I have come about 3x to get my nails done and wax but only one out of the three and have gotten both services. The last 2x the ONE person because they only have ONE person who does wax has not been here. First it was a Monday and I thought okay maybe it's her day off and the 2nd time a Thursday and today it's a Wednesday and again she's not here, mind you it has been different months too. Definitely great opportunity for them to grow and maybe have another person learn how to do wax. Most likely will not be coming back. read more

I feel when they offer you the extra services they should disclose their prices with the add ons. Also, any minor cuts on cuticles is not acceptable. I got a couple. Maybe slowing the process to service you would be helpful, don't rush a manicure or pedicure service. That's all. read more

Kind of bummed out about this place. :( The one thing however is that I he staff here is very friendly and made me feel good (at first) The one thing that really stuck was that I was going in for a simple gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I wanted one solid color and that's it. The guy at the front suggested I go with another gel layer for $10 extra, and I declined just to save myself some money. At this point it was at $70 or so. But my confusion was whether or not my nails would last at least 2 weeks with just a regular gel manicure? I may be wrong but isn't gel in general a lot stronger than the basic standard manicure? Moving on to getting a seat with a techs... The pedicure tech was amazing. She was friendly and gave me a great pedi - thank you! the nail tech however - very sweet and all but! He kept asking me to change my nail color to a French tip.. he said that would have looked better. I would say thanks then I'd continue with telling him how I really just wanted the color I picked out. He was being a bit pushy if I'm being honest. Then he kept asking if I wanted a design to make the nail better... I didn't want that. He then asked again, not once or twice but about 3 times and then that's when I called the guy at the front that he's telling me this but I simply just want one color. He said, "that's fine you can just ask for one color. " That didn't really do much and All that to say the nail tech continued to say "design looks better" and I kind of felt like I had no choice. I looked up something on Pinterest and went with a minimal line pattern. Thought maybe this could work. He loved the idea so he went on to add the pattern on my nails. He finally finished and it was good. Not too bad! My complaint is mostly on the pushiness and having to get charged more than what I budgeted. And! I got my nails done on Friday (May 24th) and they didn't last even a week. It is now Monday May 27th. They've already chipped and I got gel nails. Still wondering why they would have a $10 add on for a better gel coating and not just already have that included instead of offering the cheap gel at all? Anyhow.... Kind of bummed because I saw how great the reviews were and I booked last minute through Yelp but not the best gel manicure I've experienced, unfortunately :( read more

I stopped by for a mani- pedi and left very satisfied. It wasn't too busy when I went in and I was seated within 30 mins. Needed manicures while visiting LA. Found this lovely little salon and decided to give them a try. Best decision of the day so far! Staff was amazing. They fit us in quickly despite having only 2 techs available and clients with appointments on the way. My sister had a dip while I went with a basic gel. Technicians were amazing. Very unhappy with the "pedicure" all I asked for was a good foot soak and scrub I didn't care for the polish/gel didn't even clean the cuticles around my nails right didn't even scrub the side on my foot or even my ankles Yes I'm over weight but also was willing to pay for that extra work and I did address it before booking my appointment I pointed out what I needed now if you couldn't accommodate then they should've let me know and not waste my money or time read more

Honestly, after spending nearly half my day there just waiting and then getting rushed service, it felt like they should be paying me for wasting my time rather than charging those prices.
