My nails never feel bulky or overly thick, and they really take their time to make sure the shape and overall look are perfect. They're also both super easy to talk to and make the whole appointment feel like you're just getting your nails done by your home girl. I'm always happy with how my nails turn out and they last really well too. They are both super busy, so if you can get in with either Liz or Jocelyn, you're lucky lol. Instead of aggressively drilling down or yanking my old set off, he removed them with so much care, which I really appreciated.
