Wow, I'm in shock Trish did an excellent job. I requested very gentle on foot bc of my ingrowns and Trish listened and was very thorough despite my request. My feet and hands feel lightweight as if they had wings. The vibe during the week is mellow came on a Monday and no wait and not so nosy because it's at the mall by kohl's. Highly recommended come try it out for urself.

I went here last night after work hoping to get my nails done for Mother's Day. I asked for a gel mani pedicure service. The woman was digging in my toe literally tearing it apart. I was in no pain prior to the service and I woke up this morning to my toe being clearly infected and throbbing in pain. The first girl messed up my hands so bad, the gel was super chunky and the polish on my toes was painted over the skin too. She also filed my natural nails INCREDIBLY thin so they bend like paper now. The manager said she'd fix my manicure and left fuzz from her towel in them and they're still uneven. Please go anywhere else! They are much more expensive than other places too, I only went there to try to get them done quickly before Mother's Day. Now I'll be in urgent care getting antibiotics for my infected toe. The fuzz is hard to photograph in the manicure but I've attached photos of my toes. The manager could tell I still wasn't happy and didn't offer me a discount, told me I can have 10% off if I come back. As if. Paid $90 for an infection, my natural nails destroyed to be paper thin, and fuzz from her towel visible in my manicure.

The vibe of this salon is very clean, neat and professional. The staff are all soo sweet and their good reviews attracted me to their shop. They have all the nail trends which I love. Liz did my nails and she did amazing

The quality was really great Liz made me feel so welcomed and she took her time getting the design right she did amazing and I am really satisfied with the design and overall this location is a hidden gem.

Liz was so good! Super friendly amazing service! Very versatile and super fast!! Highly recommend this place.

I LOVEEEE La Nail Bar!!! I started coming here about a month ago after having a horrible experience at another nail salon, and honestly, I'm so glad I made the switch. From the very first time I came in, Mimi made me feel so welcomed. She's not only an amazing nail tech, but she genuinely takes the time to ask how I'm doing, get to know me, and actually connect with me. It doesn't feel like I'm just another customer sitting in a chair. The sweetest part was when I came back for my next appointment and Mimi immediately remembered that I was going to New York. The first thing she asked me when she saw me was how my trip was! It's little things like that that really make a difference and make you feel like they actually care about their clients. And Maya does my lashes and SHE EATS EVERY SINGLE TIME. My lashes always look amazing, and I genuinely look forward to coming in. Everyone here is so kind, the vibes are amazing, the pricing is great, and the staff is incredible. I always feel welcomed when I walk in and leave feeling so good about myself. That's exactly what you want from a beauty appointment. I'm so happy I found La Nail Bar and will definitely be a regular here. LA Nails & Spa is located inside Stonewood Center right near Kohl's. I initially tried to call to see if I could make a same day appointment but no one picked up the phone. Since I was at the mall already, I decided to walk in and ask. The salon is pretty clean and organized, and they have a variety of nail colors and techniques available. They were able to get me seated right away when I walked in. Kim worked on my nails. She is soft-spoken, efficient, thorough, and she took care of my nails, giving me exactly what I asked for. I love them! I got a gel french mani with some nail art. They came out so cute, and I would recommend working with Kim. Price was reasonable. My set came out to $60 + $3 credit card fee (waived if you pay with cash). read more

Took my daughter to get nails done. We asked to go to the restroom as the lady was setting up. As soon as we got out of the restroom literally took 3 min she had another person in the chair. I said hey we were next. But the totally ignored me. Very unprofessional and rude. Never again. read more

The service was amazing! I've gone there 4-5 times already and every time I've always had a positive experience. When a place says they can do anything they literally can do any design you want and at a reasonable price. I wanted nails for Christmas and the person I got did it exactly like in the picture and added a few touches that improved the nails. Overall, I will come back here again and recommend it to people looking for a place that cares about their customers and value their craft. read more

The was my first time utilizing this salon. I would NOT recommend it. The ladies were nice and I was a walk in on a Tuesday afternoon. No wait time. I had one lady work on my Gel Pedicure and then after 30-mins, another woman starts my Gel manicure. Pedicure: I requested the gel pedicure with sugar scrub and callus removal. The callus removal was a joke. Didn't remove anything and lasted about a minute per foot. The gel color I picked was nice and a UV light was used. In the past, and at my normal location (closed Tuesday) the gel pedicure would last two weeks and then some. This one had issues the minute I got home and noticed the polish was sticky and dull on my right big toe. I also noticed the same toe was cut unevenly and filed uneven. The cuticle removal was terrible as well. Manicure: Gel manicure selected. Same color as toes. Same UV light used. Two days after the manicure, the color started to chip. Usually, gel lasts over two weeks. For $88 plus $20 tip, I would expect better quality services. I would NOT recommend this place. read more

To my surprise, when I show up to my appointment, the receptionist tells me the sugarist wasn't there and they tried to call me to reschedule my appointment. I actually never received any calls, texts, or emails from them.The receptionist claimed they couldn't leave me a voicemail. I seriously doubt they ever tried to contact me to reschedule! There was no other sugarist who could wax me, the only option they gave me was to reschedule me for a different date. There's nothing ruder than wasting someone else's time! This could have easily been avoided and they could have retained a customer if they didn't drop the ball with communication.

