I visit this new nail shop on a Saturday and called prior to coming . I was scheduled an appointment and hour before coming . I came in about 15 min early and was greeted by the owner to wait . At my appointment time I still wasn't in the chair for my pedicure . At 12:45 Mimi came to sit me in water . My service didn't officially start till 1pm . I am giving this shop 3 stars because it has a lot of potential . It's clean and open but they seem to be really short on staff . For a Saturday only two people providing service My pedicure wasn't the best with polish my toes are streaky and one doesn't seem to cured fully for the gel . My pedicure wasn't also interrupted multiple times since no one was at front desk. I would give this place time to grow with staff before coming again read more

I was very disappointed with my experience. I had been messaging the salon for several days trying to book an appointment, but after I sent them my availability, I never received a response. Before driving over, I called to make sure they were still accepting walk-ins, asked what time they closed, asked about the pricing, and confirmed they were able to do the manicure and pedicure services I wanted. I was told they were open, accepting walk-ins, and could accommodate what I was looking for, so I went in expecting to get a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I was told, "You need to come back tomorrow, we're so full." This was extremely frustrating because I had specifically called beforehand to make sure I wouldn't be wasting my time. If the salon was already fully booked, I wish they had simply told me over the phone instead of having me drive over. I ended up wasting my time not only driving there, but also spending the past several days trying to get an appointment. I was genuinely excited to try this salon for the first time, but after this experience and the lack of communication, I won't be returning. I continue to get amazed at the quality of service and skills from the specific ladies I've encountered. I came on a Tuesday and Mimi was the specialist who did my manicure. A different person, but I have to say, she was firm but gentle enough to cause me ZERO pain. She did a tiger eye gel color and it turned out amazing. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful inside it smells delightful and the staff is super friendly. The massage chairs for your pedicure are amazing. They gave me a mimosa what a refreshing treat from what I was used to the staff took their time and talked to me about my needs prior to starting. The service helped me choose the color. My manicure and pedicure were top-notch. They took their time and treated me like a princess I will absolutely be back. Friendly service I've gone for my toes which I will admit they're extremely detailed and take pride in the work they do so it does take a little bit of time (3 hrs) so definitely recommend coming here on your day off or when you don't have plans so you can get the full experience without rushing. This is hands down the best pedicure I've ever received. Lenny was so sweet and so attentive, she answered any questions that I had about services or products she was using on me. I stray away from pedicures since my feet are so sensitive, I usually just end up with an infection of some sort when going to a random nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and manicure. It amounted to $78. My reasons for it not being 5 stars are the following. The person who did my manicure did not cut my nails straight. I had to ask them to fix it. Then there was some dirt under my fingernails and I had to ask her to go back and remove it. My toes are also not cut straight and have sharp edges. When it was time to pay I was just standing there because no one came up to me. I had to ask someone so that I could pay. Things I did like the massage, it was great.
