I have come about 3x to get my nails done and wax but only one out of the three and have gotten both services. The last 2x the ONE person because they only have ONE person who does wax has not been here. First it was a Monday and I thought okay maybe it's her day off and the 2nd time a Thursday and today it's a Wednesday and again she's not here, mind you it has been different months too. Definitely great opportunity for them to grow and maybe have another person learn how to do wax. Most likely will not be coming back. read more

I'm surprised this place isn't as full because out of all the nail places I have gone to, this one is my favorite. What I especially love and appreciate is that the tools come out from sealed autoclave bags used for sterilization (not sure how they are actually called). I think this is the only place I have gone to that does this. Especially for pedicures, this helps ease my mind to avoid toe nail fungus. I have been seen by many different technicians here and really enjoy all their work. For Hard Gel, I find that Brian does a great job every time. The place looks clean and nice. They have music videos playing in the background and I always find myself relaxed while I'm there. read more

I saw on TikTok of all places this was a Mexican owned nail shop and I was intrigued given how uncommon that is for a nail shop. And as a Mexican myself, I felt compelled to give them a try. Glad i did. The owner was a nice man who was present and engaging with customers and the employees. I went on a Tuesday for my birthday and i was surprised how busy they were for being a Tuesday early afternoon! The shop was clean and well lit and I didn't see if they had wifi connection but you had good signal nonetheless. There were TVs but they weren't on but they had music on and it wasn't over powering. I liked there was plenty of parking too! They didn't have much selection for colors so maybe bring your own if you have your heart set on a certain color especially if it's an obscure one. I didn't do my hands (only because I don't ever do my hands) The pedicure chair was comfy and roomy and my pedicure was great! They accept cards as payments, but please bring cash for a tip! I'm definitely going back. And wear your Mexico jersey for a discount! (I only grabbed two pictures!) ETA I took off a star for lack of color choices and it was pretty warm in there. I heard the ac come on as i was leaving. To be a little bit fair, I'm hot flashing so everywhere is always extra freaking hot for me. read more

Hello! My mother and I decided to try this new nail spot advertised on Tiktok. My mother wanted to try it out because she suffers from incarnated nails and has not been successfully finding someone who does a great job removing it all and not hurting after 2 days again. It's been some time since we went and her nails are not hurting still. Helen is a sweet heart her work is VERY GOOD! She's experienced and knows what she is doing! I loved her work on my toes! The only thing I'd mentioned about the company is they charge on top of their packages. A French tip is an additional $10 on top of your package that you choose, mind you the French is polish not an acrylic French tip just a regular polish French tip. So if you want to add something ask the price beforehand so you aren't surprised when you pay. Also exaggerate on which package you want to the employee because my sister chose the $28 classic pedicure package and they ended up charging her the $43 package. read more

This by far is the best nail salon I've visited, the environment is very welcoming and has a very positive atmosphere. Now the young lady who goes by the name Milk is very talented and she is not your ordinary nail technician, she is an artist and she can put just about anything on your nails that you want. During my pedicure, the nail technician scrubbed the side of my foot so aggressively that she caused a painful wound and broke the skin. I told her that she was hurting me, but she continued to scrub aggressively. The photo I've attached shows the injury caused during the service. The pedicure was also supposed to include a 7-minute deep-tissue foot massage, which I did not receive. She lightly rubbed my feet for approximately one minute instead. The water was also extremely cold. I asked her to make it warmer, but she did nothing. After the service, I explained that I was unhappy with the experience and asked for some Neosporin because my foot had been injured. Instead, she poured rubbing alcohol directly onto the open wound without warning, which was extremely painful. I had originally planned to get a manicure as well, but after having the worst pedicure of my life, I decided against it. Despite the injury and the services that were not provided, she still expected me to pay the full price for the upgraded pedicure. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the technician became extremely confrontational and began yelling at me. She accused me of having been there before and claimed that I had previously complained about the color. I told her that I had never been to this salon before, but she continued insisting that I was lying. She then turned around and loudly told both the other employees and customers in the salon that I had been there before and was lying. I was publicly and falsely accused of lying and yelled at in front of everyone simply for expressing my concerns about the service. I have never experienced anything like this at a nail salon. Not only was I physically injured during the service, but I was also verbally attacked and publicly humiliated when I tried to express my concerns. The entire experience was incredibly upsetting and anxiety-inducing. The photo attached is the injury I received during the pedicure. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon. I do not feel that the service I received was safe, professional, or acceptable.
