The service here is bad. Their website and window sign shows they open at 10AM, but that is inaccurate and have customers waiting outside until they decide to show up and then they get upset when you bring it to their attention. Horrible!!! It's past 10:15 and the business is still closed!!! HORRRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. I went to get my pedicure done and i only do regular nail polish because i know my nail beds cant handle gel. I specifically requested it before i even got to a technician and they were already getting mad that it wasnt a gel pedicure. The process of the pedicure was painful. She cut my skin on the side removing my actual skin not cuticle because i started bleeding bad not once or twice more than probably 3 times.She also over filed my nails so much. Tthe same weekend 2 of my toe nails broke in half and most of them are already broken as of 2 weeks after. I did voice to her that it hurt and she kept going,!mind you the other technician next to her already told her something as well because she kept taking out a dropper of some sort to stop the bleeding. The french tip was not what i expected everything came out clumpy not even like every toe was different. one was a straight french, a curve french and a u french if that even existed. A truly awful experience. I came in for a pedicure because my regular salon was closed, and I deeply regret it. The service was incredibly painful! The technician was rough and completely disregarded my discomfort, even after I told her she was hurting me. She aggressively over cut my cuticles. I went to this location to get a pedicure on Wednesday 6/9/21. I was offer a manicure and I said sure. The lady doing my mani was to busy talking with the other manicurist and not paying attention to what she was doing. She cut all my fingers and didn't even apologize. I went in for a pedicure in the morning. The tech said her name was Titi. In the evening my toes starting hurting but I didn't give it much thought. The next day they were still hurting. Omg worst spot to get your eyebrows waxed! I usually get my eyebrows threaded but occasionally get them waxed. I had to go grocery shopping next door so decided to give this place a try since I was long overdue to get them done. I didn't get the name of the lady that did them but she did them super fast. She "trimmed" my eyebrows but the hairs are still very long. I couldn't see when she was waxing but from the top of my eyebrows, there's no cleanup. I feel like the wax was put too high up to even shape or clean the top of the eyebrows. She even "plucked" but she was just stabbing the tweezers because I still have a lot of hairs left on my eyebrows. I just paid and left. I couldn't tip her because I paid with card and she told me I couldn't tip like that but despite the horrible job she did I was willing to still tip. read more

Whatever you do, do not get a pedicure from Tammy. Im sorry but I hate these nails I just got! I'm assuming she's the owner because she is in the front nail station and handle the money. I walked in said I wanted acrylics and she sat me down hurrily while everyone waited for other employees. I told her I wanted medium coffin nails with regular polish and she said it's 38 but kept pressuring me into gel for $10 extra only to do the ugliest job with the gel either way, theres so many missing spots. The acrylic application is so lumpy and crooked and uneven on the side AND the top even AFTER I told her to fix it she played dumb and said it was fine when it's clearly not. She didn't even thin the acrylic on the cuticles or prep them. She just did a hurried routine and had no concern for how they were actually looking. I'm going to have to buy a nail drill and gel polish and fix them myself. They're so ugly. Why accept me if you're going to do a rushed job and not even care about your work at all?? I used to go to C & T Nails on Santa Fe but my last two visits were pretty bad (long wait, technician rushed, and my nails were shaped pretty bad) so I decided to try this place since I pass by it often and the recent reviews were pretty good. My first time here was on a Saturday so of course it was full and I expected a long wait but when I let the employee know I was there for a fill I was immediately told to go to the back with Tom. I absolutely loved how Tom did my nails! So much that I went back again today and didn't mind waiting for Tom to finish with another client (it was about a 25 min wait but he was nice enough to walk up to me and let me know beforehand). I again loved my nails! He took his time reshaping my nails from square to oval and made sure that I was happy with the results. This nail salon has plenty of employees and a lot of people seem to mostly go in for pedicures so the wait time for manicures might not be long. I was told by one of the employees that next time I should call and schedule with Tom so that I won't have to wait so I'm definitely doing that for my next visit and recommend it to future customers. The staff has been welcoming and nice so that's a plus. Prices are decent and they accept credit cards and cash. They even have an atm machine inside in case their credit card machine breaks down and you need to get cash (which happened today).
