Went on August, Monday.18. There was only 1 client. When I asked the lady for gel nails she tried to persuade me to get acrylic but I said no. She agreed on gel nails after though. The whole time she was rushing and I didn't understand why. Aside me from me only one other person came in. As you can see from the pictures, the nails aren't great. She didn't clean off the gel from under my nails after pressing it on and she didn't give me a proper manicure. She just used the sanding down machine for them. I didn't feel pampered at all and it wasn't worth it. I would never come again for gel extension nails. My pedicure came out really good though! (Had a different nail tech for that) read more

WARNING!! You really do get what you pay for here. It's super dirty and they barely have color options for gel polish colors. Nancy messed up my feet so badly. She does not know what she is doing. She digs into your toes and cuts the sides. She dug into all of mine and now my toe nails look slanted. It sucks when you go to a nail salon and the technician doesn't know what they're and does what ever. I'd also like to note that they're super stingy with acrylic as well. read more

Went in on Saturday right before closing and got the older lady to do my gel manicure. She didn't polish them smoothly each nail looked a different color, I had to ask for another coat she had to use a darker color to make them look even. The very next day one nail broke. On Wednesday notice the gel started coming off a nail now Thursday and gel is coming off 3 nails, It hasn't been a week and the gel is coming off. My regular nail salon was closed for the day so I found this place on Yelp and because of the reviews my mom and I decided to give it a try. Below are my reasons for this rate: 1. The color we picked from their palate was not the correct number on the box. This meant that after we chose our color (if you're as indecisive as I am it takes you more than a minute to pick a color) you have to pick a different one QUICKLY. You can feel how they're pressuring you to choose only because they didn't organize the colors correctly. This happened to 2 of our colors. 2. I understand they might be short staffed but that is no reason to rush your clients. I was glad that my mom got to get Tracy to work on her nails but she finished her gel manicure in less than 10 minutes! That's very little time when I also got the same for about 30 minutes. Aside from the rushed service, my mom's nails were messy & Tracy didn't even bother checking if she left nail residue. Very unprofessional. 3. I like to tip and the lady that did my pedicure & manicure also did my mom's pedicure so I wanted to give her a good tip but also a tip to Tracy since she did my mom's nail (this was before I saw her work). I give $5 to my nail artist and asked Tracy to break a $5 for her tip and she completely ignored me! Why would I give her the same exact tip as the other artist for doing only ONE work?! The only person who took their time with my and my mom was the person who did our pedicures and my manicure. I didn't get to know her name but she has glasses and a small gold wedding band on her finger. She's the BEST! Although her work was great I will not be returning. read more

I genuinely love the place because they're so welcoming and my pedicurest always know it's white gel for me and has helped me get rid of my pesky ingrowns "I know gross" Diane and Tracy always do an amazing job doing my eyebrows and Tracy, Diane, and Daniel make such beautiful acrylic sets based off a picture I show them. Since I've been here they always given me advice and just make me feel so welcome they make time to get to know their customers, they always ask how my mom and sisters are doing since they go there as well. I love this place. Yes it does have some waiting time but honestly it's so worth it at the end of the day, they try their best to get everyone helped as soon as possible but there's just so much they can do. I understand, if the design is difficult to do. What I don't think I'll ever understand is how I showed the reference picture multiple times was asked to wait 3 hrs for them and when they were finally available two women tried but kept mixing the colors looking gray or uneven. I came in February where I got frenchies with drawn on hearts inside them for 50$ with tip included already. How are basic white frenchies that I had to end up getting because of their poor work ethic 50$, no compensation or consideration for the time lost? The fact that they could've told me since the beginning they couldn't do it but made me wait instead, the frenchies taking up half of my nail should be proof enough for you not to make the same mistake I did. read more

The place is dirty and full of of dust in pretty they didn't use new tools on me or disinfected them right after the person before me Bad service !!
