I have been coming to this nail salon for about 2 years for both manicure and pedicure services. Usually I had no major issues, but my most recent visit was very disappointing. An older man whose name I do not remember, and a young woman named Vi (or Lv, I'm not sure of the spelling), worked on me that day. The quality of service was very poor compared to my previous visits. I told the older man not to cut into my real nails, but he still worked very roughly and carelessly. They cut my foot during the pedicure, and my hand became red after the manicure. My hand is still red now and very painful. I am very unhappy because I trusted this salon for a long time, but this experience was careless and unacceptable. I hope the owner improves hygiene, technique, and customer care so this does not happen to anyone else. read more

I had a terrible experience with a manicurist. She drilled off my edges instead of cutting and I was in so much pain. I texted them my concerns, the owner told me to come back and she would do whatever design I wanted. I came back for that exact reason and this lady said she CANT do for me for FREE. I just left the salon, and I'm honestly very annoyed. I was there for a manicure and pedicure. I was completely comfortable in the pedicure chair after my service, and suddenly I was told to get up and move. Why?! Both ladies next to me were allowed to stay in their chairs, and there were no other customers waiting. It made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. On top of that, the place smells dirty the moment you walk in. They also rush through their services, and more than once I've been hurt, even after asking them to please be careful. It feels like they just want to get you in and out instead of providing quality service. What should have been a relaxing visit ended on a frustrating and uncomfortable note. Would never come back here again, I got a mani and pedi. My pedi come out decent however the young man doing my manicure drilled off my cuticle made me bleed didn't care to clean it until I told him too. When filling my nails he was very aggressive I had to tell him it hurt!! I also noticed he did not sanitize the cuticle cutter he had and once he was done using it he put it back in his " clean " tool box I hope I don't catch an infection. So disappointed in my manicure today. The edges are so smudged, air bubbles in the gel, terrible job on cuticles. The only reason for 2 stars was that my daughter liked her manicure. I have been meaning to try this place and finally did. First thing I noticed as I walked in, was it looked clean, modern and pretty decor. The lady at the desk greeted with a smile which was nice. I noticed they sanitize their tools and use clean ones on each customer which I loved. So far I was really liking it and was just waiting for the results of my services to decide if this would be my new "go to place". The prices were higher than my last place but figured with good service and sanitized tools it is worth it. I got a gel manicure ($30), lavender pedicure ( $35) and eyebrows wax ( $10) . When I paid they charged me $95 which I did question to myself as I had noticed their cost was higher but not that much...but paid it trusting the woman charging. I had taken a picture of their prices to keep for my record for future visits. So when I got home I reviewed them , still intrigued about the $95. After reviewing them, noticed they did over charge me. Should have only been $75 , not $95. I dont feel like returning to get my money back but I will definitely not return. Unfortunately, I trusted her word forgetting we live in a money hungry world more than ever nowadays and I should have questioned it at the moment instead of waiting to get home. Clipping my skin so it started bleeding. Not bad. But still - my red life line juice! Touching my skin with the damn nail drill removing gel polish. That hurts, damn. Not waiting long enough to paint a new coat on my toenails. The woman who greeted me from the counter both times is a bit indifferent. Her name was not Lola. I asked. Lol. She didn't pay attention to clients as much I think she should have. Another thing that annoys me... if I say I want a certain service once, then twice after the same person asks me again, then don't ask me a f***ing third time. Lol. For real, though. My first visit (5/1/21) I was charged $54 for their deluxe gel manicure and a regular pedicure. On my second visit (5/13/21), I needed gel removal and a new gel manicure for a wedding in which I was a bridesmaid. The whole time the dude complained about his second COVID-19 vaccination. My total charge on plastic was $31. There is a fee for paying with a card. I think it was like $1. Shout to an awesome nail tech- Vy!!! She is so consistent and detail oriented. I show her a picture and she takes it from there. I love this shop because although they are always busy, it is large enough, and the nail techs are skilled enough get you in and out quickly. They do not accept card payment but they do have zelle and an atm machine. I'm a fan!!! For my latest look, I wanted something simple but slightly futuristic - Vy got it!! She did this gold and white look for me. I even have a special look that she does for me when my birthday rolls around. You'll see the rainbow nails below. I have that one posted too. I would never go back. They completely messed up my natural nails filed them down to the skin, which was extremely painful. This was by far the worst gel manicure I've ever had. I repeatedly told the technician that the file was burning me, but she didn't stop or adjust. It also was the longest and most careless. My nails are damaged and sore. After speaking with the manager Tiffany about how dissatisfied I was with their services this past Monday , the manager asked me to come in today to get my nails redone. I was promptly seated with nail tech Vi and I asked if I could change the color to red instead of silver and Vi said yes. Vi brings out the silver holographic powder and I remind (2x now) her I want red instead and she asked if I wanted a red base coat, I said no on top, she says YES. She proceeds to do my nails silver and I'm patiently watch thinking the red will be added next... Vi once again continues with the silver, and since I'm now paranoid that my nails won't be done as requested I ask AGAIN (3x) you're going to do them red right? Vi responded with "Yes, don't worry." Literally a few minutes later she puts cuticle oil on my nails and said that "I'm now ready for 4th of July!!" Lady said she did callus remover but didn't ... then burnt my feet with the paraffin wax! Asked for all the colors so I could choose and they only gave me one book but the colors on the shelf didn't match the book. It's one thing to not know how to do some thing or maybe not have a specific service but to say that you do and give the customer something different and not fully communicate or take the time to listen to what the customer is asking for is what my frustration was here. I'm sure if you like acrylics you would say that the work is good but ultimately at the end of the day I asked for one thing and got something completely different yet they gave me exactly what I didn't want and wanted me to be happy and pay for something that I didn't ask for... The girl who did my toes did an ok job didn't scrub my feet much and the massage was not the greatest (which is okay I guess). She painted my nails and I was liking it. I came in as a walk in and waited no wait which luckily because as soon as I came in, a few people came in after but everyone got seated so at least it was a comfortable wait for the rest! As for me, I got a gel manicure and classic pedicure ( no gel). My gel manicure was actually great! The lovely Mr. ****** did amazing and was so nice which I appreciated as that's what you would expect from a nail salon. He made sure I was 100% comfortable and made small conversation which is so polite ( in my opinion)! I never leave this salon disappointed!! Ryan absolutely killed my nails and matched exactly what I wanted. He was so precise with shaping and made sure the lines were even which I really appreciated. I don't know the name of the lady who did my toes but I loved the shape and her job too!!
