I've been coming to this nail place for 13+ I've seen them change owners through out the years. I think now it's time for a change. I came in here 4/13/17 for a gel mani and pedicure. Only to come in here today 4/21/17 to have them remove my gel (i really wanted to come in here since 4/18/17) they started chipping and the gel was lifting from every nail. (The point of getting gel is for them to last longer right? Not only 1 week or less) point is i explained to them and not once did they offer to repair, makeup or do anything so when she asked what I wanted done, I just asked her to remove the gel. Wished I would've taken pictures. With that said I doubt I'll be coming back here after so long. When I walked into the nail spa I didn't expect to walk out of it having paid 30 dollars for nails that looked like globs. I asked for a gel manicure and the man who did it cut me several times on my cuticles. He tried to put alcohol in order to sanitize it but only sanitized one. When we went to cure the nail, he didn't properly make sure that it was in long enough. One day later, my nail polish is beginning to peel off, revealing an uncooked base. They also added 10 dollars to my bill in order to make two of my nails a different color. Nothing fancy on them at all. It apparently was so horribly tasking to grab a second bottle of nailpolish that they gave it the same price as a nail art design. I've paid double the amount for nails and have had them last for months. I'd be surprised if my nails last the week. My nails have more bumps on it than an armadillo. read more

was recommended to come here and so sorry that i did . have an important event coming up and needed to get my nails done . tina is who did my nails and did a horrible job at that . she filed my cuticles down until they were bleeding . applied a thin amount of acrylic saying that it looks more " natural " and then filed it right off . i told her to fix it and of course she did reluctantly . and on top of that , shaped my nails on my right hand crooked . when i pointed that out , she said " everybody's hand is like that " no . you don't know what you're doing . then she polished them HORRIBLY (gel) and one of my nails had bubbles and she says " it's because you didn't put it under the light " i said NO , it was that way before they went into the light . so of course she had to fix it . then the pedicure ... this guy doesn't know what he is doing at ALL ! gotta tell him how to do the job too and he keeps saying " is this okay ? or no " NO it's obviously not okay . then has the nerve to be upset when you ask them to fix it . SAVE YOUR MONEY and your TIME ! ask around for a more reliable source . yes these are hard times , that does not give you an excuse to do a HORRIFIC job on anyone's nails and have them pay for it . read more

I've been coming here for a long time because their prices aren't too high and they do a decent job. However today was a different story I'm very upset and disgusted with their work and attitude. I went for a pedicure and a gel color change on my nails. I was unsatisfied with my nails because as you can see he did a poor job. I expressed how I felt about the job and he said he would still charge me $15 for them on top of $14 for pedicure. I was not happy so I told him to call the lady that was in charge. I showed her and she told me I still had to pay so I told her to just take it off. There was no point in arguing with them. So I let her take them off with a bad attitude filing the crap out of my nails. I still had to pay $7 for her to take off the nail polish. At this point I didn't care anymore I will not be going back. They didn't even off to do them over again. They lost a customer and gained a bad review on yelp. read more

This place was suspiciously empty, except for 2 ladies, when I arrived. That should have been my first clue. The nail technicians who were there I didn't recognize. Second clue. There were 3 technicians and 3 customers including myself. I wanted a pedicure (which has always been amazing here) and a fill on my acrylics (first time here). My feet soaked about 15 minutes but the water was borderline cold. The massage chair however was very relaxing. One of the nail technicians, instead of starting my pedicure wanted to do my acrylic nails while sitting on the vibrating chair of my pedicure. What?! She cut my acrylics down to the length I wanted and started shaving them down with the rounded tip tool. Omg. It hurt guys. She had a rough manner and I told her to stop. Repeatedly and I said no. I want my pedicure first. My pinky was cut on the nail bed and several of my cuticles were achy. I changed my mind and told them I didn't want acrylics anymore. Some suspicious foreign language ensued and they tried to convince me but nope. No acrylics. The pedicure had some good points and some bad point. Detailed bellow: - feet were allowed to soak at least 15 min - removed all the icky dead skin from nails - used rounded tip on machine to remove top layer of toe nails (way cool) - $12 for pedicure Bad: - no soap to soak feet in - borderline cold water - nail technician wasn't professional about pedicure, felt a bit uncomfortable This wasn't a horrible experience but I've definitely experienced better service and attention. read more

My wife and myself, made another trip to Nice Nails thursday, 06 April 17, for another pedicure. This facility is always kept up all the time and there leather chairs and ped comfort seats are looking always fresh and new. The restroom is unisex and kept up too. The owner is nice and polite and goes out of his way to accommodate and please the customer. Bottle water is available as a courtesy. before and after use, their hand tools are always sterile and a healthy environment they are. We really enjoy our selves. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but that is not possible. I went in here with good intentions and walked out extremely disappointed! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I went in and they lady (forgot her name) did not welcome me at all. Asked me very rudely what I wanted as if I was bothering her (no one was even in here btw.) So she seated me right then and there when I told her I needed a fill and the only thing I liked was that she gave me however much time I needed to pick my color unlike other places who rush you. When she started to file off the previous gel color she hit my skin a few times. While she went to fill the beginnings of my nails, I noticed she was using barely any acrylic to add onto the nail (mind you she had just filed my nails super thin so I assumed she would add more acrylic to get it thicker again) But nope I was wrong. She "filled" my nails, but there were still gaps at the top where you could CLEARLY see my nail exposed that had grown out from previous nail-job. The fill was so sloppy and getting all over the skin around the nails. Then when she went to file the acrylic around the nail bed area she didn't even file the sides so I had a BUNCH of excess acrylic hanging on the sides of EVERY nail. So I had pointed that out to her and she proceeded to have an attitude. Finally after so many demands, she was on to polishing my nails... As she polished them she left a huge gap unpolished at the tops of my nails WHICH I ALSO HAD TO POINT OUT TO HER. IF I DIDN'T DEMAND HER TO POLISH THE ENTIRE NAIL I WOULD HAVE WALKED OUT WITH THE EDGES AND THE CORNERS AT THE TOP OF MY NAILS UNPOLISHED!!!! I literally had to sit there and tell this lady how tot do her own job the entire time! And still walked out with some of my nails missing polish in certain areas and gaps where my nails were not filled all the way. The part I was mad about the most was that I had to tell her how to do her job, I HATE being a rude customer and having to be the bad guy so I was more mad at the fact that I'm having to boss this lady around to do her job that she should already know how to do. I've been coming here for awhile now I always went to a particular person bc she did an awesome job. I was recently told this girl was fired so I stuck with the owner, she's really nice by the way. I stopped going bc I was letting my nails rest a bit and my coworkers continued to go and both of them told me they weren't going back anymore bc the owner has been gone and the new people are doing a terrible job. I still went in last week on Thursday for a gel manicure and pedi. My pedi was ok but my gel came off by Sunday! I paid 20$ for them to come off in 3 days ?! I've got gel for years and I've rarely even experience any little chip. So I call and the owners cousin says to go in and she'll fix it, ok cool. I went and right away after I tell her who I am they all start ranting in their language looking at me like an outcast. Sorry but 20$ is 20$! That should've lasted me 2 weeks! She says to go back in 45 min, okay I went in about 35 min. Let me tell you I got there at 5:15, the time turned to 6:50, I was falling asleep on the chair. I had been waiting for almost 2 hours. They have low staff and this place turning around for the worse! I ended up leaving very upset without getting anything fixed and I will definitely never go back. They have lost my co workers and my service. I'm sure the people who go there often will notice how terribly it's being managed now. read more
