The worse head spa of my life!!! I can't believe I spend $100 on this crap. Where do I begin.... For starters I made an appointment when I arrived they were clueless about my appt. I specifically asked if they blow dry and style the hair after it's been shampooed and she said yes. She still took me in but she seemed so lost (that should've been my red flag). They made me lay down on the most uncomfortable bed table where my neck didn't reach the sink. The room Was hot with no AC and no relaxing music it was dead. She started to supposedly do head massages using these tools that were cheap and horrible and didn't make my scalp feel good at all. She would only massage with them for 10 seconds and move on to some else so uncomfortable. She then put some eucalyptus oil on my neck and shoulders and started massaging me with her knuckles! I told her it was painful and very uncomfortable so she stopped. She then started to shampoo my hair and after I asked if she could put some treatment bcuz it was dry. She wasn't going to but since I told I'd pay extra she did. She then proceeded to wash my face and add a scrubber leaving my skin dry afterward. It gets worse! She had no intentions of putting any moisturizer on my face! I told her aren't you going to add facial cream. She then said oh u want cream?! She then proceeded to put body lotion on my face!!! Wtff! At this point I was so over it! I wasn't relaxed as I thought I would be and my hair felt hard from the cheap products they use. Then we go to the blow drying station and I see her add some basic spray and just do a quick blow like half assed. I then said aren't you going to blow dry and style and wait for it!!! She says oh sorry we don't do style here. I wanted to scream! I told her I specifically asked you if you style and you said yes or else I would've never stayed!!! I have a concert to attend and wanted to look nice and now I look like the scarecrow! Gets even worse!!!. I then had to take it upon myself and start to blow dry my OWN hair!!! I paid $100 to fckn blow dry my own hair!!!! I could've saved $100 and done all this shit in my own home and done a better job! I've been to so many head spas and was excited there was one finally close to home but it was the worst experience of my life!!! Please don't waste your time and money at this place! They don't know what they are doing and aren't qualified for this stuff! She even had the audacity to assume I would tip her like TF!!! I'm so disappointed never again! Stay away! read more

I'm short on time so this'll be short & sweet. Walk-in wait was insane - over 45 minutes. I am not by any means complaining, it is what it is, we failed to make an appointment so we have to wait, was just very surprising as it was a weekday. We were offered refreshments - which is nice. After the wait, I sat to get some Gel X nails. My tech was very nice and I loved the shape of the nails. I'm not sure of their experience with design as I requested straight lines, different colors, and they were not very sharp so they looked slightly crooked (the lines not the nail shape). She was nice enough to pick out all the neon colors per the inspo pic I provided which is nice, it's frustrating when I have to pick the colors as they always come out different than what the bottles look like. Anyway, total price was $70 without tip which I find to be a bit steep, especially since a manicure was not included. Getting pretty tired of every single thing being an extra charge. Nothing really set this place apart for me. Parking was annoying. There were signs everywhere for no parking, in a public lot so where the heck am I meant to park? There are only like 4 total spots in front of the salon. Inconvenient. Wouldn't really go out of my way to come back, but wasn't the worst experience of my life. Just ok. read more

If i can not vote 0 stars i would. i asked for pedicure for Gel the lady said 36$. Once i was rounded with my total it came to $46 and i said you guys included tip. She said no. So i got the manager and she changed to the usual price. Now, when it came to the pedicure the lady did a horrible job all toes un even. I went in for a fill and file down. The location is very clean n modern. Very nice place. The staff is friendly. There was no wait. Great prices. They offer complimentary beverages. I give them a 5 for all that. My problem was that I went in for a file down n fill. Took a total of almost 3 hours. I asked for very square. I got some square some square round some long some short. Not one nail looked even. Color was fantastic just what I wanted but after 3 tries they couldn't get the happy face right I said just leave it on the 4th. I left and had to go back because three technician never sealed it instead of a top coat on. I had all kinds of lint stuck and it was just embarrassing bad. When I get there I requested my cash back because of the work done like I would've cut them off right then n there n both take a loss. Another technician insisted she would fix. I explained that it isn't fair that I work all week to treat myself on my day off and now not only am I rocking ugly nails but I've wasted my time. Whatever I let her fix. The color like I said was great but still had to come home and file myself and spent another hour and 15 mins there. Not cool. read more

I went here for the first time and they gave me a young girl who was still learning. She kept cutting stuff she shouldn't and buffing my skin instead of my nails to the point of I asked to leave and just pay for what she had done. They switched me and it got better and my gel nails were great. Fast forward to me giving them another chance. It was expensive for not great designs. She didn't cure it correctly so it has so many air bubbles. I asked for an accent nail and they did every nail. They also didn't paint very close to the cuticle so it already looked like an old mani. I will post pictures and you can decide if that was worth $50 (plus having to tip 3 girls cuz 3 of them worked on my hands) I will be trying a new place from now on. read more

I started coming here, I really enjoyed it. My experience today was not the greatest & will not be returning. The gentleman that used to work here is unfortunately gone. I got sat down with someone else and it was the worst. I had to tell her how to do a pedicure, that was so uncomfortable for me and her, she didn't speak any English so that didn't help either. I felt so bad, but I'm paying for a $75 pedicure, I want my toes done right, I had to ask for her to take the dead skin off around the nail and to take the dirt inside the nail. Some kind lady, approached me and asked me if I was okay. I told her I was and felt bad that I couldn't communicate well with her employee and she just said "she's new I am so sorry" I appreciate that she tried to do my nails but I was embarrassed that I had to cut the service short because it was just terrible. First time here, Usual nail spot closed down so decided to try this one. Kind people, accepted walk ins and offered drinks.. However, VERY harsh scrubbing on one foot, unsure what happened. I chose the #2 pedicure option, french tip and still paid $53. At least they were kind enough to add Neosporin. Don't think i'll be back, take this post as you may. Ps. I found this spot on tik tok and it did not disappoint. Every one here was so friendly and made you feel comfortable. I got a pedicure and Hard gel manicure. The spa chairs are new so they had a charger built in and massage services. They also offer complimentary drinks which was amazing and really adds on to the "Spa day feeling". I'm glad I finally found a nail place close to me. They also gave me a little gift that included cuticle oil and a kit for your nails. Looking forward to my next visit read more
