I had a highly disappointing experience at this salon and will not be returning. I paid $40 for gel ex removal (nails were cut already from the top portion on my end ) plus a manicure that was based on their pricing 17.00. For a service where the technician used a minimal, uneven amount of polish. When I pointed out the streaky, inconsistent color, she repeatedly blamed my natural nail beds instead of correcting her work. The overall atmosphere was incredibly awkward too. When I first walked in, the staff stared at me from head to toe, whispered amongst themselves in their own language, and reluctantly pushed my service onto one specific tech. Save your money and go somewhere else where they'll apply the correct polish color of your choice and not the techs .

The quality of hard gel was not as promised I went on 3/15/26 and the gentleman that assisted did a good but promised that his work would last at least three weeks. Sad to say it lasted one week one of my chipped and they went ahead fixed it on Saturday 3/21/26. As of today 3/24/26 all of my nails are chipped. Note:The wait time is also quite long I waited about 30 minutes both times I went before service was provided.
I've been coming to Q nails once a month for over a year, but I guess that stops today. Thanks for nothing, APRIL. Pic is what I asked for vs what I got but the long version is when I noticed my nails weren't to my liking, I asked the tech, APRIL, if there was a way to make the lines on the "checkers" look sharper, and she said no, that the colors blend because they're close together. Before she put the top coat on, I asked if she could fix a crooked line I saw. She made a face at the woman doing my pedicure then said something to her in their language. It was very clearly an impression of me that was obvious despite any language barrier. APRIL did what she was willing to do but when I asked her to do the same on my other hand, she rolled her eyes at her friend again evidently at my request. I let it go just to get out of there, and when I went to pay for the nail job I was unhappy with, I was told the $128 total ($76 for gel-x fill, $52 for a $44 pedicure plus $8 gel color) included 20% off for their "grand opening" that's been going on since I started coming here. As if I was supposed to be grateful to pay this amount. I'm willing to pay for good work. This was not good. Along with her attitude, I was beyond upset. Bad vibes all around. If you're reading this April, be kind. It costs nothing.
Save your money, dont bother coming here for Gel X nails. I dont know if they use cheap glue or the person just didn't know how to do them. By day 4 three of the nails had fallen off. I went back, they foxed them. By day 5 another nail, day 6 another nail. I dont have time to keep going back. Never had i had this experience with gel x nails anywhere else! It was my first time here and will be the last.
This is my go to nail salon now, my boyfriend introduced me to Q nail lounge one day and I have been coming here since. I get gelx nails and they always do my nails quickly and nicely. The nail techs are so friendly and welcoming. April always does an amazing job making nail designs.
Been coming here for a while ! Definitely love April ! She always takes her time and makes sure the nails are 100% to your liking! she always has such a happy vibe ! I love her ! If you plan on coming in definitely ask for APRIL !!!
I really loved my experience here! The ladies were very kind! Kim did a great job at my toe nails! She took care of my in grown that was bothering me! She gave a great massage scrub and the vibe here was so calm and relaxing!

I have been growing my nails for over 1 month. Every time I get my nails done, I pay extra for builder gel so that my nails don't break. It is very hard to grow my nails because they are thin and break easily. I finally got my nails to a length where i could do almond shape. I was excited because they have never grown this long. I explained to the nail technician that I wanted them almond shape. She proceeds to cut my nails so short that almond was not possible. She cut my nails square and proceeded to cut the side of the nail at an angle. I asked the nail tech to try to make them square as there was no going back from what she had done. She kept flinging my hand around while she was filing my nails as if she were upset. I was not happy with the shape and asked her to try to make the as square as possible. She left without a word and had another nail tech finish my nails. The new nail tech admitted that the first woman had done a bad job when she saw how short and awkwardly shaped my nails were. She proceeds to finish my nails, however, it was so rushed that she didn't clean up any of the gel that had glazed over, the gel was thick, and the entire nail bed was not painted. I used to frequent this salon, however, my last 2 visits have been subpar. If you care about your nails and quality of service, I cannot recommend this nail salon. I will not be returning.
I came here for a pedicure because they had pretty good reviews...Overall the ambiance was fairly modern, sanitary tools, and clean for the most part. However, the service could use a little improvement. A lot of the techs were rushing through the work and not paying attention to detail. Kim Lam was sweet, but VERY rushed when removing my cuticle. She cut me twice and proceeded to blame me that my skin was "thin". French tip was cute though lol and added a free nail art to compensate the cuts I guess.

