I had 2 technicians Debbie helped me with my nails and Nancy with my feet. They are very nice and patient. I told Debbie To needed my nails to look very natural due to my job and she followed through. They do not let you leave until you are happy and satisfied. They do not sterilize their tools properly. My first time coming here and I got an infection from unsterile cuticle trimmer. They are also extremely rough and hurt/cut you. I should have taken it as a sign when another customer was walking out unsatisfied as I entered. read more

I 100% recommend this place, since day 1 we have an amazing experience where we receive attentive customer service. Nancy & Debbie are mine & my Mom's go-to. Nancy does our pedicures detailed oriented and provides a relaxing pampering experience. Debbie covered Nancy once to do our pedicures and we left the place satisfied. 4 days post Gel on acrylic nails, ACRYLIC NAILS. I've should have known better. But I was desperate and unfortunately PUV couldn't take me in. I never write negative reviews and I hate to resort to this -- but this is a disaster. I gave this business many chances. From a manicurist tugging on my hand as a signal to stop chatting with my friend aside me, to the receptionist jumping in to do a manicure on a busy day (to not miss a sale) only so I would go back the next day to have them redone as the gel literally peeled away throughout the night and now.... More than a year later, this. I noticed one bubble and immediately she blamed me. "You didn't put your thumb in all the way" -- How, I don't understand. Then she proceeds with not to worry, it will settle in with top coat. Within hours I notice additional air bubbles. I will take my losses and never return again. It's also super strange they pressure you to ZELLE them and will rudely bounce back with a $1 fee if you use your card. One more dollar to add to my loss! read more

This place is by my work and I needed a place that would take me as a walk in so I didn't do my research. But now I'm pretty sure both my big toenails are infected! I am so disappointed that after so many years that Ive came to this place they gave my sister, who is here from out of state, such bad service. She paid $95 for fills & pedi w fill. For the regular fill they literally GLUED the nail (index finger) w no acrylic over it!!! Idk why they switched powders or wth they did vbut as you can see her thumb is white!! Her pedi - the tech insisted on cutting her nails down but my sister did NOT want them trimmed! She pid for the sugar scrub and massage but did not get any of that. Her feet weren't scrubbed at all. I called to let them know and they first said she should've said something, which my sister did!! Its so disappointing for them not to take ownership of their wrong doing. I am especially upset because I took her their trusting they'd provide the great service they once provided. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. It was my first time at this salon and will be my last. Worst experience ever!!! I wish I got the name of the lady who did my mani and pedi. She was very rude and rushed through everything. She told me I needed to pay before finishing my nails. I was confused at first and thought I misheard. But she said, "you pay first" I asked her, "so are you not going to finish my nails?" and she responded, "yes, I finish after you pay" I felt like she thought I wasn't going to pay. Walked in and was told there's a 10min wait and 30min later a mom came in with her 2 young daughters asked what the wait was and the same guy told her 10min. 15 min later my daughter and I were seated down and the lady started my daughters pedicure and was asked by the guy giving wait times if she wanted to do the young girls nails (that had just came in) because she's wanting designs she then told my daughter that someone else will help us once someone is done helping their customer because she's going to move over to help the young girl So I told them it was just not right to make us wait again we should be helped since we waited patiently! I was told well as soon as someone else is done they'll come over and begin to do our pedicures! Never mind we're next and the gal had begun the pedicure on my daughter and just left her there to start the manicure Too many choices at literally every other corner to take that sort of treatment from any Nail Salon! Happy we walked out and found a new place! Not cool and hope they don't continue this sort of practice because there is lots of competition out there!! read more
