After buffing her finger nails and toe nails, they looked rough on the surface with some slight shine. Definitely not the smooth and shiny surface you get from Ladies Nails in Lakewood. (Lesson learned)... I tried explaining to the nail tech and showing her that her nails were literally scratched and they tried to buff them again and just said that it takes time for the oils, or something like that. When the other lady finished my pedicure, that's when the sense of urgency kicked in for the 1st lady to stop eating & come charge me. Not to mention the flower I received wasn't what I wanted, I showed her a reference & then she proceeded to place stickers on my nails. Not even hand painted. Who know how much she charged me for a sticker. I also asked if tip was included & she then demanded a tip. Horrible. Never coming back again. This place doesn't even deserve the 1star. My usual shop is currently moving and hopefully opening up soon again. Atleast there I can pay the decent price of $90 for both gel x for mani & pedi.
