First and last I wanted to get my nails done before my FIRST trip to Cancun was super excited to get my nails pretty. Unfortunately this didn't happen... Nails were done sloppy got charged 65$ for manicure and pedicure. 25$ for my 8 year olds nails done and 40$ for my moms simple manicure and pedicure. When you enter the waiting area is small (considering it is a small unit it is ok) the guy who did my nails did such an amazing job at shaping at creating the look I asked him to do I am very pleased wit his work. Nail land is my go-to nail salon. I am here every 2-3 weeks for a new set of acrylics and they never seem to disappoint me. I am very picky about the way my nails look, and they are always very patient and willing to work with me. Normally, Tony would do my nails. My mom has been coming here with my brother and his girlfriend for quite some time and I was excited to come to them because my family's nails always look so neat. I live two hours away and come to this shop because they love it. Mm mm never again. The first two times I've been here, I've been pleased. At least with my pedicures. The manicure tech is a different story. He's so rough, literally throws, hits and bends my hands and wrists in unnatural and uncomfortable positions. Today I came in with my mom again and just wanted a fill with regular polish this time (I normally get gel). He told me I should get gel because "it lasts longer". "I know but I'm changing them completely for a new set in a week and a half." He said again that I should get gel. Again, no thanks sir. He then told me the color I chose wasn't available. No big deal, I chose one similar. He proceeded to get an attitude, throw napkins and towels, slam drawers, all while constantly telling me I should've gotten gel. Like dude, LET. IT. GO. Now I definitely don't want it. So I guess to get back at me, he was SOOOOO rough, more than his usual that I've experienced in the past. Throwing and pulling my hands. He was so aggressively filing my nails, the nail file flew out of his hands. Like FLEW! The paint is sloppy y'all. Sloppy! There's a whole edge of my nail with no polish and I asked if he could just go over it. Again, he said with an attitude, gel would've been better because there's no mistakes. What?! He'd still have to paint it before curing meaning he could still miss putting polish on the edge of my nail. Ugh. He's a mess and incredibly rude. Customer service folks, you get people coming back by giving them good service that they're paying for. Now I'm waiting over an hour after this horrible fill and polish to get my pedicure because this woman walked in and complained about waiting for FIFTEEN MINUTES and they ran to complete her services. Completely rushing through my moms pedicure and leaving me in cold water for an hour. This type of service is why I've stopped coming to nail shops and learned on my own. First time coming here, good price of $20 for gel manicure! I got a guy that didn't seem like he wanted to be there, so he did my nails that way. This picture was taken after Lincoln fixed my gel polish (which was lifting because the other guy got it on my skin). My sister got Lincoln and he did a great job on her nails. I went in to get my gel manicure done here because it was close to the park were my sons baseball games. They had to remove my old gels first. All seemed well when the guy soaked in acetone and covered with foil but then he decided to drill gel off WTH. My nail craked because they were so weak and it took until my nails (that were drilled) to fully grow out, for them to start looking pretty again. I will not go back here again. Just because they are in a hurry doesn't make it ok to ruin someones nails. Do it right and use the wooded stick to remove the gels. read more

I went for a nail date with a close friend of mine, she introduced me to this location. I was aware the nail salon closed at 7pm so we arrived around 5:40pm! And this man started working on my friends nails, when he asked me come over so he can start my nails. I was confused because usually a nail technician works on one customer at a time but this guy did both of us at the same time. Anyways, I wanted short natural looking nails and he gave me real long nails. I would ask him to cut them shorter and he said okay after, after, after. Well after never came next thing I knew he was adding the acrylic coat. He was rushing us and every time we would take a look at the color nail sets he had on display he would take them away.
