a pedicure service. The pedicure was pleasant, and Leon, the male nail technician ensured that he didn't hurt me. However, a few days later, my right big toe developed an ingrown toenail, which he removed. Unfortunately, a couple of days later, the toe became infected, and I had to visit the doctor to have it removed. My experience took a turn for the worse when I chose Genesis, the nail technician, for my nails. She cut my cuticles twice with the cuticle cutter and once with the drill, causing my two fingers to bleed. The one time with the drill, my finger was dripping blood, which was definitely not sanitary. I tried to stay calm, but the pain was excruciating. Initially, I was planning to get a regular cat-eye design, but then I decided to go with a design featuring butterflies and Genesis agreed to do it. After two hours of my painful nails, I was disappointed because the design didn't resemble the picture. I asked her to just the cat-eye and expressed my desire to leave without being unhappy. That's when she started drilling the gel off the four nails, then nicked my middle finger with the drill, the nail that was already cut earlier. The pain was unbearable, and she applied green ointment to the affected area. She looked frustrated and tired, which is understandable, but I was still in immense pain. Thankfully, Tammy stepped up and asked Genesis if she could try to do the designs, which took another hour or longer. I appreciated them staying that night since the store was already closed. Tammy finished the design, and I ended up paying $180 plus tip. I was outraged but so exhausted from the four hours I had spent sitting in the salon that I paid and left. The next day, my fingers were in excruciating pain from the cuts. I called Mary, the owner, and she apologized and offered me a refund for my Gel X. I went in later that evening and received the refund for the Gel X. While I'm glad she refunded me, it was such a hassle to begin with. I didn't get to relax or enjoy the pampering I had hoped for. Overall, it was a stressful experience. read more

Hmm. Very expensive, but it does have a "luxury" feel. The interior of the salon is beautiful and the seats are comfortable. I came here to get a GelX set ($72 & 1.5hrs) and most fell off within a day. I came back and the owner was super apologetic and nice. She rescheduled me to come back for a -complete- redo, another 1.5 hours. My next set has had great retention, but I am not a fan of the shape, they're inconsistent. Just kind of bummed that i spent over 3 hours here, and had to get my set completely redone (which causes more damage) Overall, I would recommend this place if you were taking someone for a gift/spa day because of the luxury feel. I can't see how this would be someone's regular spot with the pricing & time it takes to do a simple set. The staff are very kind though! I came here for an eyebrow appointment and for my nails. Mary was so kind in helping me get my appointments all situated, explained the services I was looking at, and really was just super helpful. I got the hot builder gel manicure and TOM DID AN AMAZING JOB! I'm super pleased with my nails and how they came out. My nails were mismatched in shape and I told Tom that and his response was: "Easy!". And EASY IT WAS! He fixed the shape and went about the process. Honestly, 10 stars for the pedis. One of the best pedicures I've ever had. I'll be coming back for those for sure! I don't get gel polish, and the polish still lasts forever. The salon is bright and modern and makes the experience feel so luxe. The owner (I think?) Mari is so sweet and welcoming. It's super easy to make an appointment online. I decided to try the head spa, because I absolutely love the feeling of having my hair washed and scalp massaged. Unfortunately, for me it didn't live up to expectations. I didn't find it relaxing, I was actually pretty on edge during. The service notes that it includes a mini facial, and what I hadn't expected was that nearly half the time in the actual treatment room seems to be devoted to facial stuff. It kind feels liie they're trying to squeeze a whole basic facial in (minus the steam and extractions) along with the scalp stuff. So the feeling was of a lot of things happening very hurriedly. The hardest part though was that the facial products they used were aggressively minty. It was like putting IcyHot on my face. I'd anticipated the facial products would be mild if they're going to use them on every client and skin type (because it's not like a choice was offered). Bottom line, my skin was not very happy in the following days. :( There was definitely some noticeable improvement in my scalp, getting rid of some dead skin and such. But this is on the pricier end of head spa treatments I've looked at in the area, and I went with it because I was so happy with the nail services and like being loyal to a good place when I find one -- but for me, what I spent on the head spa treatment wasn't worth it. Wow! Just wow! I went to Noble on Saturday for their grand opening & let me just say, it's definitely my new go-to spot! I got my nails done with Tammy who was great! I got cateye gel x & the color came out so cute ! They're the perfect valentines nails, literally as soon as I got up, the other girls in the salon wanted to see them & were swooning over them! The best experience! I had broken a nail and needed to find a spot that was open later in the evening. I found Noble Nail Studio and when I walked in I was immediately wowed by how beautiful the nail spa was and even more with how welcoming the front desk person was. While I sat down in their lobby and waited briefly for my turn, who walks in? Sandy, the owner! She had been my nail lady for years back in the day. We instantly recognized each other and reconnected. She took care of my eyebrows which had been a mess and replaced my broken nail. I was impressed by not only the caliber of customer service, the extreme attention to detail in cleanliness and every nail tech here speaks English. I've been a loyal customer here, but today was by far the worst experience I've ever had with Crystal. I had an appointment scheduled for 11:15am and was called only 30 minutes beforehand to be told it needed to be pushed back by an hour. That alone was extremely frustrating, as I had already planned my entire day around this appointment and was already on my way. I ended up spending an hour killing time in the area to accommodate their schedule. When I finally arrived, I was then told my technician needed another 30 minutes (which turned into an hour), after I had already been waiting for 15 minutes, and was asked if I wanted to continue waiting. At that point, I was beyond upset and felt completely misled. My appt should have been cancelled not pushed back repeatedly with the expectation that I just keep waiting indefinitely. While I was waiting yet another hour, there was absolutely no effort made to move things along. No pressure was applied to the technician, no attempt was made to swap in another nail tech, and I wasn't even informed that the wait time was increasing. That is a complete disrespect of a customers time and I rather find another nail spot then deal with this ever again. read more

Starting off with the gorgeous interior, you can tell the owners cared and have a sense of style for a place for hospitality by all the details. When you walk in, Mary the owner greets you always smiling and she walks around the room always checking on you. I think there's a newly hired manager now and she's great too. I usually go to my tech Jennifer and switch around different styles. (Please go to her!) She not only does designs well but she analyzes your nail health and tells you what you need to make it last. I got a men's pedicure while she was getting her eyelashes and it a vibe. The music was relaxing and the space was clean. My technician, I forgot her name, made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She offered me water and coffee. I noticed how thorough, and patient she was. I asked her if I needed callus treatment but she said no, usually other salons always upsell but I can tell they care about their customers here.
