Worst experience ever. Water was boiling hot. Wax was boiling hot for the feet wrap. No waiting customers and my nails were rushed. Awkward contact and all I got was a gel mani and gel pedi. Struggles to do the simplest designs ridiculous read more

This use to be my go to place..unfortunately the staff has changed and the ladies there now are beyond unprofessional, they are rude and gossip about customers... if you tell them something doesn't fit well with you as far as your nails they begin gossiping within themselves about you... I seen them ridicule a lady that walked in asking about prices because of the sound of her voice they mocked her and laughed at her after she left ... and they give you cards to get a discount after a couple times of going, in the many times I've gone i never used them and they were collecting in my wallet so I decided to finally use them just as I was walking away they started again with the gossiping and laughing, It was the most uncomfortable place to get my manicure and pedicure and most definitely the last time I'll be going to that place! read more

Ohhhh giiiiirl, when I tell you this place is the bomb just cause they have new management and I'm sharing my nail tech to you guys! Lynn has been my nail tech for about 2-3 years now. I only ever go to her. She does amazing every time, she knows exactly how I like it and I don't even need to tell her. So if you're looking for a person to go to and rely on - Ask for Lynn she's so sweet! I love her. I was a little hesitant to go in since it's the day after thanksgiving thinking it was going to be super packed. But as soon as I arrived I was seated right away! I was helped out by Lyn and I can not be any happier!! She did EXACTLY what I asked for and am obsessed with my nails!! Simple yet so elegant Especially since I never do nails I think my hands are too chubby for but she made sure they were the right size. Not too thick just perfect. Definitely recommend I'm not disappointed Will be bringing in my mom next time. read more

Over Priced for Sloppy work !! Crooked nails tech doesn't listen to wat u want done. Guy who did my nails acted like he on drugs or something. I told him and showed him wat I wanted and he screwed up then wen I tell him that's not wat I wanted he has the nerve to roll his eyes and snickers at me . Jus keep going I dnt have ur time then he sanding my nails (electric filing thingy) and he lose control of it and screw up nail. Not paying attention to wat he was doing . Couldn't wait to get hell out of their . $100 for the ugliest nails. Going back to make him fix my nails!!! Dnt go here waste of money read more

I understand that they are busy and need to be efficient, but the nail tech I got was in a big hurry. She cut all my cuticles in less than a minute, didn't really do a good job. My nails were not filed evenly. Some nails were more squared, some rounder. The nail tech didn't even allow for a full 60 seconds with the UV light each time. I asked for a flower design and it was very poor quality. Overall my gel manicure looked like I did it myself and it was $36! Never coming back here. Also only after a week, my nails were chipped! read more

The few times I've gone they have done a terrible job on my gel. The biggest air bubbles the following day, I wanted to love this place since it's close to home but they can't seem to get the basic gel down. Also the place seems pretty dirty. Really bummed :/ read more

I went here because of the reviews and was so disappointed. I got my toes done here which they actually did an okay job but my nails where done horribly!! I asked for them to take off the acrylics I had prior to getting them done. They yanked them off with another nail to the point where she took some of my skin. She then started on my set and just made a mess. Didn't even check if they were even or anything. She was more worried about the people coming in and losing clients then about what she was doing. It's been a week and she made them so thick and close to my cuticle that they are lifting now. Also, she only put one coat of clear gel and they have bubbles everywhere! She was really good at making sure to tell me that the whole service was $85 and real good to ask me if I was going to tip. Will not be going back. BE AWARE!! read more

Walked in right when they opened no wait! My full set with gel was $40 and pedicure was $25 I showed them a picture and thet did perfectly to recreate it Im in love! Highly recommend the only reason for the 4 stars was that the lady doing my nails cut my pinky. read more

Why I Loved Downey Nails & Lashes and Why I Won't Be Back…read more I've been coming here for several months, maybe close to a year. The receptionists are always friendly, I'm usually seen quickly, and the prices are affordable compared with other salons I've visited. On a previous visit, a technician even mixed two colors to help me get the shade I wanted. That kind of care kept me coming back. Today I came in for a builder gel fill and a pedicure. I had a Pinterest photo of the light, milky, almost translucent brown I wanted. I couldn't find anything close in the color books, and the shades suggested to me were very different. The pedicure technician brought several more books and opened them on my lap, but one of my hands was being worked on while the other needed to go into the UV light. I couldn't turn the pages easily. They kept asking if I'd chosen a color, and I felt so rushed that I finally picked a random brown for my toes. I'd also asked for my longer nails to be shortened and shaped to match one I'd broken. When I noticed the builder gel was pink, I said I wanted clear so I could wear a nearly translucent color. The technician assured me it would be fine and continued. I had to ask more than once for the longer nails to be filed to match the broken one. With the pink gel underneath, I ended up choosing dark brown for my hands instead of the light color I'd wanted. At checkout, I explained what happened and asked to pay to have my toes changed to match my hands. The owner came over promptly and kindly said he'd cover it since I'd just had the pedicure. I appreciated that. But the same technician did the color change, applying the dark brown over the polish already on my toes. She made comments about how I'd originally wanted a lighter color. By then, I just wanted to leave. I've had mostly good experiences here. I even returned after earlier visits when two technicians cut my toes and another cut my hand, because I understand mistakes happen. Today was different because I felt rushed, unheard, and like I was bothering them by asking for help. I left frustrated when getting my nails done is usually a chance to feel pampered. You may have a different experience, but I wanted to share mine. It's the reason I won't be back.

Found this place thru Yelp and was super excited because most places near my home are closed on Sundays. I was greeted with kindness, the pedicure spa I received I didn't felt like she rushed, she took her time . She makes sure that she likes what your getting done; not like other places were they just rush you out; and the girl that did my pedicure also did an excellent job, followed by a mini but very nice foot massage. Found this nail salon on yelp one day & went in & they were the sweetest. I got attended to right away. They made sure I was happy with my nails. She even told me "if you like it come back again" which made me feel even more comfortable & not pressured. They're the least busy in the mornings & around 2ish is when there's a rush.
