Very disappointing experience. Helen, at table #3, did a poor job on my nails. She asked me what design I wanted, but when I showed her, she had this expression like she wasn't really sure how to do this simple design. She was also giving me color options that wouldn't even match the design. About 35 minutes into my appointment, she rudely told me she was spending too much time on my nails because she had other customers and appointments. I ended up leaving without getting any design. At that point, I was over it. On top of that, the builder gel was poorly done. There were visible holes, hairs, and uneven areas throughout the gel. I went in today for a pedicure. I love the way they do my pedicure. I ask for the $35 pedicure and when I came to pay it was $50 +$1 for using my card. Felt uncomfortable and they kept insisting on doing acrylic since according to one of the employees she said "it's too much work" and "gel x is better" when I'm literally paying them. Beware. This place does not sterilize their instruments. I was at the pedicure station waiting to get a pedicure and I was sitting next to a girl that had really bad toe fungus. The nail lady was done with her and I witnessed her going to the back and she only washed the instruments under the water sink. She had the audacity to try to use the same tools on me. I come here strictly for Wendy to do my pedicure. Call ahead and make an appointment with her as she is normally busy especially on weekends. I love the way she shapes my nails, she is also very neat, delicate and very most importantly detailed. She doesn't rush to try to finish you. Went on a Thursday around 6 pm. It wasn't really packed. As soon as we sat we were called. I wanted plain red gel nails. The last tran I think her name is was really friendly but I don't like how she did my nails at all... the back of the nail feels rough like she didn't do it right. And feels bumpy.... totally disappointed. She seemed in a rush and I don't understand why... (my friend and I were the only ones there at this point) This place used to be good.
