I came in for a pedicure and wanted a french tip .Everything was going good until she started polishing my feet,i told her that the color was wrong and i wanted something more pink, this lady proceeds to tell me they don't have pink and painted my toes red and got mad when i said that what she had put on my feet isn't what i wanted. From the moment i walked in today I was getting awkward stares by the workers. As im sitting here getting my feet done the lady doing the women feet next to me just kept staring and mean mugging me. I've been to this place twice my first time I got a pedicure the gel polish peeled right off about 2 weeks after. I went back again for a gel pedicure and a gel manicure I had to get an acrylic on my toe remade it looked completely off from the other. Gel manicure was okay, a day later one of my nail polish chipped on my thumb nail. 4 days later one of my entire fat toe gel with acrylic tip came off... I went to get it fixed they tried to charge me 10 dollars for something they had messed up on that wasn't even a week old. Ended up paying 5 dollars and will not be returning. read more

Do not, do not, do not go here. Its never worth it. I've come here several times because I was in a pinch and needed to go somewhere quick and cheap. But it's never that cheap. The first time I came with a friend a few years ago I got a fill in my acrylic set. The nails quickly lifted and by my next fill somewhere else they found fungus growing. Has never happened to me in almost 10 yrs of regularly getting acrylics done. Since then Ive come a few times but their color selection is so limited and they get huffy with you about color selection. I once came in with a pic of a simple color/design I wanted and the color was so so off I told her I didn't even want the design. She got mad at me. My most recent visit.. the acrylics were a mess and unfinished at the bottoms. I've also noticed they grow out way too quickly (personally, I think they leave them shorter so you have to come back sooner). And no, my nails do not grow "faster than normal". In addition, I witnessed my second fight/outburst in the salon. On to the pedicures, I have to ask them specifically to stop cutting the sides of my nails. I asked for their medium package and I somehow ended up with the most expensive package. Whatever, I let it slide. But whenever I get a gel pedi here they never last.. one of my nails peeled in a week and they last 3-4 weeks elsewhere. In conclusion, not worth it. read more

Overall super sweet lady, Lyn did my nails. I asked for a soak off and everyone said yes but as soon as I sat in Lyns chair she started to rip my old acrylics off. I said ouch and she told me "no ouch it doesn't hurt only the tips" When I asked her if she can do a soak off She said "it takes too long this is faster I can do it" yet took almost 2 hours to finish my set. A part on the middle corner section of my nail on my thumb ripped off and bleed but she put a liquid to help stop the bleeding. Aside from that she did a decent job on the the acrylics and the French tip design. Paid 90 though which is pretty pricey. Also from my observations, beware of the lady in the front desk got hell of an attitude she was talking to some costumers like they had no option either sit down or leave. I was actually referred here by a good friend, her nails are always so nice and the shape/design is amazing. So I decided to give them a try and I'm more of a simple girl so I got short almond shape nails and a pedi. I paid $75 for what looks like gum on my fingers!! The shape is horrible. Also I said I wanted no design and at the end she ended doing a fairy dust on each index finger without my permission that I had to pay for! I feel like they take their time with clients that go in their for long/designed nails (since they are dropping big amount of money) If you you're going in for something simple please go somewhere else as they will rush you out! This will be my last time going to this place. I've been wanting to come back here since the covid restrictions lifted but now I regret coming. First of all, they don't take reservations which is crazy, because by the time i got there, so many people were waiting for nail services. Thank goodness they took me right away since all I needed was a mani/pedi. But still, that's messed up to have so many waiting and not able to make appointments. The service itself was great. My technician was very nice and did a great job on my nails and feet. I really wanted to tip her but.....then I saw the sign that said CASH ONLY. Really??? Now I've been to this place plenty of times and used my card with no problem. Now it's cash only? Not only that, but you have to let them confiscate your phone so you can go two shops down to go to the ATM and get the cash. I found that highly insulting and if you don't trust the community, you should have your business elsewhere. While trying to get to the ATM, I was approached by this dude basically giving me a whole sob story while asking me for $5. My service was $80, I was not going to pull out another $20 extra dollars, break change, just to hand some stranger $5. And this is his hustle because he knew where I was coming from and knew I had to go to the ATM. I gave him a dollar out of kindness and he looked disgusted. So when I came back in, I gave the front desk person exactly $80. No tip. Your tip goes to holding my phone, ATM surcharges, and the guy harassing your customers for money outside your shop. This is very bad business practice and your shop needs a major overhaul in management. At least my nails came out nice though. But it's not worth it. read more

When I saw the photos for Nails on Fleek, I was really impressed with the work that was done so I decided to give them a try. The nail tech that was doing my full set was doing a good job at first, however she became too aggressive, messy and careless and now I'm convinced these techs aren't truly professionally trained they're just hired because there's no way I should be getting cut up every single time I'm getting my nails done. After years of going to different nail salons and getting my fingers consistently butchered, I have finally had enough. It is not good practice for these nail techs to butcher our fingers for the sake of having our nails "done right" and these technicians need to start being held accountable. For anyone reading this review please do me a favor. The next time a nail tech manages to cut any of your toes or fingers, make sure you ask for a discount for however many nails or toes they cut into. Maybe then when they start losing money, they'll start caring about how they care for our skin. read more

I only came here cause there instagram "looks" nice. I don't care how good my nails turn out - the biggest issue here is it's DIRTY. DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY. There's nails on the floor, the grout on the tile is just filled with shit that's been there for so long. There's glue and tape, it's just way to dirty crusty along the edges of the pedicure chairs. I have NEVER seen a nail salon like that. I also saw them putting stuff away without cleaning it, as for my nails, it's not bad but Two of my fingers have weird nail polish streaks. Back to the hygienic part - I would be afraid getting cut here. All there tools are just reused, and it looks like they haven't swept or mopped in MONTHS. don't believe me then take a look for yourself... There prices are also expensive. I loved the time frame in which we were serviced, however I wasn't that excited about the quality me and my sister got. I got dipping powder on my natural length nails. I didn't like that my nail tech used the drill file to file down the already existing dipping powder on my nail. They also didn't soak my nails in order to remove the powder. In fact, there was still a layer of dipping powder remaining. The electric nail file often got VERY hot and I needed to tell my nail tech several times that I was uncomfortable and in pain. My sister for a gel manicure and pedicure. There was a LOT of gel polish all around my sisters cuticles, a sad layer of glitter on top. Her hands were also similarly polished. Very sloppy.