Instead of focusing on my experience she kept dropping my hand, turning away from me sand talking to someone on her ear bud. This happened over and over again until i had enough! Maybe four times within less than ten minutes. I asked the lady that was doing my pedi if someone else can do my manicure. You know. The one I was PAYING for to have a relaxing experience?! The manicure lady stopped what she was doing, grabbed her rolling cart and stomped off to the back room like a fucking toddler without saying a word to me. NO ONE apologized for her behavior. I should have left but rest assured they will never see another dime from me and listen, I ACTUALLY TIP MORE THXN THREE OR FOUR DOLLARS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Also, the person fling my friends pedicure ended up cutting her. Never again. I'm done. These nail salons act like they are doing you a favor. NOT! Also, Andrew is not there anymore. Had an appointment with him in December only to find out when I arrived that he is at a new salon. Thanks for letting me know in advance
First off, the customer service when you first get here is great. They have lovely music, they greet you and make sure you are seated in a chair very fast. They have decent pruces for great work! I just finished having Ms Kim for my pedicure and Mr Khai for my gel manicure and both were so fast and gentle I have loved this places and I'm so excited to keep choosing this place as my place to get my nails done.

My first time coming to this place & might be my last. Unfortunately, got burn by something the tech used & I didnt realize till later on in the day because my skin was starting to burn & now I have a mark. Also have a deep cut in one of my nails, again, not realizing till much later. Nails came out good, just tech was rushing. read more

I went to get my nails done, originally I wanted to get my nails completely removed and get a new set done and they quoted me $95 but then said with the 20% discount it would be $76. So I sat down and waited patiently for the nail tech to be done but more people were coming in and I don't mind waiting but instead they decided to pull this guy who was smoking a cigarette outside on his phone who looked like he didn't care or didn't want to be there to do my nails. Umm... ok I guess. I thought to myself but hey I was trying this place out and who knows he might be a really good nail tech so I wasn't trying to judge a book by its cover. So then as he started I noticed he didn't clean my nails or trim my cuticles or anything and I was curious because I've gotten my nails done already from other salons and they've always taken care of my nails and properly prepped them the same ways but this guy was skipping almost every step?! On top of that instead of upselling me he downsold me, I wanted a whole new set because my previous set was chipped and starting to fall off and he said no he had me do a fill instead which I mean if my nails were still go to do a fill than whatever I don't mind saving money but he said it would be $15 cheaper so it should of been $61 but instead I was charged $68. On top of that as he was doing my nails he was not measuring the nails he was not filing them correctly and was not even he wasn't even layering my hands to make sure both hands we're symmetrical I had to keep doing it myself! I had to keep telling him to fix my nails because they were crooked or jagged and I was just kind of frustrated at this point and wanted to get it done and over with. He even was getting the French tip design wrong and had to redo it a few times. By the time we were done my nails looked somewhat decent and I was ready to go because I was just done with it. Oh and he only did one layer of clear coat and didn't even oil my cuticles or anything like that. And it's just him! I saw the nail tech next to him working on a different client and she was getting such a different experience than what I was getting When I got home I re looked at my nails under different lighting and realized he glued hair in my nails which is disgusting and I can't take it out unless I file the nail down, the nail polish is streaky and bubbly and even after all the corrections I had him do some nails are still jagged on the edges and not smooth! I wish I would have gotten the guys name because they have 3 guys there but I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE not unless you get one of the ladies or guys that actually give a shit compared to this man that did my nails cause clearly he did not want to be there and rushed/botched my nails Also it's only been a few days and the nail polish is already falling off. read more

Been coming here for the last two years and everyone here does an amazing job! Andrew, Kyle, or Kristy do my nail sets here. For pedicures I recommend Tina. I do not spend more than $200 when I come here. They provide amazing service and good prices read more

