I asked her nicely to file more, she did a bit but they were all misshapen, when she started to put the color nail polish on, ( mind you she didn't shape, file or clean cuticles) I told her that I wanted them thinner. I always get GEL X, tried it one time (like 3 years ago) & never went back to acrylic/regular. I had to pay over $100 for these nails and a week later they're not even to my set of fashion. My nails are supposed to last me a month, this nail tech, do a decent job because again I have maybe two or three nails that are already chipping with the paint and this is not supposed to be happening, plus she did not put the acrylic all the way back on my was supposed to so it looks like my nails are already grown out when they're not supposed to look like that. I called the next day to get them reshaped, and specified that I did not want Kevin. They assigned Mimi to reshape, and she did ok. She did mention that I could have spoken up during the initial service & I told her straight up like girl I absolutely did & this is what he gave me. What else am I supposed to do?? She recommended booking with her next time, lol. The owner/manager was very responsive to my concerns & rush to get my nails fixed, which I so appreciate.