All of the stars to this place for two wonderful ladies, Monica & Anna I'm shocked to read these reviews but then again have a flashback to when I first went in there to get my nails done for the first time. I didn't bother to ask for the lady's name because she was so ROUGH AND RUDE.If you're planning on checking this place out for yourself please do so and make an appointment with Monica or Anna. Monica is ALWAYS my go-to and Anna is my sister's lol. They're the sweetest ladies ever. Monica gets all of my stars because she's sweet and she always sneaks in a hand massage right after. I hope this review helps! Oh and almost forgot to mention, this place is SO pricey to me I pay about 45 for my acrylics and gel but I don't mind at all because they always last at least a month thanks for reading xx read more

I have been going to many different nail salons trying find the right person to do my nails the way i liked and be able to do all the ideas i wanted to do w my nails. above all Liz at LA nails knew that i wanted to protect my natural nails and she never once damaged them either. All the images above are my own growth protected by what the girls call a "layover" and ofc w some cute holiday ideas. i have been coming here for almost a year and i don't think i would ever go to any other nails salon! Liz, Tiffany, and Monica have always been so friendly, professional and efficient. The front desk worker always greets me and ensures that the customers are comfortable. I would definitely come back more frequently as they do offer lash extensions and other beauty services. Definitely my new go-to for all my services as opposed to just pedicures. read more

I was glad to find the shop still open at the mall, and it's under new ownership! The service was good, friendly and professional. I recommend the deluxe pedicure! I loved the complementary water and snack. This is such a convenient location, you can do shopping, have your kids walk around while you get pampered. Also I love the late hours open till 9pm! The worse head spa of my life!!! I can't believe I spend $100 on this crap. Where do I begin…read more... For starters I made an appointment when I arrived they were clueless about my appt. I specifically asked if they blow dry and style the hair after it's been shampooed and she said yes. She still took me in but she seemed so lost (that should've been my red flag). They made me lay down on the most uncomfortable bed table where my neck didn't reach the sink. The room Was hot with no AC and no relaxing music it was dead. She started to supposedly do head massages using these tools that were cheap and horrible and didn't make my scalp feel good at all. She would only massage with them for 10 seconds and move on to some else so uncomfortable. She then put some eucalyptus oil on my neck and shoulders and started massaging me with her knuckles! I told her it was painful and very uncomfortable so she stopped. She then started to shampoo my hair and after I asked if she could put some treatment bcuz it was dry. She wasn't going to but since I told I'd pay extra she did. She then proceeded to wash my face and add a scrubber leaving my skin dry afterward. It gets worse! She had no intentions of putting any moisturizer on my face! I told her aren't you going to add facial cream. She then said oh u want cream?! She then proceeded to put body lotion on my face!!! Wtff! At this point I was so over it! I wasn't relaxed as I thought I would be and my hair felt hard from the cheap products they use. Then we go to the blow drying station and I see her add some basic spray and just do a quick blow like half assed. I then said aren't you going to blow dry and style and wait for it!!! She says oh sorry we don't do style here. I wanted to scream! I told her I specifically asked you if you style and you said yes or else I would've never stayed!!! I have a concert to attend and wanted to look nice and now I look like the scarecrow! Gets even worse!!!. I then had to take it upon myself and start to blow dry my OWN hair!!! I paid $100 to fckn blow dry my own hair!!!! I could've saved $100 and done all this shit in my own home and done a better job! I've been to so many head spas and was excited there was one finally close to home but it was the worst experience of my life!!! Please don't waste your time and money at this place! They don't know what they are doing and aren't qualified for this stuff! She even had the audacity to assume I would tip her like TF!!! I'm so disappointed never again! Stay away!

It's really difficult to find someone good. I had been going to the same place for over 5 years every few weeks, until they closed recently. Love Spa Nails is near my home and tucked away in a small shopping center. The first impression is large nail saloon that looked clean and very inviting and nice staff. The professional that did my feet was Mia, thank goodness I found this lady. She was patient and worked methodically towards undoing the damage and pain I was having in my toes and feet. Mia was very sweet and has an amazing attention to detail that you wished for everyone to have in this industry. I got the $50 amazing spa, let me tell you! Never had pampering like this. Nice water temp, on the warm side. No rush, let these baddies soak then inspected and cut, cuticles gone. The ingrown toenails worked on patiently and can tell she was trying to spare me of pain. Then callous removal, to scrub/massage, then steam bags for my feet with some fancy sauce, used steam rags on steamer on my legs/calves, more massage with some oil and lotion, ended with care instructions and treatment for my nails. My feet feel wonderful. The best I've ever had thanks to Mia. $51 bill was worth the luxury treatment and doctor to fix my two ingrowns. $54 tip because it was that wonderful, $104 total and happy as can be.
