It's was my first time here today. I hadn't gotten my nails done in years. I loved that I was greeted right away and given a water bottle. The ladies here are very friendly and kind. I had brought two samples, and they did an amazing job at replicating it. I also got a facial. Which left my skin glowing.Overall , I loved the atmosphere, and will definitely be back.

Went in to request the nail that had broke and they saw and fixed it right away. They really care about you enjoying what you pay for so if something doesn't look the way you want they will fix it. They fixed my nail free of charge. I will definitely be going back again. Recommend these ladies for both gelx nails and gel pedicures. It's been almost two weeks, nails are holding on strong and still look as if I got them done yesterday

Came here for the first time and it's safe to say I will never be back. We all know they bad mouth the customers in their language but the males working at this location made it so obvious. Very high quality service! And at a great price as well. I was very happy with my visit today, I was attended by two nail techs today for my pedicure, one for prep/massage, and the other for painting my nails. The male tech that prepped my nails/cuticles paid such attention to detail that when the polish went on everything looked great. Very BAD service, the lady spent 4 hours on my nails, I was desperated and she keep laughing on my face, I feel so stupid not to leave, thinking at the end will be a nice job. She ensures the table is clean after client and rolls out new paper for each use. I also appreciate that she doesn't double dip the stick in the wax. She uses a new stick for each application. I've seen that far too many times with others, so I greatly appreciate her attention to those details. I love her suite. She has it decorated nicely, has calming music playing and she's an overall amazing person to talk to! It's easy to schedule your appointments with her and you also receive text and email reminders that it's coming up.

First time visiting, just moved to Paramount. Came in on a Saturday evening at about 6:15pm and they close at 7 on Saturdays. There was only one other customer getting a manicure. I came in for a spa pedicure and was helped in less than 5 minutes, which is always appreciated. A gentleman (didn't get his name) quickly started up the spa massage chair and rolled out an organized cart of nail supplies/products. The nail tools were opened from a air-sealed, sterilized pack right in front of me. So its sanitary. Very quiet, and relaxing. The staff of 3 had news playing on tv in the background. The actual pedicure was great. They weren't rough, properly removed ingrown toe nails and took their time. No rushing, very thorough and careful. Everyone is very welcoming and are not pushy about suggestions. Prices are reasonable. $13 for spa pedicure as of 5/16/15. Clean, quick, detailed. Good choice. Will return. read more

I was recommenced here by one of my friend and i have to say loved it, the natural nail gel they did it for me. I also have my eyebrows and lip done, It was quick and painless what important was it turn out really nice. They gave me a 10% off for coming in before 2p.m. Really nice place and friendly service, definitely coming back and maybe next time i will try the brazilian waxing. I come here all the time and they never disappoint. They really take their time with both the manicure and pedicure, and they even take care of ingrown nails, which I appreciate so much. Her and her husband are such sweet people, they made me feel very comfortable and they did not rush through my nails like some other nail shops do. 2nd time going to Exotic Nails and I love the way they do there nails ! The colors are amazing , I paid 40 for my nails which is kind of pricey for most people but if you want nice nails this is the place. Mimi takes her time with the nails but the results are amazing !
