Ask for Sandy! She's super sweet and does an amazing job. It's located in a small shopping center, lots of parking but always busy. I do highly recommend making an appointment. There is usually only two girls and they take there time with each client. Which I always appreciate. The prices are fair and the store is always clean. Disgusting service. Came in for a simple gel removal. I was told $7. (But later they charged me $8). The 2 techs were both working on 1 client. As soon as the pedi was done, a tech began on me. I noticed she didnt wash her hands so when she began trying to serve me, i told her CLEAN YOUR HANDS PLEASE. She questioned me so i repeated PLEASE CLEAN YOUR HANDS SINCE YOU WERE JUST WORKING ON SOMEONE ELSES FEET. She acted like she didn't understand English, shrugged me off and kept doing her thing. She used the smallest, most conservative pieces of cotton as she did the acetone soak. She didnt even leave them on longer than 4 minutes. Her second buffer tool was harsh since she kept using the edges. Now i have harsh lines all over my nail beds. Her black nail filer looked like it was ready to retire last year, that shit was so white and coated in nail dust. I hope I don't get any infections. read more

The Service is terrible,they gave my wife and daughters an appointment time they showed up on time and were told they would have to wait, they walked to the donut store 2 doors down, when they finally made it back to sit down and wait, the movie they had playing was not age appropriate for our 6 yr old and her two minor age sisters curse words and half naked woman on the screen, wouldn't recommend this place if you care about your kids, and also the false advertising on appointment time. read more

Not only was able to fit me in at a time that was good for my schedule, they were very nice and did a really great job! Great selection of colors, and the manicurists are very skilled! The WORST customer service. Me, my husband and my 10 year old daughter came to get two pedicures and a manicure for our daughter. We sat here and waited for a nail tech to become available for my daughters manicure for over 30 mins. When someone was available, they took a random walk-in before my daughter. They said it was only for ONE nail. 25 mins later and she's still working on that "one nail". At this point in time my pedicure is 100% finished and my husbands pedicure is 10 mins away from being completed. I kept asking the nail techs when they would be starting my child's nails because i wanted everyone to be finished at the same time. The nail lady in the photo was the one who was intentionally ignoring me and took the client in the photo over my daughter. My wife and I were seated to get pedicures while my 10 year old daughter waited for the lady that did manicures to be done with the customer she was assisting first. Which wasn't a problem. Moments later a customer came in that needed one nail fixed was taken before my daughter. The lady stated it would only take a few minutes to fix the broken nail. My wife and I both looked at each other and was like damn how can you just skip someone that was waiting. 10-15 minutes go by and my daughter is still waiting to get nails done. This is a new shop that opened up in Norwalk in the shopping center near Buy Low. It's very close to home so I thought I would give it a try and hopefully become a regular. I got a full set with regular polish, and a pedicure with callus treatment and regular polish. The price is comparable to neighboring shops. I walked in to an empty nail shop but business did pick up as I was being worked on. The technician who did my nails was a nice lady who did a great job shaping and ensuring my nails were straight. The pedicure technician also did a solid job. With that said, I ran into some issues after leaving. The day following my visit my nail on my left hand broke off as I reached for a vacuum, I couldn't believe it because I barely tapped it. I immediately went back and let them know, after a little wait the same nail technician redid my nail free of charge. I was happy about the customer service however, today (3 days later), 3 nails broke off as I opened my car door. This has NEVER happened, even at some of the cheaper shops I've been to. I feel like I wasted time and money going here and wouldn't go back. Also my big toe started bleeding as the technician was cutting cuticle, I understand sometimes it can happen BUT It has been hurting since. I did read the previous review about nail breakage but thought it was a fluke. Needless to say I won't be returning, but I gave 2 stars for the effort.
