I sat down with Jessie & she is the sweetest ever! Her work is amazing! She asked me what kind of nails I wanted and I told her since I am a nurse, I need it cut pretty short..& she delivered! This place is GREAT and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Overall, this place has friendly staff, services are efficient (hassle free), the quiet-chill place is clean, and parking is ample (when visiting at the right time). They even provide a small snack (water and chips) while your services are getting done. My go to here is MICHELLE, SHE IS AWESOME! Her services for Mani, Pedi and Waxing are ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. I absolutely love getting my nails done here! From the moment you walk in, they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The staff truly pays attention to every detail and takes their time to make sure your nails come out perfect. Horrible. Horrible. Just HORRIBLE. They literally uncharged me after speaking on the phone and agreeing to a certain amount. A literal SCAM ! They cut me so horribly and their designs in person aren't even the same... I would 1000% NEVER GO BACK and go elsewhere before coming back here. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I went in today with my boyfriend and the staff was supperrr friendly. Very welcoming they did not rush the process even though we were there 1 hour past their closing time. They offered us refreshments and kept checking up on us asking if everything is okay. I showed them a picture of what i wanted and they did exactly that literally copy and paste. They gave us a 10 % discount which was super nice of them. Overall will be coming back fav spot and affordable too! read more

This new nail salon is a gem. The price is reasonable and the service is amazing. My friend recommended this salon, but I didn't expect anything much. I didn't have any particular designs for my nails when I first came in but the result satisfies me. The girls that work here are super nice!!! They make you feel comfortable for sure They take their time to make sure it's good quality work. They truly deserve the highest rating I called an hour before I went in and they answered my questions very politely. They took me as a walk in for gel pedicure and a full set at 6:20 pm. Right upon entering, I was greeted by all the staff and they were so sweet and nice. They directed me to a seat for my pedicure, offered me a tray with chips and water and helped me right away. I was helped by Tristan, and Anna. They truly were thorough and very caring. I should've took before pics, they did amazing! each staff member was helping someone and they were so courteous and polite. The set themselves 10/10. I seriously love how they came out and he did it exactly like the inspiration picture I wanted. Anna also did amazing on my toes and I feel like she took the time to cut each toe cuticle and shape them. She massaged me so nicely and the bottom of my feed feel so much softer. Like I'm walking on pillows. I really love this salon. It was clean, and they used sterile and packaged tools. They turned a fan on before starting to keep cool. It was a 20/10 experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my perception of this place. I came in for a pedicure and, at one point, used Google Translate on my phone. To my shock, the technician doing my pedicure was making insulting comments about my legs and feet, calling them "ugly" and saying they looked "smashed," as if I had just come back from the field. I initially tried to ignore it, but when I asked for a specific polish, she continued making the same comments. I eventually confronted her and the girl at the front desk, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, they both became upset. It's incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to speak about clients this way--especially right in front of them. Customers come in to feel good and receive a service, not to be insulted or belittled. No customer should be disrespected or feel unsafe during a service. I will not be returning

I've been a customer of Downey Nails and Lashes for nearly two years, and the nail technicians have…read morebeen phenomenal. Their work is consistently excellent, which is why I've often recommended them to friends and family. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the salon's management and front desk staff. Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

I called ahead to make the appointment for my friend and I, and when we arrived we only had to wait 5-10 minutes. I dislike the salons that overbook and make you wait 30+ mins to start service so this was great! The salon is clean, my slight criticism would be to have better ventilation. When I walked in I was hit by the smell of nail polish fumes, it was a bit overwhelming but I got used to it after a while - beware if you are sensitive to smells. The manicure / pedicure itself was decent, the edges could be a little bit cleaner but overall solid spot, especially for the value.

Finally found a nail place that I'm willing to cone back to! The struggle is real when it comes to finding a good nail place that's up to my standards. Luckily, my search has come to an end. My nail tech, Celena did an incredible job in perfecting my nails. She really took time to make sure that the acrylic isn't too thick and the shape of each nail is even. I enjoyed Amy and Tina's service. Theyr sweet and thoughtful workers. I was tired when I came in but left more refreshed and uplifted after getting their pedicure and nail set. I'm absolutely obsessed with my nails! The shape is perfect, the designs are super clean, and every nail has its own cute little detail without looking too busy. The pink and white combo with the polka dots came out so classy and girly at the same time.
