I just came in for a regular manicure. It was probably one of the worst I've gotten in terms of polish jobs. I wasn't really sure what color to choose and I felt rushed to choose so I ended up going with a clearish pink clear coat. There's a lot of bubbling and random bumps on my nails. I pointed it out to my nail tech and she didn't fix it. She just painted over it with clear coat and pretty much shooed me away. I felt like she really rushed it. She didn't buff one whole hand. I'm really sad because this is the first time I've gotten my nails done in years. The vibe was not the best. It felt like they are constantly trying to up-charge or sell you something. I completely understand that they are trying to get as much business as possible but this is not the way to go about it. I was a bit uncomfortable. I felt like she didn't try or care that much because maybe I'm on the younger side? I hate to write this type of review on hard working people. read more

Awful service honestly! They have this very slow & inexperienced worker who cut my mom's toe and didn't even apologize. Then to top it off they don't go based off their listed prices they charge whatever they please. All of our nails have bubbles too, not worth it at all. read more

I would have rated it at least 4 stars--the place was clean and the pedicure itself was nice. However, the constant upselling made the experience uncomfortable. Once a customer selects a service package, that choice should be respected. Instead, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted upgrades--for various services -especially during the leg massage--which disrupted what should have been a relaxing moment. Great quality. I'm a pretty decent tipper. The more I became a regular, the more comfortable they had me waiting far beyond my appointment time. They charge what everyone else does, and the work is strong but I stopped going after they had me sitting in a pedicure soak for so long that the water got cold, total wait time before I put on my sandals and dryer myself off - 27 minutes. I got a babysitter for this self-care. They don't take my time seriously, then they don't deserve my patronage. I will never go back. read more

They're AMAZZIING! The most gentle and relaxing pedicure. Zenyy (I'm so sorry if I spelled it wrong) did my builder gel removal and Gel manicure. My nails were very weak/thin and she was the utmost gentle and did a beautiful gel polish application. Really took their time. Don't you hate it when you just got your nails done and there's a gap between your cuticle and where the polish begins as you're walking out of the salon.. not at Villa! I really like the way my manicure and my pedicure came out. I was having such a lovely relaxing experience and then a beautiful bee came in. I felt like it was a good omen because I myself love honeybees. I happily pointed at the bee. She said something in Vietnamese and the man stood up and killed it. I said no, don't kill it and he smashed it. My heart broke. I would've given them a five stars, but he killed the bee! I know a bees sting can be life-threatening if you're allergic. I think it's important to know the real information about a bee . A bee does not want sting you . If a bee chooses to sting you, it's suicide for themselves. It's not something they take lightly. They're not flying around looking to sting everybody. I hate flies. I've never seen someone take action when flies bothering me. Our world needs Bees ! Please treat them with kindness! read more

Terrible experience. Valentina made me wait over 20 minutes past my 5:30 PM appointment. I had an event at 8:00 PM, yet by 7:05 PM, she was still just starting to use the drill on my nails. She was unwilling to use gel builder despite my request and ignored my instructions to keep my nails thin, instead making them excessively thick with product left all over my fingers. When I told her the machine was burning me, she showed no concern. She completely ruined the shape of my naturally grown-out nails, leaving them uneven and unfinished. I had to walk out with my nails in different shapes and without any color. Now, I have to go to my old salon just to fix this mess. Avoid this place at all costs--awful service and careless work! read more

I absolutely love this place!! I went because i wanted my nails done and since i work at a restaurant my at home nail polish wasn't good enough so i decided to do the gel x set from here and it was amazing. The set could have lasted me way over a month but my nails grow out so fast so i went back to get a new set. I am pleased with the nails because at my job I use my hands a lot like with opening boxes, washing dishes, and so much more but no matter what i did none of the nails broke off. I've gone in the mornings so I was able to get seated right away and all of the workers are very friendly. I've gotten my nails done by Jenny and she is super sweet, I love her work. I had gotten soooo many compliments on the nails she done on me. I really love this place and will continue to come back. And on top, use the same tools they used on tons of people, on your damage blood fingers. My friend had the same experience. My fingers are still swollen and have cuts. After the 10th time of saying no, she brought me and my friend out some drinks... but she poured it in the back and it wasn't an unopened drink.
