I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 years for both manicure and pedicure services. Usually I had no major issues, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. An older man whose name I do not remember, and a young woman named Vi (or Lv, I'm not sure of the spelling), worked on me that day. The quality of service was very poor compared to my previous visits. I told the older man not to cut into my real nails, but he still worked very roughly and carelessly. They cut my foot during the pedicure, and my hand became red after the manicure. My hand is still red now and very painful. I am very unhappy because I trusted this salon for a long time, but this experience was careless and unacceptable. My pedi come out decent however the young man doing my manicure drilled off my cuticle made me bleed didn't care to clean it until I told him too. When filling my nails he was very aggressive I had to tell him it hurt!! I also noticed he did not sanitize the cuticle cutter he had and once he was done using it he put it back in his " clean " tool box I hope I don't catch an infection. I just left the salon, and I'm honestly very annoyed. I was there for a manicure and pedicure. I was completely comfortable in the pedicure chair after my service, and suddenly I was told to get up and move. Why?! Both ladies next to me were allowed to stay in their chairs, and there were no other customers waiting. It made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. On top of that, the place smells dirty the moment you walk in. They also rush through their services, and more than once I've been hurt, even after asking them to please be careful. It feels like they just want to get you in and out instead of providing quality service. What should have been a relaxing visit ended on a frustrating and uncomfortable note. Shout to an awesome nail tech- Vy!!! She is so consistent and detail oriented. I show her a picture and she takes it from there. I love this shop because although they are always busy, it is large enough, and the nail techs are skilled enough get you in and out quickly. They do not accept card payment but they do have zelle and an atm machine. I'm a fan!!! For my latest look, I wanted something simple but slightly futuristic - Vy got it!! She did this gold and white look for me. I even have a special look that she does for me when my birthday rolls around. You'll see the rainbow nails below. I have that one posted too. I have been meaning to try this place and finally did. First thing I noticed as I walked in, was it looked clean, modern and pretty decor. The lady at the desk greeted with a smile which was nice. I noticed they sanitize their tools and use clean ones on each customer which I loved. So far I was really liking it and was just waiting for the results of my services to decide if this would be my new "go to place". The prices were higher than my last place but figured with good service and sanitized tools it is worth it. I got a gel manicure ($30), lavender pedicure ( $35) and eyebrows wax ( $10) . When I paid they charged me $95 which I did question to myself as I had noticed their cost was higher but not that much...but paid it trusting the woman charging. I had taken a picture of their prices to keep for my record for future visits. So when I got home I reviewed them , still intrigued about the $95. After reviewing them, noticed they did over charge me. Should have only been $75 , not $95. I dont feel like returning to get my money back but I will definitely not return. Came back for my New Year nails and was not disappointed! I came as a walk in at 3pm and it seemed decently busy but definitely picked up at 4pm. Asked for all the colors so I could choose and they only gave me one book but the colors on the shelf didn't match the book. It's one thing to not know how to do some thing or maybe not have a specific service but to say that you do and give the customer something different and not fully communicate or take the time to listen to what the customer is asking for is what my frustration was here. He made sure I was 100% comfortable and made small conversation which is so polite ( in my opinion)! I never leave this salon disappointed!! Ryan absolutely killed my nails and matched exactly what I wanted. He was so precise with shaping and made sure the lines were even which I really appreciated. I don't know the name of the lady who did my toes but I loved the shape and her job too!! Politely asked my nail technician to not cut corners of my nails as they create ingrown nails and she continued to do it 4 times and i tried to stop her 3 more times until she saw i was extremely upset.
