I set an appointment for 10a for three pedicures. There were only two workers in there at that time. They started working on my sister and mom when two other clients walked in with appointments also, two other workers that arrived started working on them while I was still sitting there soaking my feet. Forty minutes pass when another client came in with an appointment and the lady that just finished with my sister told me to wait for the next lady to be done since she had to take the one that just came in. Wow this place is amazing..... and FANTASTIC ;) I was waiting to eat lunch around the area and stumbled upon this salon on Yelp, so I decided to come in to kill time. Upon entry, I was greeted with warm hellos from the ladies and gentlemen there. The gentleman that worked on me was very accommodating, especially when I asked him to be gentle around my bruised toe. He also gave my calves a nice massage after. Even sitting on the chair was so relaxing that I almost wanted to take a nap. I believe his name was Daniel but I may be wrong. I dont know who did my nails but it was a guy i'm reading reviews and think his name might be ronald, any how he was very nice, welcoming, warm and he didn't hurt my nails to where other places over file my nails which make them hurt. I've had my fair share of experiences at nail salons and let me tell you this place i 100% recommend. I got the design i wanted and the nails i have look better then the ones i showed for reference, i will be coming back many times because this was not only very affordable (60$) but also very warm environment. Been here multiple times and each time has been a fantastic experience, no issues with wait time or customer service. The nail technicians take their time and aren't in a rush! Like other places down the street from here. It's nothing fancy but I don't care about outdated look, I care about how the technicians do my nails. They were so kind and patient with me when I asked a lot of questions. They paid a lot of attention to me and made sure I was comfortable. Horrible job today never had any issue with Tina but staff did a horrible job. I asked for a design and she stated she couldn't do it. She started painting my nails and noticed the nail wasn't buffed correctly it was uneven. Left cuticle and even after I asked do not use glitter she still did glitter! My sister got her nails done and her tech stated she could do nails and later said she would do her way much better. But wasn't even close to it and didn't even use the color she wanted. We complained and they said they couldn't fix bc it was done already. We paid 100$ for pedi and 2 sets. My sister was upset bc it was her birthday and her nails were no where to what she was looking forward to. I am upset and disappointed with the service. The girl who did my pedi was nice however the other two ladies were rude and horrible customer service. read more

I passed by this place after going to the supermarket and they updated. Complete remodel, now they have massage chairs for the pedicure. Decided to stop by for a quick manicure. The manicure was good except that the nail polish peeled off after a day. I came again today for a mani-pedi because I didn't make an appointment at another place and didn't have time to wait. There was no wait at 1:30pm. The massage chair was only on for a few minutes. I paid the extra $5 for the callus remover since I hadn't gotten a pedi in about 6 weeks and was pleased. The pedi and mani were good except the polish. I wish they carried better nail polish. The ones they have don't last long. Hopefully they'll carry Essie and OPI soon. They do have a big gel selection, but sometimes I just want a regular manicure. Overall it was a relaxing experience and I want to come back because it's so close to my house but the final polish job is not good. The same technician did the my nails both times. I might try another person next time or try a gel mani. I'm going to give them another chance. read more

Bye Felicia I have been coming to this salon for YEARS and the only reason I return is that they are very thorough with their pedicures. That is their undoing, however (I'll get to that later). After their remodel, prices have gone up and they have less staff. Forget making an appointment- their phone is never working and whenever they get a call while I've waited in the past, they shout at the person on the line saying that it's their phone that doesn't work. They give you an unrealistic wait time. They told a women that came in 45 minutes after Ive been waiting for service that she was next in 15 and that was a lie too. 30 minutes later, I got up, told the lady that she's going to be waiting a lot more and I stormed out. The lady getting her feet done (who got started not long after I got there)was barely getting her feet dried before the pedicurist started painting the nails. Also, I should mention, there's only one person giving pedis, the other two are doing the time consuming jobs of putting in new sets of acrylics. This has happened the last 3 times. No regard that people have limited time. Especially me- someone who has a tiny window of time a week. I've been putting off getting my nails for lack of time. Done! read more

My nails came out uneven, had weird black spot like within the polish (I got plain white), there was excess nail polish all over the edges and even in between my fingers, and my nail at the cuticle started bleeding after it was all done. I had been a regular & gotten full mani-pedi, massages and regular extras i.e.: full footwrap and scrubs & always tipped 20-25%. I noticed that the owners wife was always polite to my face in English. However in her own language it seemed, she was making crude jokes about my disabilities and making the girls in the shop laugh at me. It also distracted them so most of the time they hurt me & made me bleed with bad cuticle cuts. Since I don't speak their language I took a friend who does, a couple of times. My friend she said "the old fat woman" (the owners wife) was making cruel jokes about every customers physical difference, skin color, fat rolls, skinny legs, nasty nails, dry skin, knobby knees long before I walked in. Yet when entered & she was excitedly cruel about my physical & verbal disabilities. I will not return. I refuse to be abused and bullied in any language. read more
