I've really been here 4 times, they definitely do wonderful toes. Haven't been here in a while went here recently, I've always got my eyebrows done here for $7-10 . I came the woman started my eyebrows. She did not know what she was doing at all. It took her 15 minutes just to wax and she wasn't even waxing my whole eyebrow. She was doing dots and bits of pieces hurting me. when it came time to pay she said the price was $15. I've never paid $15 at this location. And I would've been OK with that if the was quality.When I got home my eyebrows started breaking out. I have a rash it has not went away and it's been two weeks. I don't recommend this place for eyebrows at all . Only thing I will say is there's a wonderful woman there that does nails that's the only person I recommend. read more

I decided to try this place out because I decided to treat myself. However, I wish I hadn't gone her AT ALL because overall it was a negative experience. I showed up and there was no wait time which at the moment seemed nice. I sat down with my nail tech and showed him what I wanted which was gel on my natural nails. He said he understood so I let him get to work. He then proceeded to cut my nails, which was odd to me because I wanted him to shape my natural nails but he kept going. During the process of him taking off my gel he kept hurting me and I kept telling him and he just laughed it off, so I started to get annoyed but I continued to let him do his work. He then started to put acrylics which I let him continue. I figured his language barrier confused him but I was going to make the best of it as long as he did a good job which he did NOT. When he was going to put the polish he was going to put gel on, which I never do. I explained I wanted gel on my natural nails not on the acrylics & they seemed very confused. Price was average and I did tip and I definitely regretted it bc I did not like my experience or nails for that matter but I felt bad not tipping. What was suppose to be a relaxing treat for myself ended up giving me a headache. I went to another nail salon the next day for my pedicure because I wanted to get out of there ASAP. read more

To say the very least this place does not even deserve the one star. I had gone to this establishment couple years ago so decided to go back since I was around the area. Never have I ever received such a harsh treatment for a pedicure as I did here. The lady who did my nails cut a chunk of my skin off from both of my big toes. As I told her to stop she kept going, making deep wounds on my skin. The bleeding wouldn't stop so she kept applying pressure hurting me more.It's been 2 days since my pedicure, and my toes continue to be swollen and infected. Also got a manicure and when I asked for just powder( not acrylics)the guy did not understand me and laughed. He kept insisting of just doing gel on my nails. Mary explained to him what I wanted but the guy continued to laugh. Thought it was rude and unprofessional. Nails were left thick and clumpy as a result of a rushed job. DON'T GO HERE. If I could leave zero stars I would. Please do not waste your money here. I got the worst manicure of my life. I asked them to remove gel-x and put on regular gel. The woman barely soaked the first coat of gel off my nails, filed down half the glue under the fake nail and tried to leave the rest on. My nails were literally lumpy with nail glue, so I had to ask her three separate times to continue removing it, and even then there was still a lot left. I asked her to file my nails round/oval but she filed them square. I repeated myself several times but she just kept filing them shorter and more square. I lost so much length because this woman didn't know shapes. They were barely square to begin with because they were all lopsided. Eventually the owner came over and showed her what to do. But even the owner couldn't file a nail to save her life because by the time she was done, all my nails were different lengths and shapes. I ended up filing my own nails! And with the world's worst nail file. I truly thought about walking out of this salon and going somewhere else but didn't want to look like a total ass. When this woman applied the gel, she didn't do any of it evenly and it was totally spotty. Parts of my nails weren't even painted and she got gel all over my cuticles that she didn't wipe away. It ended up being lumpy because not only was she globbing the gel on, but there were still clumps of nail glue left on my nails. I kept these on for a single week and went back to my regular place because I was so embarrassed. Don't even think about going here. The only thing that made this okay was that it was $36 and she got most of the nail glue off my nails. I'm also pretty sure none of their files or clippers were clean and the reason that nail file was so bad was because she'd been using it since the 90s. read more

I checked in here then left so I could later write a review about how unpleasant our experience was. I escorted my 82 yr old friend to this establishment where he told me he had been before. He even knew the name of the woman who did his pedicure before. He asked for her by name as he sat down because he uses a walker. I stood by the door as I already felt unwelcomed. A woman in the front with a scowl on her face immediately said, "she's busy". My friend then asked for someone else very nicely and clearly because he did not realize what was happening. Once again with an even bigger scowl "she's busy". We then left and went somewhere else where we got great service. He was not dressed inappropriately or anything so I still don't know what the problem was read more

I've come here several times to get my nails done since I moved into the neighborhood and I've been happy each time. The quality if the manicures and pedicures is high and the prices are very fair. The massage chairs are also fantastic. Everyone who wriks here is very sweet and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in . I always feel fabulous after walking out of their spa. My first time coming to this salon was Monday July 4th... They don't accept cc so I had to leave to get cash. Once I returned I had to wait over one hour to get service. David did my fill and Holly did my pedicure. David was nice but extremely slow, I had to ask for a top coat of polish and the polish was messed up before I even stepped foot out the shop. When I brought it to David's attention he told me to come back the following day to get it corrected... 2 1/2 hours later and I was asked to come back to fix the polish outrageous!!!!!
