I went in today for a pedicure. I love the way they do my pedicure. I ask for the $35 pedicure and when I came to pay it was $50 +$1 for using my card. I ask why $50 and not what I ask for and the lady that did my pedicure said that it was because of a gel that she added. She never ask me if I wanted the gel. Felt uncomfortable and they kept insisting on doing acrylic since according to one of the employees she said "it's too much work" and "gel x is better" when I'm literally paying them. Another employee took over and while she was doing my nails she was hurting my thumb with the tool n I told her but she just kept "working on it" which made me bleed and tried to cover it with a towel. OMG a 1+ hour drive I take because Bryan is awesome!!! My nails last long and look so nice.

Beware. This place does not sterilize their instruments. I was at the pedicure station waiting to get a pedicure and I was sitting next to a girl that had really bad toe fungus. The nail lady was done with her and I witnessed her going to the back and she only washed the instruments under the water sink. She had the audacity to try to use the same tools on me. I come here strictly for Wendy to do my pedicure. Call ahead and make an appointment with her as she is normally busy especially on weekends. I love the way she shapes my nails, she is also very neat, delicate and very most importantly detailed. She doesn't rush to try to finish you. I've been coming to her since earlier this year and I would highly recommend her. She never tried to upsell you which is a plus. read more

Big regret, there are a lot of technicians and my review is only base on the tech that assisted me. His work was sloppy he seems disorganized with equipment. My nails(hand) gel polish chipped after 3 days (it has never happened to me before) my nails were over cut and left uneven, the skin around my nails were irritated for 2 days (peeling) I think it was due to the liquid he used to soften the cuticles. read more

Went on a Thursday around 6 pm. It wasn't really packed. As soon as we sat we were called. I wanted plain red gel nails. The last tran I think her name is was really friendly but I don't like how she did my nails at all... the back of the nail feels rough like she didn't do it right. And feels bumpy.... totally disappointed. She seemed in a rush and I don't understand why... (my friend and I were the only ones there at this point) This place used to be good. Wondering what changed. 3 stars because I love how the other lady did my pedicure. My toenail was broken and idk what she did but now my toenail is back lol and looking cute in red.
