Lovely ladies, very nice and the space is clean! I just moved in October to this area and have been trying to find a new salon that's closer to my new home. Tony did my manicure the first time I came two weeks ago and Sam did my nails this time around. The set I had yesterday was decent, but started to smear. I came in today to fix it and she replaced it free of charge. I appreciate them caring about their customers. My only concern is that they work on nails too fast, so I don't feel like I can relax lol. I'll bring that up next time. They do offer coffee, tea and mimosas- I opted for water, but that's an awesome service compared to most salons :) Call before coming in because they do get busy. Hello! I came here Saturday morning at 9am. The staff are very kind and friendly people here. Everything they use is clean and comes straight out of a new package! Your first time coming is $38+ full set and $25 pedicures. Katie did an amazing job on my acrylic gel nails. It's a small shop but the environment is very calming and peaceful. Once I booked online, I received a text confirmation, a was welcomed by name and offered refreshment during my services, and was even sent a follow up text to check on me. First experience : I went in for a pedicure and was attended to right away. I was a little hesitant only because my previous nail spot gave me a very bad cut while doing my toes. I'm talking dripping blood into the pedicure water bad. And I was going there since a teenager. I was so traumatized that it had been about 7 months of me not getting my feet touched. Now coming here was the most healing from that traumatic experience. The lady's are so gentle and nice especially the one that was working on my feet ( her name is Sam)! I was so relaxed at one point that I could have gone to sleep. Second experience: I went in as a walk in to do a gel x set and they were able to squeeze me in. Only a 20 minute wait. I was attended by Wendy, she did a great job with my set. They came out so cute and girly. This is definitely a place worth checking out. And now that I know definitely make an appointment just in case. They are small and busy but it's worth the wait and the extra time to make an appointment. Loved that I was able to make an appointment online, so that was a plus. Small shop in a small parking lot w/ other shops, but not a dealbreaker for me. I arrived and got paired up with Dawn, who was very kind the moment I sat in her chair and who was very attentive to me and her work and offered a complimentary drink during my service. I've been here a total of three times and after this last visit I will definitely NOT be coming back. The nail tech saw I had taken off my set before (which was not done by them) and right away she said it to her coworkers in her language, then she was making fun of how my pinky nail how it grows out, and then she didn't understand what I was asking and wanted so bad to give me gel x which as she was doing was so rushed. If you do go here I would avoid going on weekends. I was upset she cut my natural nails so short and instead of cutting them with a nail cutter she used the electric tool which was a crooked job and I didn't have no say if i wanted them shorter. After I went to someone else I overheard the other girl have a similar issue with the same lady that did my nails. I left not knowing if she was happy/unhappy with her work. read more
