I don't even know where to start. I've been here about 5 times in 6 years . I live very close by. Anyways long story short . I wanted to get my nails and pedicure done without having to drive so I walked over to pro nails and there was only one other guest there when I arrived. I asked if I could get a pedicure and full set. They greeted me and sat me down right away . One of the workers hands me the color books to choose my polish , boom ok I pick them out. I just wanted white for my toes and a nice nude color for my nails. They proceed to do them the lady for the pedicure shows me the menu and I I picked the 30 dollar one with gel polish assuming that's like 5 dollars more or something right ? welll my bad for assuming . She dig so deep on one if my toes pus came out 2 days later. Ugh. So my nails , she starts to do them and asked me what color. I showed her a pic of a nudey color , she said she had that in powder form . Cool no polish needed . I got them literally short almost like a medium short . So as they are done. my pedicure finished at the same time as my nails. I asked how much and it was $90 dollars. Me still not thinking anything of it , I got home and was realizing that I was ripped ripped off. There's no way my pedicure was 30-35 and these short ass, no design having ass nails were 60 dollars ? I have been here about 3-4x's. Usually during the week and in hours that they are slow since the max amount of people I have seen has been 2. Which I liked because there was no wait. Have gotten manicure, acrylic and eyebrows done. The service is fine. But my maim concern has always been that I never see them get clean set if supplies for the services. Don't want to make them feel bad so don't ask but also couldn't say they reuse the same tools on everyone since they times I have gone have they have been pretty empty. But finally went on a weekend . And this time I was able to see they did use the same tools from one to another person. I dont think that is sanitary at all so I didnt end up getting any services done and left. Nor plan to return. I contacted them and told them how my nails were. Someone messaged me back saying to in and they would fix my nails for free. I walked and showed them what was up, basically the nail tech said, oh there's nothing wrong with your nails, even though I showed them the nails and the damage and the mold. They didn't care, I didn't get my nails fixed at all, she just covered it up with nail polish and said i was fine. They still look disgusting! She rushed and didn't even fix my nails! I spent $85.00 on a manicure and two pedicures. I tipped them five dollars, or about ten percent of the amount, and just as I was ready to leave, they insisted that I still owed fifteen dollars. They counted the money in front of me, but they had already hidden the missing money, which surprised me. Despite this, I gave them the money nevertheless because they had showed me the $70 I had supposedly gave them even though I had given them the $85. I was forced to pay a total of $105 dollars. When I finally realized I had been duped, it was too late. I had contacted them, demanding my $20, but they said that a $5 tip was insufficient. Don't fall for their con artists. read more

I want to start by saying thank you to Julie for helping me today 07/13/23. I called right when they opened and she took me as walk inn! All the staff is very nice and have excellent customer service!! The spa is beautiful, clean and smell wonderful! The reason for my bad review is due to bad, uneven and patchy nails. I came in for a pedicure which was wonderful thank you Julie! My dissatisfaction and disappointment is with my full set. I asked for square and narrow. I am not picky and dont consider my self a rude person but I like a good job like any one else. Tiffany was doing my nails.I saw her cut and file the nail into coffin on the right hand and square narrow and coffin on my left hand. I pointed it out and told her mama this hand is not the same as this one look this 2 fingers are coffin and this one is not. I recall telling her " because I don't like coffin". She answered " oh no it's because it's not done yet when I do fill and powder I'll be good" i let her do her job and " trusted the process". When she finished i examined my nails. She saw me examining my nails. Yet that didn't make her inquire or double check her work I still didn't say nothing because I thought to myself maybe many years of bad nail techs or bad experiences it's making me see things where they are not. She asked me what color I wanted and I told her I wanted French tip. She did the French tip. She went ahead and painted the French tip as she placed the white polish to create the tip. You could see the lumps that remained from the polish and filing and also from the powder she didn't know I knew.it needed to fix it as you can see in the picture, some nails are squavel, some nails are coffin, some nails are square narrow. The whole left-hand nails is longer than the whole right hand nails. I called Julie after paying my bill and I showed her. The look on her face showed that she was embarrassed and ask Tiffany to come but I told her not to call her but the job was not done correctly and that I wasn't happy I showed her what mistakes I was referring to And explained the fact that I cannot stay over for Tiffany to fix it. I really couldn't stay. I had to run to work. I was very pissed and cried in the car because my birthday is tomorrow and I have a party to go to. The set is fresh and it's impossible to fix with out being at the spa for hours. I am beyond disappointed I don't understand why nail techs lack good work ethics and professionalism. They feel like clients shouldn't complain or notice a bad nails because we don't have the "experience" but we don't need experience to see a bad job being done. Love how quick yet great his work is. As I've talked to other customers I found that we all appreciate coming I to this business and being acknowledged by name and for those of us who are frequent visitors they have a good idea of what we need or want. He started off on the wrong foot, saying that how women expect men to love their pets and goes on to say what if you're having sex and the pet is in the room, strike one. I waited to do this review and it pains me to be negative because they were nice, but my experience is what it is. August 10th I went in for a pedicure and a full set. I have been going elsewhere for a very long time, love "my guy" but so hard to get an appointment with him and the "receptionist" has double booked him a few times and I am always at the losing end and wanted to try a new place. So here I ended up. I explained my preferences and these were executed satisfactorily. Not perfect but acceptable for a first pass. Pedicure was quite nice. By August 17th 6 of my 10 finger nails had lifted and popped off. I went back on the 18th, complained... I am NOT hard on my nails and with the advent of gel polish can easily go 21 days between fills as my nails do not grow quickly whatsoever. They replaced all of them no questions asked, so thank you for that. As of today...12 days later. All 10 have lifted and popped off. I tried, gave them benefit of the doubt but whatever product they are using must be substandard, because I cannot account for the failure any other way. Bummer because they are close to home, parking is easy and they were nice and reasonably priced but I shouldn't have to get a fill/repair EVERY WEEKEND read more

This salon is for the most part clean, the color options and gel options are plenty. The price is food. For service I would give 1/5 stars. I bled in four nails for the pedicure. The massage and scrub were not good at all. My husband and I came and asked to get pedicures together, they started on him while I saw next to him. They have a woman there that seats you but doesn't do anything else but paint nails after, they didn't get to me until he was entirely done, probably the fastest pedicure ever and I do not recommend it. You can pay $ 4-5 more in Downey and be a lot more relaxed and pampered. They also do the whole "talking in their language" while staring right at you and it's a tad bit awkward. I don't recommend Pro Nails, the location is easy to find and it's not really too busy during the week and now I know why. I get like I needed another pedicure like right after this one. read more

Horrible experience the first time I left paying more than $100 and I had acrylic all over my cuticles and my nails all started lifting within two days I went back and all she did was put glue under the lifted nails and they started to lift again so I had to care for them for the next few weeks with glue. I went back today to get my two week Fill not even two minutes later my nails start lifting up again and she's trying to say that it's some thing about the powder which I believe it's because she does not clean up around the nails she leaves the acrylic hanging around all around the cuticles and just very poor poor placement and I still had to pay for my fill and she said to go tomorrow and she will give me a new set for half off which I still end up paying for a whole new set it's really sad because I really enjoyed the pedicure Tony is so great he did amazing with my ingrown nail but as for the nails I really don't recommend this place.