Yesterday one of the female techs cut my big toe cuticle and left a piece of skin or nail behind that caused a lot of pain, came back today to have her look into it to fix it and she refused to even check it had management tell me that if it continues to hurt that I need to see a doctor! I have never had this happen ever before my previous nail tech never had a problem checking if I ever had any discomfort! I only came here because I could walk from my house! But this is the very last time they'll take my money! Wish I had the lady's name so that you can avoid her if you come here! Sadly I even tipped her and the guy that left my finger bleeding very well! And sadly management who I know noticed the swelling around my toe just agreed with the tech who clearly didn't want to fix it! Guess these people don't mind losing costumers! Best to go to a place that values its costumers and their concerns even if it's a little drive and a little pricier! read more

Dont come here if you are particular with your nails. They don't care if you are not happy with your nails or how it looks. I came to take my nails off and get gel build up and they kept cutting my nails down making it shorter and I was not happy with it. They needed to get another nail tech to fix my nails but she also kept filing it down when I said I wanted it she gaslighted me saying I wanted it almond. read more

I didn't want to leave this review but I have been dealing with the consequences of my bad fill. To preface I hadn't had any nail extensions for over 2 years. When I first came here for a pedicure and full set of gel x it went great. The guy who did my nails did an amazing job. The first time I came here I brought my daughter and the lady who did her pedi cut her and she quickly applied some ointment so she wouldn't bleed. Accidents happen I understand, so since my daughter didn't get anything serious or an infection from it we just let it slide as an accident. Also it was small if not I definitely would've done something about it. Fast forward to two weeks later when I went in for a fill because the guy had done a great job I wanted to make sure to maintain them properly. Unfortunately, the guy who originally did them was busy, so the manager at the front told me to sit with the same woman who had cut my daughter during her pedicure. I didn't think anything of it because I wanted to try them out that way I knew who I would go to once I became a regular there. As soon as she finished my fill, I could tell it wasn't as great of a job as the first person who did them. And she even told me "oh these are really old you're gonna need new ones Next time you come these are really old nails". I told her it was literally exactly 2 weeks to the day that I had just got the new set. I should've known then that she herself wasn't even confident in the work she had just provided for me. Literally the next day, one of the nails came off, so I went back in and someone else fixed it for me. The next day after that two of my nails came off and then the day after that which was on the third day another nail came off, so I called and said that my nails just keep coming off and I wanted to go back to get them fixed, but that day I realized that my nails were in very poor condition. Starting from where she did my fill! it looked like it was my nail bed it did not even look like a nail anymore as you can see from the pictures. Some of my nails were just the nail bed. They have started to grow out because it has now been almost 2 months since that day, but as you can see, they're very brittle and very weak. They keep breaking on anything that I touch, they even get stuck in my hair. My nails have just become extremely weak and you could see where the damage starts. My nail bed is exposed, and I'm not sure if they will be able to grow back properly. You can tell that my nails flare out at the end and I don't know if that'll be fixable. I'm very disappointed because I was excited to find a place that does good work but I can tell it's those types of salons that care about quantity over quality and I'm very disappointed because I don't think that she was certified. I forgot to add that these pictures were taken today, which is 2 months since the day she did my fill. read more

Chose this place at random because I happened to be in the area and they were willing to take me without much notice when I called in on a Saturday afternoon. Pros: pretty clean, nice staff, wide selection of colors. The gentleman doing my toes even went so far as to check with me because the color I had chosen was opaque, so he took the liberty of choosing a base color to put underneath, but asked before doing it, and it turned out great. Cons: I never saw him unwrap the tools, so I'm not sure how clean they were. Parking was easy when I got there but completely packed by the time I left. $36 for basic Mani Pedi, worth it ( as long as the tools were clean and I don't get an infection!) read more

Got my nails done by Kyle. He did a great job and took his time. He made sure to asked if I like the shape and color. I never got my manicure done by a guy before, he's the first and did an amazing job. I asked for a light pink chrome and he nailed it! I would def come back and ask him to do my nails again. The picture doesn't do it justice, but in person looks better! read more

Worst experience ever. Lady didn't add anything to the water and was done in 15 mins. The menu said salt scrub and none whatsoever and the lady said I had picked the classic. Yeah I did and it included a salt scrub. No massage on my feet not even a light one because she had already painted my nails. I asked why she called over a man and he said sorry but we changed our menu and pricing even though they only changed them in their mind because the actual Marni still says salt scrub and light massage. Paid $25 for a nail color and my feet soaked in plain water. Kind of felt like when you mop a floor with dirty water. Not a good experience. Oh and I had to ask for a second coat! She was done at one! read more
