This was my second time coming here and I will never be coming here AGAIN!…read more Carol did not honor my appointment that I had scheduled AHEAD of time. My appointment was at 4pm and walked in at 3:53pm. Once I arrived, Carol told me it would just be a few minutes. However, she had just sat another girl at her station. I was very patient waiting on Carol but once 4:30pm hit, I asked Carol how much longer it would take because I literally had an appointment at 4pm. Her reply was "Oh yeah sorry but she came first" even though I HAD AN APPOINTMENT! I was so extremely annoyed. In my eyes, that was unprofessional. I would have preferred for Carol to be honest and turn away my appointment from the very beginning rather than have me wait. And waiting was not the issue, it was the principle of Carol not honoring my appointment. I got there on time, I wasn't late, so Carol could've taken me in first. But oh well, they lost my business! This negative experience led me to find a new nail salon who honor my business/appointments and they do an amazing job.

We called ahead and spoke to Ken, who told us the wait would be 30 minutes. We showed up on time and ended up waiting over an hour, only to find out someone was still ahead of us. This isn't the first time Ken has pulled this -- it's a pattern at this point. Ken, if you're reading this: stop wasting people's time. It's disrespectful and completely unprofessional. On top of that, the place is right next to a ghetto barbershop where people park like they own the lot, blocking spots and entrances. To make it worse, they're always outside smoking weed, so good luck trying to get in without dealing with all that nonsense. Save yourself the time, headache, and disappointment -- this place clearly doesn't value its customers. I won't be back.

Been coming back to this nail salon for years to do my nails, wax, eyebrows, and eye lashes every 2 weeks or so. I am picky when doing my nails and lashes so i usually get my nails done while waiting for my lashes girl to start with me. Tiffany does my nails while i wait for Vi or Tina to get on my lashes. Good quality lashes and great application, the individual lash extensions they got going on had me coming back. My nails come out great every time too, i recommend requesting Tiffany, Sandy, or Brian. read more

He…read moredid not cut my cuticle and instead used a drill to buff/remove it which isn't the same as soaking your nails and cutting the cuticle because I STILL HAVE MY CUTICLE. First, the drill he used was just too rough to be used on my bare nail. It hurt. Secondly, he would grab my hand too tight when glueing on the tip and shaping my nail. Thirdly, I told him I wanted it shorter than he had initially cut it but he told me to wait "until the end". When it came to pick a "base color" for my French acrylic nails there seemed to be some tension between I vs John and the other women employee. I couldn't understand what they were saying but I knew they were talking about my nail set. I had no idea the color I selected was gel until he took out the UV lamp and by then it was too late to go back. His paint work for the base color is so patchy and uneven. It's almost as if that nail polish was expired and needed to be replaced. When it came to the French tip the line work is just sloppy. On my left pinky he dipped more creating more of a C curve and in the rest of my nails it looks like he just went straight across my nail. I got there at 12:47 pm and didn't leave until 2:08 pm. Customer service and a welcoming environment were not present here. I spent $35 for a gel French Tip acrylic. Please save your money and go somewhere else! From a distance and in the pics they look alright/passable but trust me, in person my nails look terrible!!
